Description of Work: Despite working with them weekly for a couple months, we never could put me on a regular time schedule. Despite repeated requests to have particular areas cleaned, they never remembered to do these areas without reminder. I learned toward the end that they were not cleaning all basic areas as provided on the work orders. How do you repeatedly skip the bathtub in the master bathroom? Something wrong on every visit. They did refund my money on the last cleaning job.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with BTC the first time I used them. They were professional, thorough, and very hard working. My house never looked better. I was delighted to hire them again because I had visitors coming. This time, not so much, because they didn't show up. No phone call, no explanation. Just a no-show. It's a shame. I would have loved to have had them again but I value and need reliability.

+ -1 moreBefore the day of service they came to inspect the house and hear all our requests. They were thorough, did more than we asked for, and were meticulous in their work. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in its work and does what they say they are going to do, this is it. We have tried several cleaning firms in the past year. This is the one we will be sticking with going forward. They are worth it.
Description of Work: Total house cleaning. Complete dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning, bathroom disinfecting and scrubbing.

+ -1 moreJocelynn, one of the owners, was part of the team. I was impressed with the job they did. They arrived on time and the team went to work. Everyone knew what to do and how to do their job. They were prepared with each person having their own supplies, which seemed to be very efficient. There was no chatter between workers, and no cell phones. When they finished, Jocelynn made sure nothing was missed. They did not waste time, so I feel I definitely got what I paid for.
Description of Work: Thoroughly cleaned my home from top to bottom. I was home when they worked. Things I noticed that they did were: fans cleaned, glass in French doors cleaned, baseboards cleaned, floors cleaned on hands and knees. These are just an example of what they did.

+ -1 moreWonderfully! Very satisfied and will book with this crew around a big family gathering at my home to touch up before the date and after. Still trying them out but from first experience ,I am going to pass on their # to my mother-on-law ! ........take that as you will, but, that is big !
Description of Work: Everything ,3 floors of house . Just had some work done in house and still is going on, but could not stand dust and dirt . My main request was cleaning the floors; hardwood,tile and a bit linoleum . Kathy,Mike and Kristal arrived on time and went right to work . Left them to do there business and they did just that! They provided what their website stated they would and more for an unbelievably great price. I have used other services and definitely was ripped off for the just the smell of lemon oil and not much done.
