they did not show up. I called the office and was told that they were running late and that the tech would call. I said that a phone call would have been nice. The tech immediately called and asked for my address because the paper got wet and he could not read it. I told him to get the address from the office and when he said he couldn't, I told him not to come. I called the office back and asked them why they couldn't find my address and informed them that I had cancelled the call. I was then told that if it were me with the emergency than I would understand. (There was no mention of an emergency before.) I asked if the person that I was speaking to was the owner and I was told yes. He said the tech could not read his writing. I told him they should get their stories straight. Arguing with customers solves nothing. Either does lying. All he had to do is act professional and apoligize, and tell the truth. It goes a long way.

Saul came as scheduled and was able to fix my patio faucet in no time--for years plumbers and handymen told me all I needed was a washer for my garden hose to stop the spraying of water when it was actually a valve that was broken. I wish I'd called MC Plumbing years ago! The next day I discovered a leak in my water heater--I called Scott and Saul came over in the evening and in less than hour I had a new water heater.

I emailed MC plumbing through Angies list on a Fri. night around 7:30. I received a phone call a little after nine...they were available to go come over right away, same price. But, I decided to schedule for the next day. The technician called around 10 to see if we could move up the appointment, which was fine. He arrived on time, evaluted the problem, quoted a price, and gave us a discount. He had the parts in his truck, so the whole repair took under an hour. My toilet was rebuilt because the rubber inside the tank was erroding and the bolts were rusted. He advised me not to use bleach tablets in the tank, which he suspected caused the accelarated errosion. It was nice to have this advise to prevent it from happening to other toilets. The toilet works even better than it did before the leak and there was no mess. The technician was very personable too. I would recommend this company.

It was a major job and exspensive. They did excellent work. I monitored them all day and was very pleased with their efforts. I now have water.

First let me say the the work the plumber did was spectacular. However my dealings with Scott were not so great. Due to the amount of work I needed done, I purchased 2 deals. The price being excellent I completely missed the fact that this was one deal per house. Without a doubt this was my error. Now this is where Scott and I seem to remember two entirely different conversations. When I first reached Scott we discussed the deal and the work that needed to be done. This was when I found out that only one "coupon" would be honored. Scott explained to me that if people purchased multiple deals for the same property that he would be working at a loss. I was frustrated that I was out nearly $200 and he hadn't even walked in the door! Scott then told me that he would honor both deals. I had no intentions of ripping him off and I thought he realized that. After all, wouldn't he want to retain these good customers? Let me add to this call is that I had him on speaker and also took notes of the conversation. Also, when I had originally called I told Scott that I needed a kitchen sink installed; that I was upgrading from an over-sized sink to a double sink. When I asked the plumber about it I was told "we don't cut counter-tops and don't move garbage disposal. Again, I just don't get it. If a plumber doesn't do the installation, who would? But in the great scheme of things....this wasn't worth arguing about. The man who Scott sent worked hard and completed about 2/3 of the jobs I had for him. He worked hard for 2 hours and even took away the old toilet and disposed of the cardboard too! So all in all what was completed was done well with no problems. I'd give them an A+ on the job and a C for customer service. Makes it a wash with a B.

We had a leak from our toilet valve which flooded the bathroom. It was really great that they came out the same day even though we had a $99 coupon. Fernando was the service technician. He replaced the valve & the internal elements. While he was here, we had him install a new faucet in the laundry room which we had previosly purchased..The service ticket was for 1.5 hours of work plus $60 for parts related to fixing the toilet. We were really impressed with Fernando and will keep his name for any future work. The Angie's list $99 coupon for 2 hours of service was well worth the price!!!

We had originally called for a leaking pipe not only did he resolve that issue but fixed our problem dishwasher

I found MC Plumbing to be very fair at a great price. I highly recommend Saul (technician). He did an awesome job installing the water heater I personally bought. He was honest and provided me choices before I had to make a decision. He also saved me money by recommending how I was able to reuse my existing connections. I would definitely use MC Plumbing again!

I spent $2800 on the day when they came in for service and $700 the next day. So in total it was $3500. First he thought we did not need a new water heater and we could use what we have. I appreciated his honesty. On further inspection he observed that it wasn’t working properly because of the metal parts. We recommend him to anybody. We will use him again. He is very good. There was a special on him in Angie’s list for $699 and he discounted the price.

The employee was arguing with me that he couldn't accept the prior quote unless I had the invoice to prove it, and he wouldn't honor the discounts that they offer through Angie's List. He called the office and said that the manager said no, they wouldn't honor it. They should have taken my word and double checked what I was telling him. For quality, I walked out periodically to double check what was going on, and when he began to drain the hot water heater, I saw a puddle of water where the water heater was. I had to go out there with my own towel and clean it up. He mentioned when he arrived that they offer better quality water heaters and parts to Angie's List members in comparison to people who learn about the company through other means. Which is unfortunate for those who are not Angie's List members.

I called MC Plumbing because we had a leak in an RV fresh water plumbing system.They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The job was handled professionally and courteously.I would highly recommend MC Plumbing.

