 + -1 moreAll company people I came in touch with were very pleasant to deal with. The crew itself (5 men) was extremely professional and did the job with great care and efficiency. The final cost became a lot lower than the estimate, as I did a lot of the packing myself and also ordered boxes and other materials from a discount distributor. Their price per hour was also better than of others I asked for estimates.
Description of Work: The company moved all my belongings to my new apartment nearby. I did most of the packing (in boxes) myself, but they wrapped up my many paintings and all furniture.

 + -1 moreMovers arrived a bit late but did call ahead to indicate that they would be late. Move went well. Job was finished on time (building required they be done before lunch). Special thanks to Vladimir in the office of this company. He went the distance to get all the paperwork lined up and to get the building what they needed in advance. Again, this was a small job so we really appreciated this. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Very small moving job but the commercial building we were going to required all kinds of insurance and liability coverage. Normal practice is to deliver these documents the day of the move. Building wanted INK signatures, in advance, they wouldn't even accept a fax. The building proved very difficult to work with.

 + -1 moreA representative came to the house and gave me an estimate of price per hour with 5 guys, a 26' truck and how long the move would take. The price per hour (150) was higher than I had budgeted for, but I felt the company was solid. It paid off. The movers were fast and efficient and nice guys on top of it. They really helped with packing some of our unwieldly items, including 2 large vanity mirrors. Virtually nothing was lost or broken, and they just kept it moving non-stop. In the end, they finished a half an hour eariler than the estimate. I felt it was an excellent experience and would definately use them again (but I hope not! because moving is too traumatic).
Description of Work: They moved our very full, messy two bedroom apt. from one elevator building to another one a block and half away. They brought five guys and one 26' truck along with extra boxes and tape. We did our own packing.

 + -1 moreTHERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS ON EITHER SIDE. EVERYTHING WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH. NOTHING WAS BROKEN. THEY DID ALL THE BOXING AND PACKING, AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN. THEY CHARGED $70 AN HOUR FOR 2 MEN.
