Williams Paving

Unfortunately, because of an unexpected plumbing issue we had to postpone the project to a later time. It was the day before the Williams Paving guys were to come out. We notified Mr. Williams and he couldn't have been more understanding despite the fact that our cancellation was last minute. He was professional and sympathetic. We hope perhaps in the future to use his services.

This company called the same day I left my inquiry message. Received a very fair estimate in 2 days. They arrived promptly at the date/time scheduled to begin work. Owner was onsite and part of the work crew to see it was done perfectly, which it was. My total redo of a very old shared driveway, including removal of an old sidewalk, was done professionally and perfectly. If anyone is in need of this type of work, please call this company. You wont be sorry. I recommend them 100% and am so happy with the finished project.

Company was very professional and did a good job. Owner is on site when the work is being done. The owner came out to give me an estimate a day after I called him. Driveway looks great at this time.

Drive way looks new! I was called by William (Bill) the owner, he came and gave me an estimate. The price was good, completed drive way in one day, looks great, good job. Cleaned up, was a pleaser to hire.

The driveway looks great. I was contacted within minutes of filling out the Home Advisor information. An estimater came out in two days. The price was very competitive so I hired them. The driveway was completed within a week. Crew was very knowledgeable and did a fabulous job.

I overpaid for the job, could not get company to furnish proper paper work after the job, the owner had me make out the check to an individual instead of the company, got a call from the bank less than an hour after the check was issued that someone was cashing the check and was it ok, very unusual.

We had called 2 other companies for an estimate and they did not seem to have time for us. Williams showed up on Friday and gave us an estimate and had the job done in its entirety the following Wednesday. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Great experience! Williams Paving responded and arrived for an estimate within 12 hours of my request. The work was completed that day with no payment until the job was completed. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism of the crew. I had previously called several pavers requesting estimates with no call backs. Based on this experience I highly recommend Williams Paving and HomeAdvisor.

I called William yesterday after seeing the reviews. He meet me at my house an hour later to give me an estimate. He was open and honest with what I needed and he gave us a nice discount and today he paved my driveway. Did an awesome job and then fixed my neibors driveway and got an estimate for another neibor. Professional; honest fair and job was very very good.

First, the work product is cosmetically pleasing. Only time will tell if it will stand up to the elements. The 2.5 star rating is a result of our interactions with the personnel before, during and after the project. We hope that the company can use this as a tool to improve customer relations. 1.The company failed to confirm our appointment with Home Advisor. 2.The man who showed up to give the estimate led us to believe that he is the owner and would not correct me when I kept calling him by the owner's name. The paperwork for the estimate/contract was pieced together. (Not sure if we received a fair market estimate after the experience). After we signed the estimate/contract, the man said that he did not use email to communicate with us. He also said that it is not necessary for us to be home the following day after informing him that we had an appointment. They arrived the next day around 2PM wanting payment (did not require a deposit) and permission to begin the work from a relative who happened to drop by. They left their equipment. 3.The next day they showed up around 12PM. I had to open the garage door (someone had to be home). The same man who gave the estimate wanted a check before we had a chance to review the work product and later had the audacity to tell me that they rushed the job (wait five days instead of two before cars should use the driveway). We were informed that they widened the driveway without first informing us. The foregone are some of the highlights of our experience.

My concerns about drainage were carefully considered and answered satisfactorily.

Priced the job Friday showed up Monday morning and did the pavement repair as requested. Very good job.
