13 employees. No subs. Regular double hung window is $12-$17 based on the size, condition of the window, condition of the glass Regular sliding window $10-$15 per panel. Multiple pane windows $1.5-2 per pane Charges a service fee of $20 handling a/c units (6/10/10). No travel charges. Additional serivce area: Middlesex, Rockland, & Union county.

Description of Work: Got a quote from "Alex" in the main office - she was very polite and efficient. Had approximately 15 exterior windows of various sizes cleaned. I wasn't willing to pay $31 per window for interior and exterior cleaning. I was quoted one price over the phone, but in the end, the contracted men who showed up charged me less because my smaller side windows were not counted as "full" windows. It balanced out since they cleaned my front storm door (it sparkles). They were very fast. For a moment, I didn't think they completed the job since some of the second floor windows did not look clean (when looking from the inside out). However, it was probably because the dirt was on the "interior" storm windows.

Description of Work: When they arrived Uri said that my windows didn't fit the offer's criteria since they were mostly sliders. I then told him I would pay in cash and cancel the offer. He said I would have to contact you and I did. They, as always, did a thoroughly professional job in an astonishingly short time. I have recommended Clarity Windows to others in my building. Please facilitate my refund as soon as possible.

Description of Work: Cleaned very grimy windows on three floors of my house including storm windows. They were not deterred by somewhat deteriorated old windows The work included taking out and then reinstalling two window air conditioners. Yuri and his colleagues cleaned up nicely and were very pleasant. My only regret is that I did not arrange for them to also do the windows at the back of the house. Next time !

Description of Work: Cleaners arrived as scheduled. Windows had not been cleaned in several years, but they did a thorough job and windows were sparkling when they were finished. They were careful to protect furnishing, floors and drapes while they worked. Will be hiring again soon!

Description of Work: They came and cleaned all my windows, inside and out - protecting my cabinetry surfaces, wearing booties on their shoes, etc., and not spilling dirty water anywhere. |The worker, Yuri (I think it was) who provided the service figured out how to really get the outside of my north-facing windows immaculately clean without his having to return for another visit - which saved me time and money! They did a fantastic job. I have recommended them already. I am thrilled with the result.
