Excellent! Right on time, worked hard and fast. Very pleasant and good pricing. I could not ask for more.

Moving man Inc. arrived at approximately 9:15 am as promised. I pointed out what items were being moved. They were fast and efficient. They arrived at the new destination and unloaded everything in about one hour.

Guys showed up on time. Were very efficient and did an outstanding job. Start to finish these guys were great.

Precisely on time, these men moved quickly, yet were always pleasant and came along as amicable as possible in the real world. Brave.

Quickly took apart piano, and packed it into our own truck.

They were professional from beginning to end. They were careful and mild mannered and provided a smooth moving experience.

The first move went well; they arrived on time and energetically, skillfully and professionally moved equipment and boxes. However, the second half was different. We received a phone message saying they would be an hour late. But after 3 hours we called in and were told they were on their way, that they had "left already". That was not encouraging. When I asked why they were late I was told it was equipment problems. When I inquired whether they had scheduled another job before ours I was told "absolutely not; we would never do that". When the movers actually arrived FIVE hours late, they said their earlier job turned out to be much more involved than expected. I do not appreciate being "handled", ie being lied to over and over by a phone person just because he can. This person said he could not reach the driver to find out exactly where he is. When I mentioned cancelling the job, he said I must tell him immediately so he can call the driver back!! This second crew was not nearly as professional as the first, and they were less motivated. One thing I will say, they do not whip out the paperwork while your possesions are still on the truck, in effect ransoming them in order to receive payment on their terms as some movers do. The last stop was a storage facility, where they did try to finish up with a flurry of activity, but neglected to place boxes in a way that their labels could be read easily. When I called a day or two later to discuss these and other issues, I was told by "the manager" that we would be called back. Never heard from them. I would chalk this up to "too busy to care" syndrome. Don't move in the summer if you can avoid it.

First off, they were suppose to be there at 9 a.m., but they were 2 hours late b/c of a truck malfunction. However, they didn't call me to tell me they were going to be there at 11 a.m. until around 9:05 a.m. I'm not sure why they didn't call earlier, say 8:45 if they knew they had to take the truck back. Once they got there, the four guys were efficient, wrapped everything and packed the truck, got to the second location to pickup a few items, then headed to the house where everything was to be dropped off. They took apart a few of the furniture pieces: crib, bunk bed, platform bed. They put everything back with no issue, except for the platform bed. That was a mess, unstable, so I had to redo it. Overall, these guys were professional, worked hard, and they put items where we asked them to in the house. I would recommend them, even with the few blips.

The estimate was thorough and done in a professional manner. The movers were on time and were friendly and efficient. They answered all questions and were careful and courteous. I had a moving van full of furniture and belongings so it was a full move. The time and cost came in slightly better than was estimated. I am not very demanding and my furniture is not particularly valuable so I was not hovering over the movers and did not require any packing or unpacking. I also was not particularly fussy about where the many boxes were left in my new apartment. I was happy with Moving Man Inc. and would use them again.

They were on time, extremely helpful and generous with their help. They bent over backward to help me setup. I highly recommend them!

It went very well. It was a late start but once they arrived, it went smoothly, quickly and within the estimated time frame.

I was very pleased with the estimate, and that is why I originally booked this company. The movers were professional, and successfully completed what was a somewhat complicated move. I look forward to using this company for my next move, which will be at the end of this summer, and which involves moving from NYC to Boston.

Service was easy to set up and to get an estimate. Initially went with moving only (no packing) however about 2 days before called and tried to add on packing services as well, which they said wouldn't be a problem. When they arrived on the day of I guess the moving guys didn't get the memo, because only 2 people showed up initially. They were, however, able to convert it to the full packing job within a few minutes and 2 extra guys were there. They were quick, didn't damage anything (including tons of stemware and glassware which the packed very carefully) and completed an impressive feat of packing and moving within the time provided. Furthermore, despite they snafu about the packing, they didn't try to gouge me on price, even though our initial estimate didn't include packing at all. Would use again.

Generally a good experience again. THis is the second time I've moved with this company in the past 6 months and the price was about $1,000 better than the competitors. I would have liked the drivers to arrive earlier in the day than they did - but they had traffic issues. I would also have appreciated the unpacking service provided in the first move but all in all - I was satisfied.

Moving Man firstly gave a very believable, comprehensive estimate. They tried to keep costs down by suggesting in our case to move half one day and half the next, which worked out fine. On moving day, they worked quickly and efficiently to pack and load a little more than half the house and deliver it. On the second day they quickly packed the remainder and then loaded the contents of our nearby storage unit before heading to the new house. They seemed to take a great deal of care of the fragile furniture etc. There were remarkably few moving dings left on the walls of either house, especially given the narrowness of the staircases. They ended up within about 5% of their estimate. We had very few gripes. They forgot to move one small bathroom cabinet (maybe thought it was part of the house), but I threw it in the back of the car. If you want packing AND moving, we'd recommend Moving man - they seemed the best value of all the businesses we looked at.

They did a good job and made the whole process very smooth.
