All went well. The team was very efficient and worked continuously. They cleaned everything and were respectful of my property. As far as the mold abatement it is too soon to determine how well it worked but by the detailed estimate that Nu-Life provided, the abatement worked seemed to be a best practice for this kind of work. Preserving the historic character of my c. 1790 church, currently being restored and renovated into a private residence, was a key concern going into mold remediation. Other companies told me that the entire building would need to be gutted to the studs. I was immediately comfortable and set at ease as Jeff Gerber from Nu-Life listened to my concerns and priorities, shared his knowledge, and worked with me to develop a remediation plan that was thorough and safe without being unnecessarily destructive to a locally-significant historic building. His team was incredibly punctual, friendly and, importantly, communicative throughout the two-week-long process.

Showed up on time, did an excellent job removing the mold and coating the attic and crawlspace. I found some mold when pulling up some wood paneling. They removed some sheet rock and treated the studs at no additional charge while they were here.

They were timely and efficient in performing the remediation work. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again, if needed.

The job was very professionally handled. Nulife helped remove some items that were prone to mold and they did the soda blast and encapsulation and also discussed how to avoid mold in the future regarding gutters and drainage and humidity levels etc. They were excellent. We were extremely pleased with the job performed by Nu Life on our house. We have owned this home for 31 years and we are preparing it for eventual sale as we plan for downsizing. The home was built in 1979, and at that time, the regulations for ventilation were not as rigorous as they are today. Consequently, mold had formed in our attic, and we were seeing evidence of it in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Jeff came in and made an assessment, providing us with separate quotes for each job, and thoroughly explained what would be performed. We accepted both quotes, and his crews arrived punctually on the dates scheduled. They were polite, respectful, careful and courteous, and did the job as outlined. They sealed the areas that were being worked on, and worked diligently. An independent inspector (required by law for a separate fee) examined the work that was done, and certified that it was done properly. Billing was through email, and we paid immediately. I would highly recommend using NuLife for any mold remediation that is needed.

Jeff and his crew were great!! Very helpful in explaining the process and answering all our questions. Just bought a new home that had white mold throughout as had been empty for couple of years. They clearly explained what they needed to do, promptly showed up and completely remediated all the mold in the crawlspace and first floor.
