Guys were on time and professional. Owner was at site multiple times and kept communication with me from start to finish.

We booked Real Help Concrete in the fall of 2015, ensuring us one of the first jobs for spring 2016. They were prompt and responsive and in and out quickly. They ripped out our old dilapitated concrete slab that was severly damaged and slanted towards the house. They then replaced that with a new stamped concrete patio that was double in size- we had a vague vision of how we wanted it, and they came up with an even better design that made the most of our space, and looks wonderful. We get tons of compliments on our patio and what a great entertainment space it is!

Everything went well. They were on top of things and produced an excellent product. We were very happy we went with them.

Before selecting Real Help Concrete to install our stamped patio in the Spring of 2017 I did a lot of research and put the project out to bid with multiple companies. Real Help Concrete was not the cheapest, but the quote was competitive and fair. I was impressed with Real Help Concrete from the start. Josh came out to the house and after meeting with me to discuss the project he supplied the quote along with a drawing within a matter of days. Josh was responsive the the many questions I had. During the question and answer phase I developed a comfort level that they were the right company for the job. My wife and I could not have made a better decision. The crew was professional and courteous. The patio looks fantastic and it held up just fine to one of the harshest winters we have had in years. We anticipate being able to enjoy the patio for years to come. I recommend Real Help Concrete to anyone looking to install a new concrete patio.

We had our driveway replaced by Real Help Concrete last summer. Additionally, they replaced the front walkway and the from portion within our garage. It was quite a task since the driveway was widened to the point that the curb had to be cut to accommodate the doubled space. They did an outstanding job! They arrived on time and put in a full day's work taking well earned breaks as needed. All aspects of the job were handled professionally from the beginning estimate and consultation to the installation to the the final followup inspection. Just received a call today regarding sealing the driveway. I asked whether it was necessary since it was sealed after installation. I was told that due to the severe winter we experienced, it would be prudent to seal the driveway to insure that the concrete remains in good shape. I agreed. Given what was spent for the total job, sealing again seemed to be a good insurance. I have recommended Real Help to others and would definitely hire them for future work.

Great experience! Josh is very knowledgeable and professional. We had a in ground pool installed and needed the concrete surrounding the pool and concrete steps leading from a pavered patio to match. Josh offered to bring color samples by as well as taking us to other work they completed to see the color and look of the concrete. Josh was available throughout the process and maintained contact for the last two years since the concrete was poured. Josh is great at following up and the completed work by his team was top notch! Highly recommend!

We had Real Help install a new patio in late October 2017. The process was easy from estimate to completed work. Communication was great and everything went as planned with minor adjustments for weather which of course we expected. Speaking of weather, when they were applying the color we got an unexpected rain shower that caused the color to not turn out as they would have liked. No questions asked they fixed it and you would never know it happened. Thank you Real Help! We are excited to enjoy our new patio now that spring is finally here.

Estimate was very reasonable. They came out to take out old patio and put in new one in the timeframe promised. The patio and steps matched our existing concrete around the pool perfectly. They had a great crew and cleaned up everything. Looks great!

You can't beat these guy's. The price was great the turnaround was great and they were very professional. They have a wide range of options for stamped concrete. We did are front porch , back patio and two Walkways done in a beautiful creek stone stamped concrete. We also did are two car driveway and sidewalks Done in an exposed aggro grit. In 2015 we had Real Help Concrete and 4 other estimates for concrete project. When we finally decided to finally pull the trigger in 2017. Real Help was the only company a called based the first meeting Josh a few years ago. His drawings and ideas were amazing!! Josh and Jon and their crew were amazing. They installed a new driveway and stamped patio at our home. It's looks wonderful!! Unfortunately we did have one minor issue during the pour on our driveway. A pocket thunderstorm came out of no where. Which caused some damage onto on some sections on our driveway. Josh was not happy at all the way that area came out. He is going to replace the entire section. They truely stand by their work and craftsmanship. Josh and Jon thank you again for everything!!

EXCELLENT. Josh and his crew were amazing. I wasn't sure what color or pattern to go with at first but Josh made recommendations based on my existing deck, siding, sliding glass door, window trim, and his extensive expertise. It is perfect! Crew was punctual and professional. Job was completed on time and for the quoted price. Would definitely use Real Help Concrete in the future!

The overall process has been excellent. Initial service was 2 years ago, and I'm having them back to reseal, treat some color discrepancies, and fix up some minor cracks. Perfect quality is near impossible, but Josh and his team take it about as close as it can get. From the estimate through final clean-up I was very happy with the communication, pricing, and workmanship. Their follow up customer service to address minor issues is top notch.

I had work done by Real Help in the summer of 2016, not at the fault of Real Help but we had some color issues. Upon my contact with Josh he responded quickly and as best as he could and made it acceptable the best he could to wife and myself. A year later he reached out to me to schedule a re-seal of the project and his guys were here, clean and efficient. The best part of the story is the deck looks better today than it did the day they corrected what was wrong with it.

His crew showed up as promised, did the job, and left without a single indication that anyone was there.... perfectly cleaned up. His crew was courteous, hardworking and..... pretty funny. This is a rare combination with contractors. Everyone who has stopped by has been blown away by the job. Josh called after they finished to check in to make sure we were happy with their work.
