Response from A Good Plumber Inc
unfortunately this review is not accurate that we "not do anything". we were called to diagnose a leak from one floor to another. on our first trip on november 19th, we ran diagnostics and investigated for 1.5 hours. customer was not present and chose at the time to not open to further diagnose the leak. we gave an estimated cost to open ceilings and walls and diagnose further. we were then called back and were there on november 26th for 2.5 hours this time opening walls and ceilings. again, cusatomer was not present, only his tenants. there was clearly damage which we photo documented (whether old or new we don't know) but no leak source found. we told the customer to leave it open a few days to dry out and call us if anyone sees a drip and we will come back at no charge. that was over 2 months ago and we received no calls of any leak. customer was well aware of the costs for diagnosis and access before calling us back. not really sure what the issue is that there was no apparent leak, but besides travel time, we spent over 4 hours at this property "doing nothing"
