Description of Work: All the Right Moves was wonderful and made our moving experience so much easier. We moved from a 3 story house in Spanish Springs to a single story in Reno. They were on time, quick and very responsive to our needs, even moving furniture more that once to get everything to fit! We had absolutely no damage. + -1 moreMatt and Rick arrived at house in Fernley alittle before 10am. I took them on quick walk thru house, pointing out what items were to be loaded . They worked well together. Knew exactly what they were doing - very capable and professional. They were very up front with items that (due to the condition) would not be covered by their insurance - I greatly respected that. They worked at getting each room loaded properly. They also moved some lawn decorations and even placed them in yard at Reno house. We are very happy with job well done. Would give them a very high recommendation. Their start time was 9am from their location in Reno, they came to Fernley picked up the load and delivered to house in Reno. They un-loaded their truck, put everything, ie furniture, appliances, etc exactly where we wanted it to be. Matt gave us a 10% Senior discount, entire time was 3.5 hrs. Very acceptable. Original over phone quote was 104.50 per hour.
Description of Work: One truck and 2 men moved household items, which included appliances, furniture, and boxes we had packed. Entire move took approx. 3.5 hours. Was move from Fernley, Nv. to Reno, Nv. I have not had reason to use All Right Moves since my review on 11/2011. But I would certainly use this company again -as previously stated they did a great job - very reasonable price.

+ -1 moreI needed some furniture and a piano moved for installation of hardwood floors. I looked for a local company that advertised "piano moving." When I scheduled, I explained that I had a heavy upright piano that I needed moved. When the three gentlemen arrived, they had no special equipment such as straps, ramps or lifting equipment. They initially said they couldn't move the piano to the garage where I wanted it saying, "it is too heavy." They did finally move it to an alternate location. When they returned to move it back, they still had no special equipment and arrived with only two men. They then scratched the new hardwood floors. They then told me, "it is only a scratch on the finish." (like that was no big deal) They tried to cover the scratch up with an oil based rub. I was very unimpressed with their professionalism and quality.
Description of Work: I had some furniture and a piano moved for installation of hardwood floors and had the piano and some of the furniture moved back into the room after the floors were installed.

+ -1 moreThis is a good company for moving needs around the Reno area. Price was right: $45/hr/person. 3 really efficient strong young men showed up on time and did exactly what they were contracted for. Very personable guys. Only one problem: a curved piece of glass from a 7" tall curio cabinet was broken (the only damage by the way). Here's where things stand right now. They were slow responding to the damage claim. They have insurance, but to keep their premiums low, they would rather pay for any damage out of pocket than submit an insurance claim. They were supposed to send a glass company out to get an estimate for the damage, but a month has gone by and NO one has contacted us. This is really unfortunate since the job up until that time was really done well. Thus I have to knock them down on "Responsiveness". As far as moving though, they were good.
Description of Work: Contracted to move our household goods about 5 miles (10 miles R/T) from a rental house to a house we recently purchased. Arrived on time, worked hard until the job was done. I even gave them a tip.

Description of Work: This company moved my things from a moving truck to a storage unit. They were late by about an hour and came with two men instead of the three we discussed. They were very nice, professional, and were careful with my things. We had some problems in that i had color coded some things to be placed near the front of storage, and several times I noticed them ignoring this and stacking things to the back. I was also disappointed that they only made a modest effort to utilize the vertical space in the unit, and instead kept asking me to rent another unit. I ended up with three when I think it could have been packed tightly in two. Overall the price was right, they were careful with my things, and the move went quickly. I would use them again.
