They were very good. I am not sure I would use them again.

Three female cleaners showed up promptly at 1 PM. I showed them what I wanted them to do. This took about 15 minutes so their actual starting time was 1:15 PM. When they told me they were finished, I looked at the time and it was exactly 3:15 PM. Their fee was $105.00 per hour, so the total was $210.00. However, I had a coupon from Angies List for 10% off, so the cost was $189.00, which is what I paid. The next day a man named Hamilton called me and told me that I owed an additional $47.00. When I asked him why he told me that the job took longer than two hours. When I asked him how he arrived at that conclusion he told me that the vehicle that the women drove to my house was equipped with GPS and that he based it on their arrival time. I informed him that he should be charging me based on their work time. They did not start working as soon as they arrived. It took time for me to show them what I wanted them to do. In addition, it also took them some time to bring their cleaning equipment from their vehicle to the apartment. I informed Hamilton that they did not actually begin working until 1:15, and by the time they gave me the bill and I paid them it was 3:30 PM.I told Hamilton that I was only going to pay for actual work time. Upon completion of the work, I went to inspect the premises and I was very disappointed at what I saw. They were supposed to clean the range, the range hood, and the interior oven. There was grease and stains on the underside of the range hood, and when they were finished the grease and stains were still there. When I asked them about it they said that they scrubbed and scrubbed and it wouldn't come off. The next day I was able to get it off myself with Easy Off oven spray. When I told Hamilton about this he said that the cleaners don't carry any cleaning supplies that contain chemicals. I told him that some chemical products were necessary to do the job properly. In addition, the cleaners did not clean all of the cabinets as I requested. Finally regarding the additional $47.00 I wound up settling with him for half, and when I asked for a receipt from the man who came to my house for the additional payment, he informed me that he could not issue me a receipt. I had to wait two more days for Hamilton to E-mail me a receipt. Overall I was very unhappy with the entire experience, and not only would I not ever use this service again, I also would not ever recommend them to anyone else.

The service provided by Imperial Cleaning Company went smoothly. It wasn't a very tough job to do; so, within three hours they were able to finish it. They did try to up-sell me. There was one bit of work they did that I felt that could have been done better. It wasn't a major thing. I think in one of the rooms on the coffee table a magazine had gotten wet and there was a little piece of torn paper stuck to the coffee table. They could have just wiped it off or scratched it off. But it makes you wonder if when they cleaned it, did they take the flower pot off?

Good Job in all aspects but the floor which needed additional cleaning for the grout lines. But they were hired for general cleaning which they did a very good job. I would hire them again!

3 women came and cleaned my coop for 1 hour. They dusted, vaccumed, mopped the kitchen & bathroom. They were polite and professional. One women spoke English the other 2 spoke spanish. I was able ot communicate with my high school spanish.

They arrived 1/2 hour early which was fine. The workers were very cordial and friendly however wasted no time in getting to work. The work they did was excellent.......shining clean! This was an introductory deal.......3 people one hour for 63$ My only problem was in addition to adding tax was that apparently a tip was mentioned which I hadnt planned since I only did this deal since it was 63 dollars......

The crew of 3 arrived right on time with all their own equipment. One of the ladies spoke English so communication was not a problem. We told them what to do - they did it all expeditiously in a reasonable amount of time. We reviewed their work and pointed out some areas that needed their attention. They followed directions and accomplished it all. Very good workers and we would recommend this service. Hamilton responded to our call - set up the appointment and called on that day to remind us they were on the wasy and they showed up right on time ready to work. Nice job - nice experience - all went well.

