Description of Work: Had a problem with the main water feed to our irrigation system, too involved for a landscaper so we needed a plumber. We were leaving town the next day when leak was discovered, and MC Plumbing sent Dan R out promptly. He was courteous and understood our need to resolve quickly, he was finished in 2 hours, answered a lot of questions for us, and the price was reasonable. I feel confident they would come anytime we need them, and that peace of mind means everything to us.

Description of Work: He changed the water faucet for my shower and replaced some of the pipes. I had wanted him to replace the faucet to something that was easier to turn on and adjust the temperature.

They installed a new water heater for me and they installed a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. All of the work was done very professionally and in completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and will use them again should I need something done in the future.

Description of Work: Called them on the phone and told them what minor repairs I needed. They gave me a quote, but it doubled when they got to my house. Also, the tech took several long smoke breaks to prolong the job time.

Description of Work: Saul called me right back after I called after 5. He scheduled me for the next morning. Scotty called 20 minutes ahead and said he was on his way. He came in and fixed the problem in minutes! He was also very nice. I highly recommend Scotty and the company.

Description of Work: They were great!!! will definitely use them again! They came out with the camera for the drain, showed us exactly where the problem was and how to fix it. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Can;t say enough good things about them. MC was the 4th plumber we had out and the only one to fix the problem.

Description of Work: Estimate and replace hot water heater. Contacted and replaced same day. overcame "congenital" problem with house in that House cutoff valve was nonfunctional.

Description of Work: Replaced a recirculating pump for a hot water heating system, recirculating line, check valve, bleeder valve, double union and shut off valves. |Following installation of a new hot water heater, it was taking about 5 minutes to get hot water at the faucets. We were told by the installer of the hot water heater that the recirculating pump was working but we didn't need it anyway because the new water heaters would provide sufficient pressure to the faucets. This turned out not to be the case however, and with the new circuit he constructed, we waited forever to get hot water, with or without the recirculating pump on. So I contacted MC plumbing whom I had used before (the hot water heater was replaced by a different contractor provided by a home warranty company). Scottie came out promptly and immediately recognized the recirculating pump was on but not functioning correctly, and gave us the option of just replacing the pump versus reconstructing the line with various valves to enhance the system. We opted for the new pump and full system revision which was a little pricey, but Scottie was back later the same day to do the work and , lo and behold, hot water within 15 seconds!! Scottie was very pleasant to deal with and explained in detail what our options were. He clearly diagnosed the problem which the previous plumber failed to do. He also quickly replaced a leaking main water inlet valve and that was eventually covered by the home warranty company. In addition he did a complete check up on all the plumbing fixtures in the home |I would not hesitate to use MC plumbing in the future and would try to get Scottie if available!

Description of Work: I paid and never was contacted by the provider. My monies were refunded and because of this I have not used any Angie's list providers. It set back my project and needed to get my own provider.
