After 3 hours of unsupervised work, it looked like nothing had been done except a once over with a wet mop. I had to show places where the tile hadn't been cleaned, including stains, small paint splatter and basic dirt in corners. I got a lot of excuses for, and of course I'm embarrassed to say, $600.

The kitchen wall looks fantastic. I got a lot of compliments. They were very nice showed up on time and finish the project on time. I hired them to also do my kitchen floor after I was so pleased with the work they did with the walls.
