They did a good job overall, however I felt that they could have worked with me a bit more.

I was so unhappy with this provider that I will never use Angie's List again either. He had numerous excuses for why the service took so long from a downed computer system to a broken van which was his only meas of transportation. He took my living room rug back to get the stains caused by the first cleaning. The rug came back exactly the same. I was told by another rug cleaning service that the rug was not properly groomed. I will use that service to try to get the stains out after the holidays. I felt very uncomfortable with the way I was treated. Nathan finally stopped contacting me when I very clearly told him that 6 calls in a few hours could be considered harassment and I needed him to stop. To his credit I have not heard from him since. With the exception of his very unprofessional manner, the rugs he cleaned other than my living room rug were done to my expectations. He frankly does want to please his customers. With experience I suspect he will do much better.

i had really badly stained carpets that I thought were hopeless. He got them out! My carpets are actually a pleasure to see now. He was great, worked around my schedule, and did a fabulous job.

This is my second time using them and I had a great experience! They were very accommodating and this is one of the best services I have had with Angie's List. :-)

The appointment was promising because the provider was accommodating. I wanted them to come during the holiday so I didn't use a day off and they did! They told me they would come between 2-5 and someone from the office would call me prior to their arrival. And they did, to inform me that they would be a bit late. That was ok because they came in quarter past 5. No problem. There were 2 guys and Nathan introduced the other guy as Angelo but continued to call him Mitch throughout the appointment. It made me a bit uncomfortable, but my husband would come any minute so I wasn't worried too much. They got this huge machine into my apartment and started to clean. While Angelo / Mitch cleaned Nathan started to talk about some very private issue (divorce) and although I didn't feel comfortable I continue to listen and nod. He also asked if I was happy with the service and I said yes; the carpet is still wet but seems ok. Especially bedroom looked fine ( jute, natural fiber). I paid, gave Angelo / Mitch a tip and they left and Nathan came back 10 minutes later with the Invoice. It took about 15 minutes to write it, where he stated they cleaned 5 area rugs (?!?!). Fine. Then the worst came 2 days later when the carpet dried: their machine left dirty greyish marks everywhere! I ended cleaning the carpets by hand the next day. I am still to clean the second one in the bedroom. So yes, they came sort on time, they did put effort but results were bad. I know that they would maybe come again to correct it but I wouldn't want them to mess up my carpets again! Oh, at one point, disappointed that a lady was complaining, he said: "Our customers are stupid!". Well, not the brightest statement from a "professional service"!

This was a great experience from start to finish. I purchased this deal last Saturday. Monday I scheduled the work and yesterday Angelo came and cleaned my carpets. He was very professional and did a great job. He called to let me know when he would arrive and got right to work. I had purchased the three room deal and I also had a set of stairs. The stairs would have been almost as much as I paid for the three rooms so I decided against doing them. Angelo respected my decision to stick with the original deal and didn't pressure me. (I had purchased a groupons in the past for carpet cleaning and their were "hidden" costs in the end so I appreciated his being up front about the costs) AND most importantly, the carpets looked terrific when he was done! Couldn't be happier with this deal- the company and the staff were great! I would definitely use them again.

Miscommunication of appointment time. Had the same problem once before (did not realize i had used them before when i placed the order). Did not have time to wait around so cancelled order and recalled that when last used was not satisfied. Have problem with owner's personality and found him uncomfortable to deal with.

The provider refused to honor the advertised coupon price. He said they only deal with on-site estimates. Plus, the ad says service within 48 hours yet They wouldn't give me an appointment until 6 days from now.

Carpet got very clean with all stains removed! Excellent Job! Would use services again and recommend to friends and family.

great - continuous feedback and communication, the carpets look much better, especially the stairs - they cleaned 5 bedrooms, hallway and 3 sets of stairs which were desperately in need of cleaning

Provider came on time to clean our office carpeting. I had bought an offering from Angie's list. The offering was for cleaning only. I ended up taking an extra service for removing stains . Overall job was very good.

