the team arrived exactly when they said they would, worked quickly and quietly. They offered to return should I find anything I was not happy with. I am pleased to be able to have one chore - window washing - checked off my list for a very reasonable price.

Great job power washing home, driveway, front walk, and concrete pool deck! On time, thorough, and very reasonable for all that was done....especially in one day! Crew also very personable. Bill explained everything and I like that he did not "blast" the house, and used a neat device on pool deck. Highly recommend! Was a little skeptical because he puts up Christmas Lights, but he does so much more! He even decided he was reluctant to seal stamped concrete at this time due to existing treatment, but he cleaned it up well...honesty is nice in this day and age! Didn't even want to take a lunch break, but finally did! Thank you Bill...you'll be hearing from us again for routine maintenance!

Exceeded our expectations! Bill and his crew were extremely professional and polite. They did a complete deck restoration on our 10-year old deck and it looks like new. Also washed our siding and windows and did a great job. Two of our neighbors actually hired them as a result of the work they did on our house. They did such excellent work that we're also having them power wash and seal our concrete. If you want it done right and at a fair price, then S&K is the one for the job...
