SERVICE MASTER BY INTEGRITY

They were excellent. I am not sure what the service cost because it was covered by my insurance. The insurance company recommended them and their job went absolutely fantastic overall. They were so efficient and they came in a couple of hours after the water break. They ripped up all the flooring and put the blowers on. They were incredible. They were very knowledgeable with their job and they just came right in and boom, boom, boom. They were out of here within maybe an hour and a half and they were able to get the water damage out and everything. They definitely went above and beyond. I would absolutely use them again in the future if the need arises.

It was excellent. It was a Sunday morning and they came in right away and got started. The only hang up in the whole thing was the interaction with the insurance company so it was the insurance company's fault. They came quickly and they finished it in a couple of days.We had to move fast so I didn't have time to make price comparisons but it seemed like an okay price.

Our laundry room suffered a flood when the supply hose between the house's water supply and the back of the washer burst in the middle of the night. Water may have been gushing for up to 7 hours when it was discovered. Our laundry room and the adjoining family room flooded with several inches of water. The water also ran under the door between the family and the garage, where we were storing personal items in a signficant number of cardboard boxes. Water also ran between the wall of the family room and garage into the crawl space below, soaking the insulation and flooding the crawl space. The Service Master team was on the scene within 3 hours of our having alerted our insurance agent of the situation. They immediately set to work ripping out the flooring, vacuuming out the water, propping personal property up on blocks, and installing fans and dehumidifiers. They worked quickly and efficiently, like a well-oiled machine. Additionally, the area manager, a highly professional and congenial young man named Don Garner, was very sensitive to our stress and reassured us numerous times, telling us he'd seen worse and they could take care of the problem so that no dampness would remain. They left no stone unturned and returned 4 days later (the time frame determined by the % of moisture and the length of time it would take their machines to thoroughly dry everything) to remove their equiment and ensure that all of the moisture was gone. We cannot say enough good things about Don and his team. They are true professionals and I would not think of calling another company for this type of work. I've already hired them to complete another job at a different property. One caveat concerning the price of the job; that was a required field but it only reflects our out of pocket expense as our homeowner's policy covered the damage and our carrier was direct billed.
