Description of Work: I called Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday. I called them today (Wednesday) to confirm the appointment and they said that they are too busy to come in. They also told me that they had nothing in the computer for my appointment. I spoke to the owner and he should have offered to reschedule, but he said he does not want the work because he is too busy. He claims that he told the operator to tell me that, which was not the case.

He has a fast service and was on time and professional. I have been using him for the past year and I am glad I found him.

Description of Work: They came to repair the gas line and thermostat when they weren't working properly. We have a three bathroom and four bedroom, four story brownstone house.

 + -1 moreStanley and his staff were good on the phone and Stanley came to my house personally to spec the job and give me an estimate. His estimate was competitive, but his take on the job was not satisfactory. The new plumbing had to cross an entire room, and instead of opening up the wall and running the pipe inside it, he wanted to mount a pipe in the room and leave it exposed! When I suggested that he might want to put the pipe *behind* the wall, he seemed quite taken aback!
Description of Work: I needed hose bibbs installed in the back and front of my house and I called Stanley Lewis for an estimate. I did not hire him for the job.

Description of Work: I had them install a new kitchen faucet that I had purchased from another company. They removed the old one prior to installing the new one. They also installed two new washers under the sink because there was a small drip by the piping.