It was Saturday late afternoon. I assumed after working all week and all day he would just clean and get it done as quickly as possible. Two rooms, stairway and hallway was cleaned. Obviously the stairs and hallway are high traffic areas. I told him in the two rooms it was also a very high traffic area. He took extra time to deep clean every single foot of the carpets. He made sure every area was the cleanest possible. I was very surprised and impressed at how professional and polite he is. I could tell he takes his job very seriously and will spend whatever time necessary to do the best job and satisfy the customer. I will always use ON TIME CARPET. I highly recommend On time carpet to everyone!

Appointment was for 9a.m. on 10/28, but received a call @ 8:00 a.m. that day to say their car was damaged in an accident and rescheduled for the following Tuesday. As I had already moved our furniture off the rugs this was disappointing, but couldn't be helped. Two guys arrived on the second date at 9:20 and completed the cleaning by 11:00. They were very interested in getting my comments as the work progressed to make sure we were satisfied, and called the following day to see if the rugs looked OK after they dried. As compensation for the delay, they included "full detailing" and spot removal w/o extra charge, which seemed fair. The work was done well and they were neat and careful not to damage anything.

Excellent, showed up on time, carpets came out very clean. Would definitely use again.

It went excellently. The carpet came out great and the cleaner was the most caring professional I've ever used in my life. He made sure everything was perfect for me. It was just excellent. He arrived on time and he and his assistant worked constantly. He even made sure that I was looking at heavily soiled spots to see how clean the carpet was becoming. The job was completed in a little under two hours. And I was able to walk on the carpet almost immediately afterwards. I would highly recommend this cleaning service to any private person or company who need the service. Their work ethic was great. And I couldn't be more pleased.

We purchased an Angie's List deal for $149 to clean our home office. We did not wait to be contacted by the provider since we were on time constraint. We called the office and were able to schedule the job for 3 days later. The technician Nathan was friendly, professional and helpful. He cleaned the carpet and we were happy with the results. I would recommend On Time carpet to anyone in need of carpet cleaning.

In talking to the service provider we have decided to postpone our appointment. This is not his fault.

It was unpleasant from the start. He originally contacted me with 3 dates to have the work done on but it took him a week to get back with me after I responded. He arrived 3 hours late on the date we picked and by that time the person I'd hired to be there and open the business for him had to leave. In addition, he was obnoxious when we eventually communicated about what had happened.

He was responsive. Came back when asked to touch up stair carpeting.

Provider called on the 8th to say the truck broke down so he needed to reschedule to Friday the 10th, which i said was okay. Then he never showed on Friday the 10th, I sent him a message thru Angie's list where he told me his system was "hacked" so he lost all his appointments. Enough is enough, need a refund and move on to someone else who can actually do the work.

They did an excellent job cleaning a very old carpet in our house. Technician pointed out the trouble spots ahead of time and was admit about making sure I was completely satisfied. Carpet was left very wet but dried thoroughly overnight and looks great this morning. They were not very punctual but when they did arrive they got right to work and cleaned steadily until the job was complete.

Service provider was scheduled to come to my residence today 10/10/2014 @9:30am and they never showed up or called. The contract said between 9 and 1 pm. I misunderstood this therefore, the service provider did nothing wrong.

they got the stains out of some chairs and sofa's that were quite old..i was impressed by their ability to do that. we did have one wall-to-wall that was oversoaked and i did not have time to call them back in to remedy the situation ... they did offer to come back even though it's been several months and i will decline their generous offer as i expect they did their very best the first time. nathan and his assistant were courteous and worked diligently and seemed almost overly-concerned about feedback. i do respect their attempts.

The scheduling wasn't going to work out and I didn't have a chance to even communicate with the company.

After an initial misunderstanding with scheduling, the owner himself came to do the job. He was professional, very competent, and was very invested in making sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. Although I was not able to be home, my sister-in-law was present and she stated that she was very impressed at just how thorough and professional the service was performed. Being a NYC Police officer, she is very cautious of people unknown to the family being in any of our homes. She stated the owner, Nathan, was extremely courteous and professional, making sure he did not just enter any room in the house without asking first. In these times, it is important to be able to trust strangers in your home. The stairway and landing came out beautiful. It was wonderful to come home to this new, fresh look and to see my carpet so clean. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. I will definitely be using their services again! I will also be updating my subscription to Angies List as I find it very helpful to be privy to these recommendations.
