Description of Work: It's been more than two days since my first call and still haven't been able to talk about the job. I sent email and called three times. Ivan is very nice and his reviews are excellent, but I can't keep waiting.

Description of Work: The window cleaning company did a vert good job washing my windows. it was a rainy day and the guys put a protective coverage to my rugs, so it did not get dirty from the rain. They are fixed my screens that was not placed correctly in the windows. The job was done fast and I was satisfied.

Description of Work: These guys are great. The do minor window repairs when they find problems and take airconditioners in and out to clean. They charge modest fees for these services but way better than calling a window repair company.The windows looked great. They were easy to schedule, came on time, and did their work quickly and thoroughly.

Description of Work: Ivan was neat and thorough and did a professional job as he washed the windows in our apartment. He gave us the senior citizen discount he promised. All went well, and although the job took 3 hours, which was longer than I anticipated, we were pleased with the outcome. Would recommend him and use again.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list deal - 10 windows cleaned for $89. Based on the description, I counted my 3 windows as 6 windows, so felt it was better than I'd seen elsewhere. I was wrong, because I was actually paying the cost of 10 windows. I would have been happier if the service provider had offered to come back to do my 3 windows when they needed to be cleaned again, on the same deal. He would still have come out ahead, as far as I can tell. Aside from this, I must say Ivan was terrific as scheduling with me. As it kept raining or threatening to rain on the days we scheduled, he suggested and I agreed to change it to another time. Each time, he called in advance to reschedule, and called in advance to confirm the time on the day of the work. His worker, Yuri, was polite and focused on doing the best possible job, without leaving me a mess to clean up. My windows look better than they have with any other service provider. I would certainly ask them to return next time.

Ivan walked me through all the possibilities, and completed the assignment with absolute efficiency and expediency. He was on time, and stayed in touch before arriving. Very reasonably priced, given the effect of city living. My windows look great, both inside and out.

Description of Work: I am very happy with this window cleaning experience and would definitely use them again. Ivan was punctual, considerate, hard working, and even went above and beyond the call of duty by going off site in order to replace a broken window for me. He washed my screens and, when necessary, installed new ones after making sure that the cost was okay with me. My windows were gleaming when he left and I regretted not doing them sooner.