My experience with Imperial Cleaning was terrible. Initially, the team seemed great as they arrived on time and acted very professionally. However, I encountered several issues along the way. First, I had scheduled them for kitchen and bathroom cleaning at a new place we just moved into. We did not put a time limit as I did not know how long it would take to get everything disinfected, degreased, and cleaned. I explained to the team leader that I wanted them to use my cleaning equipment and what areas needed to be cleaned. Two bathrooms, kitchen, and two pantries adjacent to the kitchen. As they were cleaning, they seemed very efficient and organized. However, about 1 hour and 45 minutes into the work, they started cleaning floors and vacuuming carpets with their equipment. These were the areas I did not want to have cleaned. I pointed out to the team leader that the second pantry wasn't touched and she apologized stating that she forgot and that they have to leave now for another job. I was already aggravated that they used clearly dirty floor mops to "clean" the floor. I have pets and am concerned about them catching diseases from other animals since Imperial Cleaning did not use single-use equipment. The mops looked extremely dirty and unsanitary. After they left I went to check the kitchen. I was actually planning all along to wipe the cabinets once again prior to putting plates and things away. I was expecting them to be clean but was going to disinfect once again just to make sure they were totally clean. I actually regret not having an option of posting photos/videos of my cleanup. I used a Lysol wipe on one of the cabinets that looked clean but the Lysol wipe was dark after one swipe. It actually took several Lysol wipes, repeat cleaning with vinegar and detergent, and rinsing with water to clean up these cabinets. The previous tenant clearly did not maintain this kitchen but I paid $205 for the cleanup that was not done. Hamilton of Imperial Cleaning offered a 30-minute free touchup but I saw no point in it since they did not clean it the first time. I refused and did not hear from the company since. I offered Hamilton to come to the site and check the kitchen himself but he did not respond to this offer. I am still not done with the kitchen so Imperial Cleaning is welcome to come to the site and review the work. For me, this was a complete waste of money. If you truly care about having your stuff properly cleaned, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

After signing up, Hamilton called almost immediately to set up an appointment. I was told he would call back 24-48 hours before the appointment to confirm. When I did not hear back one day before the appointment, I called the service. They had a wrong phone number and wrong address for me. It felt that if I did not call them, they would not gone the extra mile to contact me. The workers showed up 15 minutes early (which was OK). They worked a full hour and did a thorough job. My major complaint is that a few scratches were left on a glass shower door.

Job was done well and quickly.

I spoke with Hamilton at ICC and he was very accommodating and very professional. He was able to get a crew to my house on the Saturday before we moved in and right after they finished the floors. There was dust everywhere from the floor sanding and we wanted everything wiped down including walls, windows & screens in addition to the typical cleaning for bathrooms, kitchens, vacuuming, floor washing etc. Overall, they did a good job. They cleaned everything we asked and probably got 90-95% of what we would have done ourselves if we had the time. All of the tile floors in the kitchen and baths were not cleaned that well and they didn't vacuum out the radiators where a lot of dust had collected. These were things we really didn't notice until after the fact. Like I said, big picture it was good and a huge time saver.

I called them up; set up appointment. They did the cleaning in one hour and left the place immaculate.

I spoke with the gentleman, and he was wonderful! He was flexible, the scheduling was a pleasure. I couldn’t say enough good things about him. They showed up, they were courteous, and they did as much cleaning as they possibly could in the time frame. It was a good intro into their services.

1. The cleaning crew arrived on time and acted in a professional manner. 2. They cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. I found the overall cleaning job to be just fair.

.The 1st cleaning took about 3 hours - but they did everything including (they always asked me if first if it was OK) to move my boys completed logos sets to dust. The house was clean - it did not smell clean but that was due to the green products they use - but I always loved that clean smell - but that is just me. I also had them come for about 3 separate times for a bi-weekly cleaning which came to $161.00 with tax (I paid by check) - they came right at their scheduled time - if there was a scheduling delay Hamilton called me to make sure I was aware, they were there for about a hour and a half. Hamilton also called me the day before our scheduled cleaning to remind me

