They were OK, but they had to come back and adjust the door, since I had a terrible draft coming in through it. I later called about a window, but they never got back with me. They are not good at calling you back. When they are with you, though, they are very nice and helpful. Their workmanship is good, they just need to work on their responsiveness.

Wonderful company, the workmenship of their windows and the service they provide is outstanding! The staff at Fiberama are so nice. We had replaced 21 double hung windows. Fiberama had removed and hauld away all the old windows. All the windows look beautiful. Thank you for you service. We plane on using them for future jobs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only are the expensive, they do not return your calls in a timely fashion. On the day of the job they sent a group of men who rushed through the installation. There was no one acting as a supervisor or foreman to observe the work being done. Shortly after the work was completed I started getting leaks below the window that moved down to the 1st floor apartment after every rainstorm.This NEVER happened before Fiberama installed windows in my home. After several calls to the office expressing the problem, the woman who answered said she'd have Don get back to us. He never did. We had to call over and over again to reach someone to request service, I suppose since the work was done and they had their money there was no need to rush to return our call. They addressed the leak by re-caulking over and over again when we expressed that perhaps the windows are not installed correctly. They insisted that was not the case and refused to remove the window and seal inside the capping and re-install the windows. 6 YEARS LATER and we are still dealing with the problem. We have had a home inspector come look at the water damage and he confirmed the windows are faulty. After another call to Fiberama recently, they sent another man who we spoke to for 20 mins and he insisted the entire time it was the caulking. He would not even consider that the windows are OFF!!! I've been advised to take them to court. Save yourself the headache- DO NOT USE THEM. I am so glad there is a forum like Angie's list so other consumers do not have to experience this stress.

They were not measured correctly. They were not easy to work with at all. I did not like the work. They had to replace the side door due to discolorization. When it came to replacing the door they sent me to another company to get it replaced.

The entire process was simple from the estimate to the install to the payment.

The product was great but the installation was subpar and would never have anything installed again by these people!! Correcting problems has also been painstaking.

as usual start to finish was a piece of cake. they showed up exaclty when they were supposed to. they completed the job on time. they were neat, clean and extremely accommadating. I would absolutely reccommend fiberama to anyone

from begining to end everything was done with care. from the way they present themselves to how they treat you even after the job is completed. between the staff and installers everyone was great. would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of anything home improvement related

I ordered 8 windows of various sizes for my apartment. The showroom sales person was very professional and described all of the options. There was no sales pressure. I made my order, paid a deposit. They called when the windows were ready and we arranged for an installation date. The workers, two of them, showed up in a very punctual manner. They set up tarps to receive the trash materials. They took out the old windows and removed them from the premises. They worked very methodically in installing the new windows. All of them were properly caulked and sealed. They showed me how the locks worked and how the locking screen worked. All the trash was removed and they swept up after the work. All-in-all, I was very pleased with the work done and I would use them again.

The work was done in one day. The workers were punctual, professional and did quality work. I have had no leaks, and no problem even through the last hurricane we had.

I placed my order with Fiberama on July 23, 2011, explaining that I didn't want installation until after the new vinyl siding on my house was completed. I further explained that I didn't have a set date for the siding installation (which was a debacle) I left a large deposit and promised to call as soon as I knew the siding would be finished or close to being finished. Since there were a lot of problems with the siding, Fiberama called me several times to schedule installation and I had to change the date at least 3 times. They were wonderful. I placed my order with Don and his cousin Sal came to measure for the awnings. Their office was kind and gracious each time I had to cancel and re-schedule. The day before the installation, Sal called me to ask if he could come onto my property to re-measure to insure a proper job. I was thrilled that someone actually had the courtesy to call and ask. He promised that the installers would be there by 10AM and they came at 8:30AM. They spoke English, were great and performed the installation in about an hour. The awnings are beautiful and Sal even called me to say that my house looks great with the new siding, etc..! My neighbors and friends have commented that the new awnings are beautiful as well. So, I guess I can agree with their commercial and say and quot;Go to Fiberama, you'll be pleasedand quot;.

everything was excellent from start to finish. the workmanship was excellent and the clean up. the doors were perfectly installed. my family has used this company for many years and have always been happy. its nice to go to a place were you can walk into a showroom and be greated by a warm friendly smile and get 1 on 1 service with people who take the time to talk with you and understand your needs. i want to thank them for doing a great job as i've come to know.

