Bob's team was very responsive to my emergency call over the weekend. Was here first thing Monday morning with all the materials in hand. Bob had his office send over an insurance certificate in no time and the work started as soon as the quote was finished. Very processional. Had some great suggestion for other projects.

The job was done quickly and cleanly.

The estimator and installer (separate days/people due to non-standard size) were punctual and professional. Having obtained other estimates, their price was fair. The installer used a drop cloth and was neat. He also offered to clean the fireplace / chimney at no extra charge.

My sister call Ageless Chimney , she explain to them that her house is tested positive for carbon monoxide and her chimney is in need for repair . Bob, from Ageless Chimney make arrangement with her . He came on time and take his time to explain to her husband and her the problem and how to fix it in detail. He also give them a discount . I decided to call the company direct, rather then waiting for them to get back from my email. At first I got their answering service, and I thought to myself I will never hear back from them today, since it was already 4:30. Well 5 minutes after I hung up with the answering service, Cheryl from Ageless Chimney called me back, I explained my problem to her, and she told me she would try to get someone there either tonight or tomorrow, for what I thought would be to look at it and give me an estimate. She called me back in 15 minutes and told me she can have someone here by 6pm. They arrived before 6pm, told me that the liner had to be replaced, gave me a price and I said lets do it, when could we get it done, and he said, much to my surprise right now, which was great because the chimney was completely blocked by the damaged liner Thanks to Ageless Chimney, for reacting quickly to my problem and for probably the best Customer Service that I have ever dealt with!!!!!!

Bobby and his crew showed up on time. Great guys who worked hard. Replaced about 8-9 layers of brick on top of chimney. Repointed where needed, installed new cap. I was a new homeowner and called Ageless Chimney back in January to come and check out 2 chimneys. Bobby inspected both along with oil burner for no charge and gave an estimate about the masonry work I need.

The experience was surprisingly pleasant. We asked around for a referral and every single person complained of being at the mercy of these companies. We used a coupon found on Angie's List for a dual sweep of the fireplace and boiler chimneys. I left a message after business hours that was promptly returned by an incredibly professional and friendly woman named Cheryl. She walked me through the process and followed up as promised. The appointment was on time and the men who came to do the sweep were very polite and professional. We would definitely use Ageless Chimney again as well as refer them to our friends and family.

Everyone at this company is a pleasure to work with. They are professional, polite, and obviously take pride in their work. I will be using them for all my chimney-related needs in the future.

It went great. I'm a little late with this review but the team was punctual and efficient. One guy replaced the chimney cap while I believe it was Bobby that inspected the flue from inside the house. He stated that he saw nothing to clean after one heating season. And also that with the woodstove a lot less creosote forms in comparison to a fireplace and when it does form the woodstove usually burns it right out. He took pictures inside the flue and showed me. No work was done for the cleaning so there was no charge. I will be calling them again for an inspection next year.

Many people have stopped and commented on how nice the walkway was done. They're extremely cooperative. They showed up when they said they were going to. They went through all of the steps and processes they were going to do.

Contacting the company and arranging for the estimate was easy. Cheryll was very efficient about appointment times and letting us know exactly when work would be done.We did not have to wait around Christian, who did the estimate about 2 weeks prior, and his crew were prompt, professional meticulous and efficient. They were also friendly, polite and they were nice to the dog too! Everything inside and out was neat and clean when they finished. Very happy with the whole experience. They really went the extra mile.

It was easy to schedule the work with Ageless. They were prompt and professional. They ran late, but called me ahead of time to notify me. The work was professional and I am happy. It came out to be higher than the original expected cost, but they quoted me over the phone without seeing the sight due to access contraints to the residence.

We called Ageless for an estimate. Beginning with Cheryl, the person who answers the phones...she was professional and very nice. Easy to talk with. Once we decided to hire Ageless, Cheryl followed up with communications as well as a heads up when the guys were running a little late getting to our house. I give her an A+. Owner, Bobby, gave us a good and reasonable estimate for cement stucco fix to our crumbling chimney. Offered advice regarding safety of water heater exhaust which we appreciated. Only had to wait a couple of weeks to fit into their schedule which was a plus as we needed to fix chimney before weather became too cold for cement to cure. Cheryl called to alert me that Bobby and crew would be running a little late but they still arrived fairly early and got straight to work setting up scaffold. They wrapped the chimney in wire mesh after breaking off all the loose cement. They then proceeded to patch and stucco the entire chimney from ground up. The job was completed same day. Bobby and crew of three hauled away all debris and cleaned up after themselves. All the guys(brothers and a longtime friend) were very nice. The only reason why I gave them a B for professionalism is that they were soooo relaxed about how things were done. Some cement splatter was left on nearby shrubs and ground(dirt and grass area) and the hose used for mixing the cement and clean up was not rolled up and placed back on the hangar. That being said, the hose may not have been noticed when they were cleaning up as the work being done was near front of the house and hose is close to back of house. As for cement splatter, the nature of the work being done is messy. I don't think they could have been much more careful than they were and they did spend time cleaning up as much as they could without being ridiculous. Bobby also gave us a 10 guarantee on the masonry work which I thought showed confidence in his work. I expect we will call on Ageless Chimney in the future when we need chimney cleaned as well a whirlybird chimney cap replaced when it eventually rusts in place. Thanks guys.

