 + -1 moreI moved light furniture before they arrived. They moved heavy furniture up onto blocks. They called at the specified time before they came. They worked quickly and were gone.

 + -1 moreI was not ecstatic over Stanley Steemer's work. They came pretty much on time and did the work, but they were in and out in a flash. I don't think they took enough time and were not thorough. The carpets seemed too wet after they were gone. The carpets were clean though and they had a very good special going on so the price was good.
Description of Work: They came to clean the carpet in three bedrooms and a hallway in my house. The rooms were about 12' x 12'. There was no furniture to move.

 + -1 moreThey are absolutely a great carpet cleaning service. I was very impressed with their quickness. The quality of work was excellent. They got stains out that I was sure were going to be there forever. Their price was very reasonable as well.
Description of Work: Stanley Steemer cleaned two 12'x20' carpets and two 10'x12' foot carpets. They moved the furniture and treated the areas for stains.

 + -1 moreRepresentative was very nice and professional. Thoroughly cleaned carpets and stairs. Work was excellent. All stains removed, furniture reinstalled and carpets treated with Scotchgard. Carpeting looked exceptionally good.

 + -1 moreI LOVE Stanley Steemer! They are the best carper cleaners that I have ever had. I try to have them twice a year. They are always very professional and polite. I like that they do not try to do to hard of a sell for the extra products. My rugs are 10 years old and they always look almost new when they are done.

 + -1 moreI wasn't very happy with Stanley Steemer. They agreed to move the furniture, but did not. Also they said they would charge me $96 to clean two carpets, but they failed to mention they had a $99 special to clean three carpets.

 + -1 moreStanley Steamer would be the first guys that I would call to come in, even if I had a mansion. The guys were clean and courteous, they didn't look like bums. They both deserve a raise and I would hire them again. They followed -up with a call checking up on the service.
