Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Website states " If the dirt, grime, and stains on your carpet can be removed, we will get it done" except they didn't get the stains out and when I asked about the stains they said they're permanent and won't come out. Which was a lie, so I had to redo the carpet myself, and guess what? The stains came out. Then this j****** has the balls to tell me on a call to tell my retarded kid to stop dropping ice cream on the floor. This guy literally called my autistic daughter a r*****.

Mike and his son from Triple J did an amazing job cleaning our grout today! He also did our neighbor's & they were very satisfied. They were very nice, professional, and the grout looks great! :) ?
