 + -1 moreThe cleaning staff were very courteous and did the job very thoroughly requiring minimal suggestion or supervision. As the house was empty, they could go through cupboards and closets thoroughly, vaccuuming and cleaning. They were well worth the tip that I added at the end. My only complaint -- the Anjie's list discount was discussed on the phone, but not presented to me in the final bill. The job also took longer than the estimate -- but I have no complaint on that end.
Description of Work: I recently bought a 4 BR/5 Bath 2500 sqft house in Nassau County and wanted it cleaned from top to bottom very thoroughly. Imperial provided 3 cleaning staff and equipment at the location and performed the services for about 4 hours.

They wanted to send over three people, but my space that needed to be cleaned didn't need to be that many so I chose someone else, but it was a positive experience all around.

 + 0 moreIf you get your windows cleaned, you might have to substitute it for some of the work. For instance, you might not get your bathroom done. I chose to substitute. I've never been able to get my bathroom as clean as they got it. They got out all of the water stains in the shower. They are very good. Their price is competitive, when measured against the quality of their work.

My shower does not have any more water spots on it! They had 4 people come out to clean and they are definitely worth every penny! Their manager is the kindest man.

 + -1 moreGEORGE , THE SUPERVISOR, AND 2 OF HIS LADIES ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY BRING THEIR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES, WHICH ARE ALL ECO FRIENDLY(GREEN). THEY WORK AS A TEAM. ALL CLOTHS ARE CLEAN, AND PUT INTO A BAG. THEY MUST USE 50 CLOTHS WHEN THEY CLEAN.THE FLOOR MOP IS MICRO FIBER AND CLEAN. THE VACUUM IS A HEPA FILTER, SO NO ISSUES WITH DUST. THEY WEAR UNIFORMS, AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES, AND I AM NOW A BI-MONTHLY CUSTOMER !!!!! EMILIO, THE SUPERVISOR WHO TAKES THE INITIAL CALL, IS VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING THE WAY THE COMPANY WORKS, AND HE COULDN'T BE NICER !!! I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM THE APPT. GREAT TO HAVE FOUND SUCH A TERRIFIC CLEANING COMPANY !!!
