The installation date came and the installers showed up exactly when they said they would, introduced themselves and proceeded to work. The work was done friendly and professionally and with respect to my home. They completed the installation and proceeded to clean the yard and carpeting of all debris. They then showed my husband and myself how each feature of how the windows worked, shook our hands and left. It was a good experience for us. I would recommend Window World to anyone thinking about window replacements.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were not particularly quick. It took a while but they were custom made windows so I cannot complain too much. They were pretty good.

Called to arrange an in-house estimate. The salesman failed to appear initially. I called their office and they apologized and said that there was some sort of mix-up and rescheduled for the following day. This time, the salesman arrived 5 minutes early. The salesmans name was Chet. He was very polite and professional. He explained their product very well and also pointed out that there is a 30% federal rebate for premium grade windows. This was one of the driving forces for me to do half of the work this year. The rebates run through 2010 so i will finish off the replacement project next year so as to receive the rebate. I had 2 other salesman from different companies come to the house prior to Chet. They both fit the "snake oil " typical salesman with hard sell tactics and flat out ridiculous statements. Chet was very low key and matter of fact. I have 30+ years in managing construction crews so i know fact from fiction. Called Window World and awarded them the contract. Chet returned one day later to do a final measurement and gave me a start date of 3 weeks from that day. The installation was by a 2 man crew. Adam was the lead man. Prior to beginning the installation, he took the time to sit with me and explain exactly what they were going to do. He asked if i wanted them to remove their shoes ( a nice touch but it was a dry day). He was an independant sub-contrator but the majority of his work came from Window World. The four windows wre installed just shy of four hours. I had a mold issue with one of the old moldings and he replaced the affected wood trim. He then replaced the trim on the other 3 windows to match esthetically. We were unsure if we were going to paint or stain this new trim so he left us 4 tubes of cauling ( 2 clear and 2 white). Their work was spot on. The windows were tight,level and operated perfectly. I did have one very minor issue.....Adams helper missed setting 4 nails in the new trim. I caught this after they left but it was easily corrected by myself in 5 minutes. In conclusion, great work, punctual and they did a wonderful clean-up upon completion

Salesman took wrong measurements, crew installed windows incorrectly, they regularly did not show up to do work, took about 1 year to get windows taken care of - windows were never re-installed correctly but at least now they look like they are.

Fast, clean, and quiet. They arrived shortly after 10 AM, took approximately 1 hour sorting the windows, and had the installation completed by 5:30 PM. All construction debris was removed from the site and the rooms were left as clean as before they started.

The installation was good. Very intricate job. There were confusions during the process with the measurements, but turned out ok in the end.

So far I have been satisfied with the quality of the windows. The installers from Window World were great, and did excellent work. The salesman, however, made incomplete measurements that led to a delay in getting the work done. But I was told he no longer is there.

The salesman that came to the home was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions on pricing and warranty. I would recommend Window World to anyone.

Window World of Buffalo offered the best price in town. They did a good job and were very polite and courteous. They carted away the old windows and did all the clean-up, as they went along keeping everything neat and tidy. My experience with them was great!

Window World was very professional, neat and clean. The windows look great. I would definitely hire them again.

It has been two years since I originally hired Window World to replace the windows. They have taken me to small claims court because I refuse to pay them for work that isn't done. They say they will send someone out. When they do come out, they don't have a clue what to do.

They were very respectful of my home. They removed their shoes so they would not mess up carpet. They were very nice to work with and had great prices.

Window World arrived when they said, and completed the job on time. They did top quality work. We love our new windows. We are very satisfied with their work.
