Description of Work: My water heater began leaking a few days before guest were expected to arrive before Christmas. Once they had gotten approval through my Home Warranty, the work was completed professionally and timely by just one technician (Ryan). He showed up at my home at 9pm and had my new 75-gal water heater installed and operation by 10:30pm. Saving my family and guest from taking cold showers through the holidays.

Description of Work: We needed water line replaced and in replacing the line our sidewalk was damaged. They agreed to repair the damage but took several phone calls to get the work accomplished.

Description of Work: I would recommend getting the full house flush because by the time I paid for extra lines it the full house deal would have been cheaper. | |But while he was there, he helped discover a leak caused by my frig, not the water line going into the frig. He then contacted a company that came out and worked with the insurance company. | |Had MC come back for additional plumbing jobs and go Angie discount. | |Will be using them again

Description of Work: Very professional. I have had plumbing drainage problems since I bought this old house. They came out and pressure cleaned the pipes which fixed the drainage problem and then used the camera to make sure it was clear.

Description of Work: I paid Angie's List $49.00 for the referral and was told by the service man that the cost of the repair was $175.00 and the $49.00 paid to AL did not apply. I paid but if the AL fee is not applicable, why use AL at all. Man replaced internal parts to a toilet to stop water running. Pretty expensive ahem you add $49.00 referral fee !!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: I had leaky faucets in my master bath. It is old (1960s) and has had gaskets replaced in the past. It is now working well, and with much less effort than before and no longer leaks. I thought the $300 I paid was average, but I am shocked today at the prices of everything, so take that into account. The job took about an hour.

Description of Work: The kitchen sink in my rental property was clogged by kitchen grease. The plumber explained clearly how to unclog it and the cost to me over the phone. He come back the next day and fixed it as scheduled. Thanks to MC plumbing for the quick turnaround.

I moved in less than month ago and wanted to make sure there were no hidden surprises that weren't caught in the inspection process. They also fixed a leaking faucet in my backyard. They will be repairing a leak I have in my guest bathroom, as well.

Description of Work: great responsiveness. Told me a couple of scenarios that could be causing the problem. fortunately it ended up being the less expensive issue. the only small problem is they replaced the cartridge in the shower, it improved the water pressure but now the hot is cold and cold is hot so it was put on backwards. overall not a big deal. I would use again and have referred them twice already.

Description of Work: They came and did the original repair professionally and warned me about something else that was going to need repaired before long and fixed it for me. I had to call them back when I was having problems with the bowl not filling with water all they way. They responded quickly to come back out and find the issue. Once they found it, it was something that came loose from the previous repair so they did not charge me for the call. At all times they were polite and professional.
