Description of Work: A gentleman named Sherwood assessed and took pictures of my chimney. I have 4 chimneys, prior to the estimate I knew only one needed pointing. Sherwood was honest and said only one needed work. He was very personable and I appreciated his great customer service. I felt confident hiring him. The job was completed, no mess left behind. Great job.

Description of Work: Three men worked for three hours. They installed one new stainless steel flue liner for the boiler with a clay pipe extension and cap. They also swept the fireplace flue. Unfortunately, that had to be done from inside the living room. They were careful, but the H.E.P.A. filter on the vacuum they used wasn't as good as expected. After they left, we found there was a fine layer of dust on everything. It took quite a while for us to clean. They also installed a clay pipe extension and cap to the fireplace flue. Finally, a small amount of pointing was done on the chimney above the roof line. All in all they're not perfectionists but delivered a fairly good quality job at a reasonable price. They were also polite and personable.