I got a discount coupon on Angie’s List. I paid $699 for the installation and everything. We lived in this house for 13 years and I had been on vacation, when I came back I seen the coupon. I thought that if the water tank had broken while we were gone for two weeks it would have been a real problem. I called him and scheduled him to install it. I was grateful. I bought the coupon before I went and used it after I came back from my vacation. I liked them fine. They came right out and took care of everything. There was no mess after they were done. We had a nice guy come over and he answered all our questions. If I had to get the water heater myself and install it I think it would have cost me more than what these charged me. The water heater itself costs about $450 and then if I have to get a plumber to install it, it would have cost me more. The price satisfied me. I had no problems with them and I would call them again. They did just fine. They didn’t make a mess and I didn’t want somebody handing me a line where I feel like I am taken advantage of. I told one of my friends about him and the price and she wanted to hire him. I asked him if he would give her the same price though she doesn’t have the discount coupon and he agreed to it.

He told me I needed a whole new faucet. I told him I'll go get a brand new faucet. He tried to sell me one out of the truck, but he did say I'm better off getting one at the hardware store. When I came back, he said he was going to charge me another $100 to put it in. He said it was because I didn't have one on the property, and he wasn't doing anything. So, I wrote a check for $100. I didn't say anything with the coupon at all. He was here for an hour and 15 minutes. I called the office, and told them. The girl said she was going to verify it on the GPS system. She said she couldn't verify it, so she was going to credit my account.

I noticed moisture on my walls and paint peeling. My heater had apparently been leaking for sometime damaging my walls. I saw MC Plumbing here on Angie's List so I gave them a call and within 2 hours they were here and the technician, Jose called when he was on his way. It was determined that my water heater did need to be replaced. Jose called the owner, Scott who came right over with a water heater and it was replaced within minutes. Scott and Jose both exceeded my expectations and I was very pleased with the services performed. I will be having them come back out to do additional work for me in the near future which I am sure will be fabulous. I would most definitely recommend them and call them for all of my plumbing needs.

There were two different guys that came out on the two different occasions; they were both really nice guys. I liked both of them. They both got right to it and did a good job. With the second visit, I called on Friday at 4:00 and he was here by 6:00. That was great.

Contact and booking was very easy. They showed up when they said. The work was completed in short order and the old tank was taken away. Saul was very professional, explained everything to me. Made suggestions about further improvements I might condsider in the future. There was no mess and I have a brand new tank.

He was very personable. He fixed all that I needed fixing.

I used the company to fix a leak and also adjust some faucets. I tried to fix them myself but could not. I hired them to come fix them but they did a worse job then me. Then I hired another company and they fixed it right away with no problem. It seemed to me that they sent a novice out here to fix my faucets.

We purchased a home in Las Vegas last year and are new to the area and have relied heavily on Angie's List to find the contractors to ready our home for the long distance move. Following the home inspection, we needed the upstairs shower drain leak repaired. They did an outstanding job on the drain and prepared and painted the kitchen ceiling below the leak, we subsequently purchased and had them install a soft water system and had them come back a third time to connect our new gas grill to the gas outlet in the back of the house. They came out, assessed what needed to be done, gave us a very fair price, and we were very pleased with the finished product, very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help us and I look forward to working with them in the long term. They are on our "Home Contractors" list--permanently!!!!!

I have used MC Plumbing in the past so called them. I received a same day appointment. The plumber stayed until the job was done-almost 5 hours given the location of the water heater in the closet. He installed a new 50 gallon heater, even removing the moldings around the closet to get the heater to fit! He cleaned up and left everything as it was before the work was done including replacing the molding and the false wall. And charged what was agreed upon. I definitely will use MC again.

They were very good. The last time I used them, they charged $375 and I think they charged $750 for the water heater. I think their price was a little bit high but I was very happy with their work, so I didn’t mind paying. They did the work very well. The gentleman that was fixing the faucet was here for quite a while. I would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

They were good. They came out fairly quick and did a quick job on it. I think I spent about $775. It was $625 and then they had to put a kind of pan under it and that was around $75 and then they put in a trap valve and that was another $75. It was like $150 on top of the $625 that they advertised. They never tried to sell some stuff to me. They didn’t push it too far. They were better than the previous plumber we had out. I think they were $200 less. I would use them again in the future if needed.

My bathtub faucet was leaking badly and the plumber from MC Plumbing knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within five minutes. The builder of my house had not anchored the copper pipes within the wall, and when we turned off the water in that tub, the whole assembly would wobble inside the wall. My MC plumber opened up the other side of the wall and anchored those pipes so that the faucet and valve are now firmly in place. He also replaced the drywall covering the hole he made and it will be easy for a drywaller to tape, mud and paint the hole. He was courteous, friendly and very professional during the whole process. It was easy to see he knew exactly what he was doing and did it well.

The guy came out did the job, he was nice, he professional, took care of my problem and looked at everything in the house. The price was good too. I will always use them in the future. They were here for 2 hours of work. I liked everything about them.