There were no issues noted. They acted in professional manner and were punctual, efficient, and effective in their execution.

A few weeks ago i noticed pieces of cement on the ground next to the chimney. I called Ageless after my neighbor recommended them. I scheduled the appointment for 9/19/15. They called to confirm the day before and told me they would be on site between 11am and 12pm. When they arrived, the workers were professional and got right to work inspecting the top of the chimney. They verified the crown was cracked and needed to be repaired. They looked in the boiler room and identified a need to have a new chimney liner installed. They cleaned the inside of the chimney, removing the broken pieces of the original clay liner as well as other dirt and debris. The area was vacuumed and cleaned before he left. The liner was then installed and connected to the oil burner. The worker who repaired the cement crown also did a good job. He was thorough in cleaning up the old cement from the roof. I would hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone with chimney issuess.

Not pleasing. They fixated on selling me a new chimney liner (which would have cost $1500).

Great work, courteous and responsive to questions. I like these two guys, no attitude and ready to work for you. I highlty recommend them.

Everything went perfectly. Their office called the day before to tell me when they'd arrive. Two men arrived on time. They worked very professionally, finished in the time they had said it would take. They cleaned up everything before they left. The pointing up job is excellent, looks authentic, mixing in with the old bricks. They were also very pleasant and informative. You couldn't ask for a better service. You never know beforehand, but now I know--these guys are winners!

They came on time and were prompt in giving me an estimate. A return date was scheduled and they arrived on time and promptly began working. As far as I could tell, they brought everything they needed. They completed the job and cleaned up. It was a pleasure top deal with them. I highly recommend them.

The provider did not do anything except tell me they do not go to Brooklyn.

The first time I used Ageless was to replace my chimney. That was in April of this year. I needed to have it done prior to a complete roof and siding job. They did an impressive job and I was extremely happy. I even received a call for a reference and gave a glowing report. After the roof and siding job was done, I needed to have my brick steps and planter repaired, replaced, and re-pointed and the blue stone steps and capping re-secured. Without hesitating I called Ageless and agreed upon a price and start date. The weather set the start date back a week but that's to be expected. On June 11th work started and all was preceding well. I'm not one to hover, but I occasionally would check on the progress and ask if they needed anything. After a full days work, the job was done. The bricks appeared level and true to the eye. However I questioned the color of the mortar, which was a bright silver. I would have preferred a dark grey or even charcoal. I was told that it was still wet and that it would darken when it cured. It had overflowed onto the face of the textured brick was also flush to the brick edge. When I discussed this I was told to wait a short period then hose it down and it would come off. There is a brick walkway too that I didn't touch, however mortar had been dripped down its length. Again I was told to just hose it off. I did as instructed to no avail. I called the company a few days later and was told that they would stop by to inspect it. No one showed. A week later I made another call and the young lady apologized and said that they would definitely stop by and that I did not have to be there which was fine because I was traveling but didn't say anything. Again a no-show or if they did, no followup call or any sign of repair. We are now into Mid July and before I traveled again I made another call and received another apology and another assurance that someone would stop by. Nothing. In between all of this I have had three large bar-b-q's to show off the house. Each time I was chastised by guests for not having a professional do the brick work instead of doing it myself. They are stunned when I tell them professionals did do this. They don't believe me. A neighbor, who is a mason, stopped by and we discussed the project. He confirmed what I had already surmised. The mortar is the wrong color, however this is a choice which I should have selected before the start. My Fault. The mortar joints should have been raked back and not left flush. A weather or weather-struck joint should have been used. As for the bricks, they should have been wet-brushed after each raking and all droppings should have been wiped up and hosed off immediately. He said the joints need to be dug out and re-pointed with the proper rake and the brick face needed to be power wire brushed. He didn't think power washing would work. I spent nearly 75K to have my house redone because I can't to the work anymore. I'm frustrated that the job, which I never gave a second thought or worry about turned into a nightmare. I didn't give any "F" ratings because the opportunity to correct the job still exists. Pictures are available of course or just stop by if you're in the area.

This was a long standing appointment, confirmed by Provider's wife on the telephone the day before the scheduled appointment (made several weeks ago). I rushed home from my appointed rounds to be here before the appointment window. The Provider did not show nor make a telephone call to explain the absence. Not a good start to any project.

I was very happy with the work performed. Sherwood and his crew showed up on time, were professional and were very clear with me during the jobs about potential issues/costs. They were able to completely install one flue, but had to come back another day to finish the other. Again, they were on time, professional and quick. I was very happy with the work and their speed, and I will use them again in the future for my chimney cleaning and any repair needs.

Assuming this guy was a salesman would answer the question as to why he disappeared. My job was too d*** small for him & promised little commission!! Proper professionalism would have had him tell me that the job was just too small & perhaps refer me to someone else...not to make unfulfilled promises!!!!
