I called Ryan at about 7 pm about a radiator that was shooting water in my kitchen. He walked me through the steps of stopping the problem, and then asked me to text him some pictures. Ryan asked if we wanted to wait for him to come in the morning, now that the major issue was resolved, or come in the evening and pay more. Not only did he help me solve the immediate problem for free--he tried to save me more money! I asked him to come. About an hour late, he brought and associate. They flushed the radiator, inspected the components for problems. They were here for 20 minutes.

Working with Ryan was a extremely pleasant experience he was very timely and completed the job when it needed to be working along side the other contractors the work came out beautiful, I couldn't have asked for a better experience would deffinetly recommend him to friends and family

I called Ryan (owner) after finding the other excellent reviews here on Angie's list. I needed a plumber for some work on a rental property. He was able to get to the home quickly, and right at the time we had agreed. The work was quick, clean and professional. I highly recommend Gleason Plumbing & Heating, and now have a new go-to plumber for any future needs that might arise.

It was remarkably smooth. He was able to supply the service on the same day that I called. He called me on his way here to let me know when he would be arriving. He arranged to have the water heater delivered to my home before he got here, and then he got to work quickly and was all around very pleasant. Definitely would call him again. I referred my daughter in law to him for a plumbing job she needs to get done

I called Gleason Plumbing to repair a burst pipe in my basement from that dreaded Polar Vortex back in January. The owner Stephan showed up within minutes and had the burst pipe cut out and replaced in no time. He did it with such confidence and skill. I was immediately impressed. He noted that this was a heating pipe and continued to make sure our boiler was functioning, which it was not. He then drained or "bled" the lines of air and made sure that all heating zones were working and that all the faucets in the house were working. He also pointed out the reason why the pipe burst, because our thermostat was too close to our fireplace. We now have the knowledge to hire an electrician to move that thermostat to prevent this disaster again next year. He was at our house for about 1.5 hours and charged us a fraction of what I thought it would cost for an emergency call. I couldn't be happier. I recently called him to start work on a sewer line replacement. I can't wait to work with him again. What a pleasure to deal with a competent and honest person.

Ryan was very accomodating in providing us with an appointment time. He arrived on time and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to others. (I left the price at $0 because I don't remember the exact price but it was very reasonable).

Never bothered to call me back! No way to run a business.

It went very well, Ryan and his assistant showed up on time and Ryan even made a courtesy call when he was on his way, which I appreciated. They made the repair which only took about 20 minutes, they did a good job , for a good price. They were nice guys and I would definately recommend them to others as well continuing to use them in the future.

Not what was done, but what wasn't. After scheduling a gas piping installation for a gas fireplace insert, this contractor failed to show up for an optional site visit, ignored the scheduled install date and never responded to messages after that. This caused an unnecessary delay as I had to find a different plumber.

Ryan was punctual, nice, accommodating and professional. I will definitely use him again and would recommend his services.

We hired this company for a second job and after rescheduling once (per his request) he never showed up and never called to explain why.

Gleason was a no-show. Never arrived at the appointed time and never called. It would seem he is not interested in my business, and I want someone reliable. As a result, I will not be inviting Gleason to bid on any future plumbing projects in my home.

Had a good initial phone call, scheduled a time to meet at the condo at 8:00am on Tuesday. He no showed on the appointment and has not returned my phone calls or my Angie's list message since. That was 5 days ago. In my opinion, a return call or message would seem to be the least he could have done. Would not recommend.

, if you are expecting him to show up any time soon. We are all busy and I don't appreciate taking time off work for people like Ryan who can't keep an appointment nor pick up the phone and let you know.

Ryan was great. Extremely professional and gave me details that I could understand perfectly. The whole process was a pleasure.

First Job: Disconnect of a gas line between the main line and a wall mounted furnace. Ryan disconnected the line, plugged it and checked for leaks. Also, because he had to shut off the main gas line, he relit the water heater pilot. Second Job: Remove and install a new water pressure regulator for my main water line. Steve Gleason installed a new water pressure regulator and an additional shut off valve going to the inside of my house which will make it easier to perform any future repairs. I noticed that the regulator installed was an older model that contained some lead parts, so I emailed Ryan about my concern. He came back the following week and installed a slightly more expensive lead free regulator and didn't charge me for the additional part cost or the labor. That's great customer service and I would recommend Gleason Plumbing to other AL members.

He was fast, professional and successful in completing the job. I can vacuum again, praise the Lord!

I left work to meet them at our scheduled time. They called and said they would be two hours late due to an emergency. That did not work for me so we had to reschedule. Second time the showed on time and ready to do job. Took about 45 min to remove toilet and replace wax ring.

ConEd turned off the gas for my whole house in response to a small gas leak. After they fixed the gas leak, they requested to replace an applicance flex pipe with hard pipe in order to turn the gas back on. After Ryan heard my situation, he came to help me right away. He had good relationship with the building dept. and knows the whole process very well, which helped my plumbing permit process. I was able to get gas back on fast. Thank you for all your help Ryan!
