Description of Work: The spring mechanism on one side of the garage door snapped. A serviceman replaced the mechanisms on both sides, checked everything out, replaced a dented wheel part at no extramcharge and oiled up the parts.

Description of Work: Checked and oiled the overhead motor. I didnot need a new door, but he put in weatherstripping on the outside of door, because I was getting drafts. He also filled in above door on the inside with fiberglass that I had on hand. He also provided me with a new garage remote.

He was very professional and had given me his name and number. I was very happy with his service. He was prompt, very polite, and very efficient. The price was very reasonable too. I had a problem later on and they had called me up. They were willing to come back and fix it, but I was able to fix it on my own. They were very responsive to my needs.

 + -1 moreMy garage door railing came off, making the door lean back and rip the anchor from the front track. I thought I would be able to fix it but later realized that it was more than what I could do alone. Called Fenton the day after, Monday morning, the assistant took my info and I had a call from him within 15 minutes. I explained the situation to him and he gave me an estimate, later also asked him about the possibility of installing a power garage door opener. The fix cost would be part of the power garage door opener, therefore, decided to take the move. We set the schedule for Tuesday at around 7:30-8:00 AM. He called me a couple of times to confirm and while I walked my dog, he and his helper came. He had already fixed the missing screw from the back and I decided to install the power door, a 3/4 HP unit. The price was excellent and he had the item installed within 45 minutes. The door works like a charm and the job was extremely clean.

They arrived exactly on time, explained what was wrong and what they would do to correct it. They were very friendly and courteous and worked very fast. They showed me where my door was hitting the top of the opening and fixed it for me. They even coordinated the remote in my car. I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: A new garage door opener was installed along with a new key pad and two remotes.
