There was a slight delay in my message being returned however when they called back, they were very professional and honest and apologetic about the delay . I also felt that they were very receptive to my issue and accommodating in offering to fix it the very next day. I would use them in the future.

Description of Work: The plumber came in smiling, was personable and professional in his demeanor. He told us what he expected to do during his complete tuneup of our furnace, and that he would check all the radiators afterward to make sure they were working well. When he began work on the furnace, he invited me to watch and learn what each part did as he carefully cleaned various parts and checked for clogs. As it was late afternoon, I didn't do that but it was nice that he offered. He took a look at our rather old thermostat and said it was one of the better ones from that time! Later, checking all the radiators, he explained how air valves worked and recommended that we have new ones installed in 3 of them which would lower our monthly heating bill. We are older folks and particularly appreciated his friendly, easy-going manner as well as explaining why it was important to have certain things done. We would definitely use this plumber again.

Description of Work: I purchased the boiler furnace maintenance package having forgotten that when I turned off the heat last Spring that the heating system was making noise. When the system was turned back on by the plumbers the noise returned and was traced to the pump which eventually needed to be replaced. I explained to the plumbers that the house (3 family on 1 zone) heats inefficiently and they inspected the entire house and recommended a solution. All the necessary repairs were explained to me and the prices were reasonable. I felt very comfortable with the service and they did not leave until they showed me everything that was done. They made sure all my questions were answered and the office even followed up to be sure I was satisfied. This is a family run business and I highly recommend them. They will definitely be the first number I call the next time I need a plumber.

Description of Work: We called and they returned our call very soon after. Probably within the hour. Thomas came and did a fabulous job. He explained exactly what he had to do and explained what he was doing all along the way. Thomas was VERY courteous and professional. He cleaned up perfectly. He advised us to what we should do to keep the drain running well. We particularly liked their straight forward pricing format. We knew exactly what our costs were for. We would definitely call this company again.