It's now 2/12/11 My front door was removed and taken away without reason and no new door until we figured it out that the door was being taken to the shop so the oval glass can be placed into the new door. It was confirmed that that's what they were doing when we had to call the shop. We agreed that we would get an entire new door and NO. Now at 3:56pm a worker arrived with a temp door for the front door . The back door, I just found out they just reversed the windows ( i have min iblinds in the windows) And now they do not work. The door does not close easily and they stated they have to cut my carpet but not responsible if it does not come out right. So now I have to wait AGAIN for my front door. The worst part is the works attitude. I stated my glass door in the front of my house was upside down, the stamp on the corner of the window the writing is upside down. The worker stated "so who cares".. I care! I have to live here and see this door everyday of my life. AGAIN STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. MARCH 5, 2011 This is NUTS I still can not get my doors in since JANUARY 19th, read my previous review. The workers are here with my front storm and security door. We approved that the security door was acceptable, but the the worker stated that it is NOT going to be installed today. Meanwhile the call I received form DON the day before stated the all doors and problems with my blinds from my back door would be done today. WE called him ans he stated to us YES the doors are going in. We told this to the worker and he laughed and stated NO it's not. We took off from work gave up our weeks ends and still the work is not COMPLETE. What a disaster of a company. INSTEAD OF THE OWNER FIST FIGHTING WITH HIS WIFE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET WHERE THEY LIVE IN STATEN ISLAND OVER THEIR DIVORCE MAYBE HE SHOULD BE WORRYING ABOUT HIS COMPANY. Now I probably have to wait weeks again to get my doors installed. I AM CALLING MY LAWYER!!! Now the worker is telling my husband that he can not fix the internal blinds on my back door, it's a manufacturer problem. THEY ARE ALL LIARS!!!! I contracted with them in November 12, 2010 this is March 5, 2011 ans the work is still NOT done!

They showed up on time, worked neatly and efficiently, did a great job. Removed old windows and debris from property.

I would never use them again. their service was terrible. They did do the work, but I still have problems with the door that they put in. I called them numerous times and it took me a lot of calls for me to get them to do what I needed them to do. I scheduled three appointments with them and when I finally got ahold of them. They said that I wasn't listed. Their service was not professional at all.

Installation was quick and easy. Unfortunately there were a few problems. They were able to send out someone to repair the job, but that person was a temporary employee with no installation experience. He was an unemployed stock broker who made the job worse. The next person sent to repair the work accused us of the faults caused by the previous worker. At this point Fiberama was unresponsive to my complaints. I actually had reported them to the Better Business Bureau. That's when they decided to respond to my complaints. To this date, the door that they installed in my basement still doesn't match up correctly. I have to lift it in order to engage the lock. I have no desire to call them for further assistance.

OVERALL I THINK THIS IS A FANTASTIC COMPANY. THEY INSTALLED THE WINDOWS PROFESSIONALLY AND NEATLY. THE WORKERS CLEANED UP THEIR CLUTTER BEHIND THEMSELVES. THANKS TO FIBERAMA MY WINDOWS LOOK BEAUTIFUL.

I AM DISAPPOINTED. TO BE HONEST WITH YOU, I DON'T KNOW WHY I KEEP GOING BACK THERE. MAYBE IT WAS BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSE BY, BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO GET THINGS DONE THE WAY YOU WANTED.

FIBERAMA IS A VERY GOOD AND EASY COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY CAME ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB. I WAS VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEIR LITTLE MESS. I DID SOME COMPARISON SHOPPING BUT THEIR PRICE WAS THE MOST REASONABLE.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY RESPONDED WHEN THEY PROMISED TO. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FAST, AND I GOT HIGH QUALITY WORK AT A DECENT PRICE. THE NEW DOOR HAS HELPED ALREADY WITH MY ENERGY COSTS.

THEY GAVE GOOD DESCRIPTIONS OF THE PRODUCT and THEIR PRICING WAS WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. THEY GAVE A GOOD ESTIMATE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY NEAT.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEY WERE JUST GREAT. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY HAD EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.

THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD. THEY CAME IN AND DID THE INSTALLATION PRETTY WELL. I BELIEVE THEY CAME BACK THREE TIMES TO REPAIR ONE WINDOW, BUT IT TURNED OUT ALRIGHT.

IT WAS OKAY. IT WAS A C BECAUSE THEY HAD A VERY BAD TIME DELIVERING THEM. THE DELIVERY WAS BAD. THE WORK WAS GOOD, BUT THE DELIVERY WAS BAD. THE PRICE WAS FAIR. IT WAS OKAY.
