Quick and on time

Boris and his helper (I think it was his son?) were prompt, polite, funny and very reasonably priced. He came out the first time for a free consultation and returned a few days later to caulk around a large Andersen window frame which had been leaking during heavy rains. It was on the second floor and we didn’t have access to the backyard for a ladder so they had to do it by hanging out the adjacent windows. Boris got it done and did it with a smile. Hopefully this repair will solve the issue although there’s no way of knowing for sure until the next rainstorm. (I should mention the windows ARE rather old. ) But it was certainly worth trying before deciding to replace the whole huge picture window. We highly recommend Golden Touch.

Boris keeps his appointment and replaced the broken glass with a new two paned glass.
