I called for service on 3/09/2010 to set up an appointment for 3/10/2010 at 2. Tom was on the road driving. He pulled over to take down my information as to time and place. We set up the appointment for the 10th. So on the 10th I get home before 2pm and waited. So now it's after 3:30pm. I tried calling about 3 and a little after that because of the line being busy. I finally got through to Tom and asked why nobody came.At first he didn't know what I was talking about because the appointment was not marked on his schedule. After we talked about the appointment he started to remember our conversation about the job. He apologised and and asked what I wanted to do. He was willing to send out a person at that time but I didn't have enough time. I had to be somewhere else in a short while. So we set up an appointment for the next day and the work was completeld. Oh yes the plumber showed up on time. The bill came to $250 but Carlos called Tom for the pricing and Tom knocked off $50 because of the scheduling mixup. I would have given him an A in overall experience but punctuality brought it down, sorry Tom.

Awoke to flooded garage. Water heater breached during the night. Searched Angie's list. Called MC Plumbing. Response was immediate. Serviceman arrived at specified time. Replaced water heater without a problem. Removed old water heater. Extremely professional. Customer oriented. Competetively priced. Would recommend without hesitation.

These guys are fast, courteous and honest. They responded first thing to a clogged mainline and also came out on a sunday for a leak . I highly recommend them.

My scheduled appointment had to be moved back a day because of an emergency plumbing job that came up at another house Mike was servicing. Fortunately, my schedule was open the next day, so rescheduling was not a problem. Mike said his plumber would be at my house around 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. In fact, the plumber showed up around 2 p.m. However, Mike was conscientious enough to call me before then and let me know that his guy was on his way. That I appreciated. The plumber was courteous and knowledgeable and did a good job fixing the problems I had called about. Based on my previous experience with plumbing contractors, I thought what Mike charged for this service call was very reasonable. I'd use him again.

Problem was less complex than anticipated, so was completed for less than the telephone estimate. A 10% seniors discount and a coupon for Angie's List were honored. Work was done professionally and on time....would recommend, based on this rather basic plumbing problem.

Mark came on scheduled time to estimate job and did not go over the estimate. He explained every step of the repairs and answered any questions, giving me an opportunity to tell him exactly what I wanted, such as an elongated bathtub spout. Actual work started before he had scheduled it (with my permission). His plumber did most the work, but Mark was on the job off and on to see that each major step was carried out properly. His workers were polite and cleaned up very nicely, not only sweeping after themselves but washing the tiled floor. I would call this company again and again if needed.

The plumber was very courteous, respectful, quick and neat. I cut out and used the coupon shown on their information report. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

MC Plumbing arrived at the time we had scheduled, even taking into accounty having to spend time trying to find my place. It is not easy to find if you haven't been there before. Mark first tried to see if the disposal could simply be repaired as opposed to completely replacing it, which would have saved me money. As I had suspected, the disposal couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. The work was quickly done and they cleaned up after themselves. The work was completed within 45 minutes.

Called up, got a same-day appointment, a few hours later I had my new sink and faucet. Did a great job for a fair price.

I was very satisfied with them. I would hire them again.

Carlos arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment. He had the gas bbq valve installed and the bathroom sink repaired within about 45 minutes. At that point he had to go to the store to get a "flex kit" for connecting the water softener - we had bought one, but it was not the right size. He was gone for about 2 hours because of difficulty in finding the right size (this is why I put B for punctuality, though he arrived on time originally), but upon his return we talked with him and Mark (by phone) about the price, as we did not want to pay for such a long delay. Mark suggested no additional fee above the $250 estimate we were provided over the phone but that they would take the incorrect-size flex kit in exchange for the one Carlos had to buy. We felt this was a fair deal. Carlos then installed the new faucet and the water softener. All four items were used yesterday after he finished (including the gas bbq) and all are working great.

Calledat 7 am for installation of kitchen faucet. They estimated $85 on phone. Said they would be there at 9. They were there at 9 a.m. sharp. I needed both a faucet installation plus an angle stop. Total was $110. Serviceman Carlos was polite, professional, excellent. NO problems.

MC Plumbing did a great job of keeping us informed from the original estimate to the final finished project. The workers were great! They cleaned up their mess as they went and were always very courteous. The original estimate was $6,600.00 and we decided to add a Reverse Osmosis System for our drinking water which brought the total cost to $6,750.00. MC Plumbing provided the Reverse Osmosis System and installed it for $150. I received a bid from another contractor to provide a similar RO system and his quote installed was $637.00. The one (1) year warranty from MC Plumbing and twenty-five (25) year warranty from an insurance company are also a plus. Needless to say, we are very pleased with MC Plumbing!

The job was completed in a very timely and professional manner, with minimal complications and minimal clean up required. From the beginning estimate from "Clay", the office contact Laurie, plumbers, drywall & concrete workers, to the final walk through with "Joe" everything was taken care of swiftly and with great attention to detail. Chose MC after several estimates on the job and am convinced I made the right decision. A "horrendous job" turned out to be good experience.
