I received a free estimate from Bessy and decided to go with A-List Construction Inc. to clean the gutters. Bessy did not mind me watching him blow out the gutters and cleaning out the downspouts. I was very happy with the work and level of professionalism. I will contact A-List Construction in the future for all gutter related work.

Did a good job

Yani worked with me with regard to timing the job, arrived when promised and did very good work. The repair is seamless and so good you wouldn't know any work was done. Because of this very good experience I will use Yani and his co-worker on other jobs.

Yani and his partner were knowledgeable, efficient, clean, and helpful. Yani gave me a quote, which was between the highest and lowest quote from two other contractors, he bought the part I needed, and did the repair on the same day (and it was New Year's Eve.) Only one caveat: There is still in slight draft in the room because the damper is now at the top of the chimney and it still sucks the heat into the chimney, even when the damper is closed. I have a glass screen on the fireplace, but it doesn't block all of the heat from escaping. I'm not sure how to solve this problem.

They responded within an hour to give me a very reasonable estimate, which I accepted and the work was done the very next day. The worker responded when he said he would and completed the job in a very good time period. I'm quite happy with this experience.

The truck pulled up right on time. Yani is a nice guy and was happy to explain and answer questions. The estimate was reasonable, and the roof was repaired on the spot. Total time from initial phone call to job completion was less than 3 hours. Recommended.

A List did an excellent job repairing a leak in my roof. I hired them a second time to repair my chimney, install new flashing and a liner as well as new gutters. All the work was first class and good value for money. They were reliable and thorough with all the work they did.

A list arrived exactly as we scheduled. As he was leaving on the day of the estimate, I mentioned a hole in the siding that met the roof line. He did all of the work I signed on the contract. and did not forget to repair the hole on the siding at no extra charge.

Jani was very polite and respectful. We made an appointment with him and he was on time. He replaced three of my skylights. It was a pleasure to do business with him. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Yanni was very polite and clean. He checked our roof and discovered where the leak may be coming from. He repaired the siding issue he discovered and told us to call him if the leak continues. We plan on calling him when we replace our siding.
