Description of Work: They came promptly the first time but when this didn't address this issue it took multiple calls and no shows for appointments until they came again and more no shows until the dryer was in working condition.

Description of Work: They tried to trouble shoot over the phone and even gave me an alternative |to test before coming out. They tried to save me money. |But I needed the onsite work to be done. |They were very good. |Definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: Another highly rated appliance repair company came out to tell us (after not even pulling the refrigerator away from the wall) that the whole thing was broken and to replace it. AV Appliance came out and fixed the problem saving us from cutting out our built in refrigerator and replacing it. I couldn't be happier. This company saved us thousands of dollar just by knowing their stuff and having the expertise to fix something instead of just scrapping it. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $30 for a Window or Wall Air-Conditioner Service Call. We ran into a problem in terms of cleaning 2 of the Air Conditoners. They brought both of them back. One worked fine and the other one had the bolt/compressor that blew out. I had to hire another electrician to fix that and that cost me other $200.00.

Description of Work: Technician fixed a large thru-the-wall AC unit and replaced 2 smaller air conditioners. We purchased an additional thru-the-wall unit from them for the 3rd bedroom. Overall they were very professional and best of all they were honest. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Over an hour late and they never called. Arrived and didn't know what the problem was, though we had told them ahead of time. We said the display panel wasn't working. He wanted to pull the stove out from the wall which was useless to fix the display panel. Finally quoted such a large fee for fixing it that we could buy a new stove instead, so he left. We didn't pay him anything. Totally useless and worst of all, made no attempt to let us know he was running late.

Description of Work: Professional, courteous, and gave me a tip about buying another stove (since I decided to not have him repair the old one I have). A side note: he was honest. I had already written a check for his services, but after he left, he came back and told me that there had been a mistake and that because of the Angie's List deal I had bought, that I didn't owe him anything.