We flooded in Hurricane Sandy and the house was finally ready for a post construction cleanup. Hamilton and I discussed my needs which would include a thorough house cleaning and post construction cleanup as there was dust everywhere. He made sure that his team would have sufficient time to complete the project and booked a 6 hour visit. The team of three women finished in 3 1/2 hours. They did a very good job, better than other cleaning services I have used in the past and they even cleaned my oven and refrigerator. However, upon further inspection and yes, this was after I "signed off" on their work and they left, I did notice that they did not complete everything I wanted done...on the outside everything sparkled but on the inside of the cabinets, they did not empty them out and dust like I had wanted. Now I did explain to them that this was something I wanted done so I'm not sure why it wasn't and, of course, I didn't notice until after they left but I didn't call about it because the bottom line is I didn't pay for the extra time either and I figured I could do it myself or they could do it next time they were here. My only other "issue" is that they insisted on cleaning my house from top to bottom in spite of my desire to have it cleaned from the bottom up given that the lower level was the construction zone and needed more work. I think that the newly cleaned construction area looked considerably better after they left but I did notice that there were still some spackle spots and dust in places that I pointed out earlier as wanting to make sure they were cleaned. Again, nothing that I bothered to call Hamilton about but not exactly perfect either. Make sure you print out the 10% off Angie's list coupon to get the discount on your first cleaning service...this offer and other positive reviews are why I tried them in the first place although I would like to see them discontinue the printed coupon requirement as it is not in keeping with their "green" philosophy! While I am not ready to commit to using Imperial Cleaning on a regular schedule at this time, I do plan to call as needed and for other cleaning services that they offer.

As noted, the work performed was ok - it was just not enough to constitute a complete house cleaning. The Angie's List deal was really not that good of a deal - I do better with my regular pricing with another cleaning service.

The cleaning was fine; I don’t have any complaints there. I would absolutely recommend them. The price was good.

Jose and his crew were fantastic. I am so happy with the job they did. I have hired them to come back and clean the rest of the house.

The only thing I hate more than cleaning is appointments. I hate making them. I hate keeping them. So while making the decision to hire a service was easy, I put off actually? doing it. This was a poor decision. I waited until one week before Christmas, one week before I was to host 30+ people, to see if anyone could ?squeeze me in.? Knowing that I had been totally irresponsible, I didn?t even try calling the really well rated companies. I actually sought out ?eh? reviews, in hopes of outsmarting the scheduling gods. No dice. Everyone was booked. Everyone. And those that weren?t insisted that they see my home first to provide an estimate. That would mean I would technically have (at a minimum) TWO APPOINTMENTS. The horror. I sat at my computer, ready to cancel everything? and then I saw, through my tears, Imperial?s listing. An A-rating? A phone estimate? With nothing left to lose, I called. Within 20 minutes, Hamilton saved Christmas. The crew would be there Friday afternoon. They would do everything they could in the time slot he was able to find for me. There would be 3 of them. Oh? and there was a coupon on Angie?s List too, he told me. A true Christmas miracle. When the big day arrived, the crew arrived, led by a field manager. He and I spoke for a few minutes as we walked through my home; he laid out the plan of attack and I had the opportunity to make any requests, voice any concerns, etc. Meanwhile, the other two crew members were busy bringing in their supplies, never wasting a moment. Having finished our walkthrough, I was told to do what I needed to do, not worry about being in their way, and they?d let me know if they needed me. For the next three hours, the only sounds I heard were those of the vacuum, the sink and hardwork. Those three were allllll business, and my house was SPARKLING. (Two weeks later, it is still in really great shape. And that?s after having had so many guests visit.) I suppose the only ?criticism? I have is that it is a little bit pricey. BUT! I can say with absolute confidence that the crew was working every single minute of their visit, and they were working hard. And smart. (They knew what to zone in on, and they were careful to acknowledge and address my priorities.) I paid a good deal of money for the service- but I got back a GREAT finished product in return? And, most importantly, a very, Merry Christmas. Thanks Crew!

I liked that they were professional and punctual.
