This review is for the franchise that services northern Virginia. It was a fantastic experience start to finish. The website has prices listed for the most common services and online scheduling was a breeze and so convenient. Received email confirmation the day before the appointment and a call confirming about 30 minutes before arrival, comfortably in the appointment window. The owner performed the work himself and did a great job winterizing the sprinkler system. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service. I got my sprinkler system winterized. Pacific was always available to talk to while making appointment and answering my questions. They came on time for the appointment and quickly finished the job. No cross selling of any kind. Pleasant experience, highly recommnded.

Dave Philpott arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment time to winterize our sprinkler system. He was very knowledgeable about our system and was excellent in explaining what he was checking and in answering our questions. Dave completed everything that was explained to us on the appointment confirmation (which we received the day before his arrival). We are delighted to find this reliable professional. Dave came out same day that we called in for a sprinkler head issue. Dave thoroughly checked all zones and sprinklers. Adjusted all sprinklers. Checked rain sensor and fixed it. One head had leak so replaced the head in a very quick and professional manner. Thank you Dave for awesome service.

Dave and his crew were very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems and their installation, programming and maintenance. They were very hardworking in installing a large system covering an acre of land. We are very happy with the system and their work. I would recommend them to anyone in our area of Leesburg, Virginia who is interested in having a sprinkler system.
