Great Green Cleaning

All cleaners arrived on time. House in good order when they arrived and house clean upon departure.

They did a great job cleaning. I just think they are really expensive.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great; it was really super. They were awesome and they did a great job. I had them back a couple of times. I tipped them because they were very deserving. The price was very reasonable. Their work ethic and attitudes made them good plus they did a wonderful job.

Cleaners were nice and did an OK job. Difficulty was with billing.

Cleaning person arrived, went over the areas she was going to clean she finished early and we discussed which areas she could add and she finished those early and we added more areas...

I have used them several times and each time they were excellent. They show up on time and do a thorough professional job each time. I am very happy with them!

They were great. I don't see myself having further need for them, so I don't know that I would use them again.

I couldn't have been happier. The cleaning person that was sent arrived right on time and got to work immediately. She was pleasant, friendly and helpful (taught me a few housekeeping tips I hadn't known), and did a great job!

I never had housecleaning before and I wanted to try it out. I thought that with with three hours it was not enough to clean my entire house so it wasn't really $ 89 worth of work for actually cleaning my entire house so obviously I did not go back to them to use their services.

I liked everything about them. They were prompt. He cleaned everything and was wonderful.

It was a normal cleaning, including the floors, the carpets, the kitchen and bathroom. She did a wonderful job and the apartment was sparkling when she left. No complaints.

Woman was nice, but one empty bedroom and one empty bathroom to be cleaned in 3 hours for $89 and we couldn't tell that anything had been done. Complete waste of time and money. I used to clean apt for $10 an hour, baseboards, knickknacks and all. This was a complete waste. Not sure in any way how this was deep cleaning. Would not use them ever again. There was a small window in the bathroom over the bathtub and there was text written in the dirt that I hadn't noticed before. Either written before the cleaner came or by the cleaner herself. Really? You can't spray windex and in 3 wipes clean the window?

Very well. Charmaine came on time and was well prepared with her own green cleaning solutions. She followed my instructions. When the work was finished before the allotted time, she initiated other tasks, pointing out to me other areas of the apt. that could be improved. She was very personable, friendly,and industrious and the apt. was meticulous at the end of her visit.

The first call to the company impressed me by their professionalism. I used them in April and again in November. Both times the two people who came to my house were friendly and professional, accomodating and hard working. Everything looked great when they were finished.

Person was prompt and courteous. Worked without stop. After she left I realized I should have observed more closely; in future will give better instructions.

I asked specifically for wood kitchen cabinets and bathroom shower tiles to be given top priority. Whatever was used on the wood cabinets really made a difference; they never really felt clean to the touch before no matter how hard i tried. And the bathroom tiles are still sparkling 2 months later. Since i had a promotion for only a few hours of work, i was surprised and pleased that after both the kitchen and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned, and the window blinds dusted, as i had also requested, instead of packing up (there was about 15 minutes left), the hard working and pleasant worker suggested she could dry/wet mop my wood floors and dust the window sills. All in all a great first time experience, which i look forward to repeating again in the future.

She came in asked what REALLY needed to be done - this appreciated. I turned on my music for her (lol) and left her to it. She did a wonderful job.

I purchased one of the Big Deals on Angie's list ($89 for 3 hours of Deep Spring Housecleaning) since I was moving out of my 1-bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in Midtown Manhattan and needed to have it cleaned prior to showing it to prospective renters. After purchasing the deal through Angie's list, I set-up my appointment with Russell at Great Green Cleaning. Russell was great in explaining everything involved and was very clear about the costs and any extras. He was also very flexible with the scheduling since I had something come up and had to reschedule my original appointment. Since I needed a lot of extra work done in the apartment, I ended up spending close to $200 extra, but it was well worth it (the cost also included some of the cleaning tools and supplies that I didn't have handy since I had already moved everything out of the apartment). The cleaning professional arrived on time and was quickly ready to get to work. I left her in the apartment to clean and told her that I would be be back a few times to check in on her progress. Although I was prepared for her to take longer to clean the apartment, she finished a little sooner than expected and the final cost was less than the original estimate (which was a great surprise). Overall, she did a great job and the apartment looked absolutely spotless after she was done. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their service again.
