 + -1 moreI'm so glad we called Ed (at Koops) for our garage door. We called around for pricing and Koops offered us the same quality door for less, so we set up an appointment for an official quote. Within a few weeks we have a brand new door (it was special ordered, the door was installed within a week of it's arrival around our schedule) and it is exactly what we asked for at a very reasonable price. Ed was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the process and kept in contact with us for scheduling and to let us know when the door came in. The door has been in use for a few weeks now without any complaints...it's very quiet and it is installed well. We'll definitely use Koops for all our garage door services in the future.

His price was better; his knowledge of the products was exceptional and when a model and color we had originally wanted was no longer available from the manufacturer - he worked miracles finding an even better alternative. On the day of the installation, Mr. Koops was there on time; worked quickly and efficiently, and left our garage cleaner than he found it! Cannot give a more glowing review.

Their subsequent estimate for a permanent repair proved the most reasonable and they returned promptly and finished the job. Thank you very much.
