I've been using Imperial Cleaning for quite some time now and love the quality of their work. Norma and her girls are absolutely fantastic! They always do a thorough job cleaning, make sure to treat my home as if it was their own, and are always punctual. I could not be more satisfied with the level of care and attention to detail they provide. I highly recommend this company for your home cleaning needs.

I have been using Imperial Cleaning regularly for the past 2 years & I have had basically the same people cleaning that entire time. Norma & her crew of Hilda & Lorena are dependable , efficient and attentive to details when cleaning my home. I have 2 dogs & they dust, clean & vacuum all corners of my house & leave it smelling fresh & clean. In addition to all the usual household scrubbing, they regularly wipe down & clean my mountain of kitchen cabinets—something I never could seem to get to myself . Topping it all off, Norma, Hilda & Lorena are always pleasant & accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services.

Description of Work: I spoke with Henry who scheduled Luis to come to my house to provide an estimate on Mon. Even after coming to my house late, I asked if I should call Henry to make an appointment and Luis assured me that Henry would call my cell that day or the next. A week later - no call even after I called Henry at the end of the week. Not a great way to treat a potential customer!

Description of Work: I took advantage of the special of three housecleaners for one hour for $63.00. Once I purchased it, I didn't even have to make the initial call, the owner called me to schedule the service. He explained how it would work, and we picked Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. Needless to say, that was the day of the impending snow storm. I was called the day before to say that they would still come, and, in the mess of the start of the storm, they kept their word, showed up and completed the service. They did a good job, brought all supplies with them and took the trash when they left. I would recommend them, and would use them again.

Description of Work: Hamilton informed me that I was ineligible and would have to ask Angies List for the refund. Apparrently I missed the small print ( I did read it 2x, but I was on the fly away from home). I was disappointed and let him know. I also was disappointed that he could not simply charge me the difference for the regular hour's fee and save me this step of applying for the refund. I am mostly happy with there service, with a few issues that the company is working on to improve. I will write a review for them after my next service from them (tomorrow 3/8/13) which will be my 3rd cleaning with them.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the living, kitchen and bath areas of the house. Great job on the appliances, windows inside & out, blinds & floors. After they left I noticed the upstairs chandelier and the overhead tile in the shower were not done. However, if I had noticed it while they were here they would have taken care of it right away, just as they did with a few other minor misses that I did catch. Very professional and respectful.
