I called Wednesday and Jeff came Thursday evening to give me a price. It was very reasonable and he said he could do the job immediately. Several hours later our 2 bedroom rental (which had been left in a disaster) was totally cleaned out and swept up. I highly recommend Junk Shark!

Polite..fast...reasonably priced

I had to empty out a house that I was trying to put up foe sale. There were several things that I could not move or discard, even if I were able to place them on the curb for the usual garbage pick up. Enter Jeff from Junk Shark... After a brief exchange on the phone, Jeff arrived at my door the same day and gave me an estimate that I could live with. A quick inspection to determine the time and crew needed and we had a handshake agreement that afternoon. The next day, Jeff showed up with one of his men and got right to work on my yard which was overgrown with vines and debris. Not only did they clean up the yard, bag and remove the debris, but they took all the heavy junk from the basement, and stuff scattered around the house, too. They kept going hard at it from 10 - 3 pm and miraculously got it ALL DONE! PROFESSIONAL, courteous, hard working and complete. I don't know what I would have done without them. Really good, helpful guys, too. I appreciate their work. You cannot miss with JUNK SHARK!!!

They reached out to me immediately after submitting my request. I was able to arrange everything via text, which was great with my schedule. They were a little late for the appointment but were in and out within ten minutes. Both guys were super polite.

Some difficulty with appointment. First canceled and very late with new appointment. But the gentlemen were very helpful. They were able to take a very large chair out a difficult hallway & small elevator with apparent ease. All in less than 10 minutes with smiles, curtesy and good humor - and this was very late in the day.

They arrived on time. They do exactly what they are supposed to do. They are very polite and the quality of their work is excellent.

I needed to get a couch removed from a 6th floor walk up apartment and this was by far the least expensive estimate I got. They were in and out of the apartment in 30 minutes (the couch had to be taken apart to get it through the door). The downsides: They had to reschedule the appointment at the last minute from one morning at 10am to the following morning at 7am, and then on the day of the new appointment they were over 3 hours late, and I had to call them to check in and make sure they were still coming. They also left a huge mess on the floor after taking the couch apart. Still, they got the job done and apologized for the delay. If I'd been on a tighter schedule their arrival time would have been more problematic.

We were very happy with this group! They did a thorough job and were very nice about it. It was a hot day and they worked like it was a spring day. Great value! We will gladly use this company again!

Terrific... Jeff responded immediately, showed up, fixed a fair price and the job was done - no problem with great care shown to building hallways and floors ... I was desperate- surrounded by what felt like acres of HEAVY demo debris- drywall, lumber in my small Manhattan apartment - a Fifth Floor Walkup on a busy avenue-- Junk Shark just went to work ... no problem!! Thanks to Junk Shark! Now to the reno!

They were terrific. I live in a fourth-floor walk-up and had a washing machine to get rid of. They came and got the washer out without blinking at the steps. When some water splashed on the steps, they asked for a mop so they could clean it up. Very professional, thoughtful, and nice. The only problem was they cancelled the first appointment, calling at the time they were supposed to arrive. But I was going to be home anyway, and we made an appointment for the next day, when all went well.
