This is the second time in six years I've called upon Koops Overhead doors. Both times they replied quickly to my request and were able to set up appointments quickly. They came and checked the old unit, which had shorted out when it got knocked around while doing cleaning. Unfortunately the motor was burned out. They put in a new unit immediately and had it up and running quickly. Very easy to work with and priced fairly.

Dave, the repair man was excellent. Called ahead, showed up on time, was very helpful in diagnosing and promptly fixing the problem. My garage door works perfectly now. I will use Koop Overhead Doors anytime I have a problem with a garage door. Highly recommend them. Thanks TC

Prompt, polite, professional service. I haven't checked the price of openers elsewhere, so can't comment on that, but the serviceman had a unit with him, and it was done quickly.

It went great. Right from the first visit for the estimate and then the installation. So professional. He worked with me to help me make the right decision for my house and was very fair in price. He returned calls promptly and showed up right on time. When finished, he explained everything to me and said to call with any questions or problems. So nice to do business with an honest and personable company - I can see why he is so successful and why others have rated him highly. Would definitely recommend this company. He did an amazing job. Ed showed up the first thing the next morning. He replaced 2 springs & came back the next day to install a new opener. He was very professional & worked fast and was very neat. He cleaned up and made sure I knew all the features of the new opener. I would use him again and would recommend him to anyone needing garage door service.

Great Job! Ed was very nice, responsive and professional. He was able to replace an older part on my garage door without me having to replace the entire door. Price was as expected. I would use Ed again without questions and recommend him to anyone needed service or a new garage door/opener!

Owner called a day after my purchase and set up a time to do the maintenance. He was on time and performed the maintenance included in the price and adjusted the safety sensors on a door that was not closing properly. He also took two old door openers that I found difficult to get rid of. Very nice people to do business with.

I have an insulated garage workshop, and he was excellent because the garage has been very warm in this cold weather and acclimatizing it has been great. I like to deal with locals and this company is a local one. He came in right away, he was very straight forward, we did the deal on a handshake but last minute I had to cancel the installing date because there was family issue and he was very flexible about that. He came when he said that he was going to come, put the doors up and did an excellent job. I would give him a blowing reference if anybody wants doors. Price wise I did get a couple of bids and he was competitive. They were not the highest, they were not the lowest. I have another garage door to taken care of and so I would call him back for that.

Koops was punctual professional and easy to do business with. When we did not like the grids that came for the garage door windows, he suggested alternative and made an extra trip to replace them. Overall a very good experience.

Garage door spring broke on a Sunday night. Left a message on machine sunday night; call was returned promptly Monday morning about 7:20 am; Ed came about 8:30 (earlier then he stated) to fix the garage. He worked efficiently and quickly and had the job done in about 45 minutes. He was professional and polite and very thorough. We would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

ed came on time for the estimate. he was friendly & personable & honest. when the time came for the install, he also arrived right on time & the work was completed in a few hours. he even disposed of a garter snake who had decided to live in the garage!!. i'd highly recommend him.

I called and left a message for Ed at his office on FRI after 5 P.M. He returned the call within the hour to schedule an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Ed Koops was wonderful. Showed up 15 minutes EARLY. Unheard of! Replaced my old garage door with a new insulated door and did an excellent job. Door looks and works beautifully. Replaced my 15 year old opener with a new Liftmaster MYQ opener. Again an excellent choice. Ed explained everything and cleaned up before he left. Entire job took 2 1/2 hours. Very pleased with my purchases (Ed's recommendations) and the workmanship.Highly recommend!!

I called Koops Overhead Doors and left message. My phone call was returned promptly and we were able to schedule a date for the service. I needed time to clean out the areas that he would be working so I scheduled two days after the call. Arrived in the time block he gave me. Went straight to work after looking at the springs and pulleys. Replaced pulleys and springs. Oiled and adjusted the door. Friendly and courteous service. Will definitely use him again and I am happy to have my garage door working!

There were no troubles with scheduling and they arrived as scheduling. They were able to complete all of the work in the same day. They were very nice, courteous, and efficient. It was a great experience!

Ed came to my house to measure the doors and show me what was available to purchase. He was on time and very helpful. He gave me an estimate, and I told him that I would like to go ahead with the project. I got an invoice that night via e-mail and an estimated time for delivery and installation. He arrived this morning on time, got the job done ahead of time and was very friendly and informative about everything that he was doing.
