Very prompt, very professional, clean, great experience.

After Waking up to no hot water, chose MC Plumbing from Angie's List. Called around 9am and set up appointment for R&R of water heater. Rene told me that Saul would call me when he was on his way to the appointment scheduled the same day between 11-12am. Jose actually called me after 11 and arrived about 30 minutes later. Jose performed the services in about an hour. He explained the new heater, warranty, heat setting and a possible rebate from the gas company. I also asked about water treatment systems and he left me a brochure about their recommendation, Halo. He cleaned up, was professional and polite. It was very humid but he got the job done quickly. He was very knowledgeable about the products and plumbing requirements. As an aide, he was quick to move the drainage hose to another drain spot when I asked him to not drain into the street. Wouldn't want my neighbors to complain about water staining... Price was very competitor. We have paid as much as $1800 and 3 years ago $1,000 for similar replacement and both those under warranty. This service was a replacement water heater. Definitely MC Plumbing is my new plumbing company!

Wayne was very accommodating and professional. Wayne promptly arrived, removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and ensured that the installation was brought to code. I previously had a bad experience with another company because that company never showed up. It was very refreshing to experience MC Plumbing exceed my expectation. I will definitely use them in the future.

2 hours before we were scheduled to leave for the long Labor Day weekend, we realized that our garage floor was covered with water because our water heater burst. Our regular plumber was out of town so we checked Angie's List hoping another plumber would be able to come over right away, even though it was a Saturday and the start of a holiday weekend. MC Plumbing answered the phone right away and said they would send someone right over. Although the service person had to leave for a while after he arrived to go get the new water heater, he came back, installed it, and took the old water heater with him. He worked quickly and neatly, and explained all the details to us. The price was a bit higher than we expected, but we were grateful that someone was able to help us on such short notice.

We took advantage of an Angie's deal to have some simple plumbing issues resolved. The plumber was somewhat professional but failed to show up on time - over an hour late. The problem is that he was unable to do very much since he didn't seem to have any of the parts we needed to enable required repair. We have a Toto toilet and he did not have a seal even though I mentioned the brand when I called to make the appointment. He did not have the parts to repair a Kohler faucet-everyone in Las Vegas has a Kohler faucet somewhere in their house! How does a plumber not carry replacement parts? He replaced a cold water valve under a laundry sink and charged us essentially $50 for the valve and handle. We expected two hours of work under the terms of the "deal" but got one since he had no parts with which to fix any of our issues save the valve and handle. We traded the "free" hour for the cost of the valve which actually costs much less than 50 bucks. It all just seemed like a way to get us to call back, have a plumber at full rates come back and make the repairs that should have been made when he arrived under the "deal" I guess we got we we paid for so don't be misled by Angie's "deals". They aren't always what they appear to be and they are only as good as the provider performing the service.

Called on a Saturday afternoon... Informed them that I had a broken and leaking icemaker valve. They arrived exactly on time. After I instructed him that what i wanted was the fastest, cheapest, easiest fix as I now had a refrigerator to repair also, he suggested simply opening the wall (the coupling was inside the drywall) and remove the valve and cap it off so i could turn the water back on to the house... seriously 2 minutes later, job was complete and water was back on. I will CERTAINLY be calling MC Plumbing out here again to replace the broken valve once I fix the refrigerator. HIGHLY recommend.

Wayne completed the job in a timely manner. The repair was completed less than four hours after the leak was found. Thanks to their speed in getting to my house and fixing the leak no major damage occurred.

excellent work done timely. Only issue was with the price of $500+ dollars and I don't believe they applied the $99 coupon I purchased for 2 hours of plumbing work. It took him less than two hours to do the job, but he came an gave me an estimate of the price which I approved. But I feel I paid top dollar and wasted my $99 dollars for the coupon I bought from Angie for 2 hours of plumbing work.He replaced three outdoor faucets and worked on one shower with an on/off valve that was hard to move.His work was both fast and good. When I called them to arrange an appointment, I told them about the $99 deal I had purchased through Angie.

For the non-insurance job, I am satisfied. They came in, they did the work, they cleaned up, and it was end of story.The workmanship was excellent. It was expensive, but it appears to be a professional job and I would not hesitate to reccomend them in this regard. My advice to anyone seeking plumbing work is to get the complete estimate prior to any work (not email discussions) so there are no surprises. Part of my problem was that there was a water leak that affected two floors. Decisions were made on the fly at a time when everything was upset in the home. I did not require upfront written estimates as I normally do for the insurance job, so I guess I must accept the blame for any surprises or unhappiness regarding the bill.

Wayne called ahead and arrived at the appointment time. I told him my concern of a possible obstruction in the sewer line because the toilets are not completely flushing. He ran a cable with a camera the full length of my sewer line and allowed me to veiw the monitor. No obstruction was found and no repairs were necessary. He asked to look at the toilets and upon inspection suggested there may be scale buildup within the units. I had previously had occasion to chemically remove the scale deposits and the toilets operated more efficiently for about a year. Wayne mentioned that the porcelain looses its efficiency over time and eventually need replacing. He offered to have his company replace the toilets when I'm ready.

When I originally purchased the deal from Angie's List I was having problems with 2 bathroom sinks. I set up an appointment with MC Plumbing and was contacted ahead of time by Wayne (the plumber). He showed up for the appointment on time, was pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, when Wayne showed up neither of the problem sinks were misbehaving. The leaks had mysteriously stopped as did the rattling pipes. Wayne explained what could have been causing the problems and why they were no longer leaking or rattling. So we had to find something else for him to do. I had a new shower head and sprayer I had purchased that I had been putting off installing, and a couple of toilets that were running occassionally. These were repairs I could have.easily (and cheaply) done myself, but it was nice not to have to! As long as I had already spent the money on the deal it was nice to have these little chores done for me. The overall experience was good from start to finish and I would definately use MC Plumbing again.

After using several different area plumbers in recent years and always feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, I joined Angie's list to search for one. I am so glad that I did! The owner answered immediately and sent a technician out within the hour. Wayne was polite, friendly and very professional. He quickly diagnosed each problem and clearly explained what was wrong and how he would repair it. After effeciently completing the work, he charged exactly what he had estimated. I highly recommend MC Plumbing and I know that I will certainly call them the next time I need service.

The company was very flexible with scheduling, came on relatively short notice and were punctual. Jose quickly diagnosed the problem, presented me with the options, ordered a new water heater and got it installed very efficiently. He also helpfully explained what could have caused the damage and what other measures we might take to avoid these problems in the future. They were honest and diligent. I will call them again when I need plumbing services in the future!

This is the best plumbing company I've dealt with in Las Vegas, after having used dozens in my lifetime. Their professionalism, from the initial phone call to the work performed, was top notch! The phone was answered immediately, and a plumber was dispatched to my home within the hour, even though I live in Henderson and their business is in North Las Vegas. I called to have my reverse osmosis system repaired. As I had assumed, it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I was quickly quoted a price for a new system, but felt no pressure to make the purchase. The price was beyond my budget, and true to their advertisement, the visit came at no charge because it was a free estimate. As the plumber was about to leave, I expressed my desire to simply have my fridge ice-maker and water working again. The plumber informed me of the hourly rate and let me know he could hook that up. In about 30 min., he removed the old RO system, re-routed the plumbing, and got our ice maker back to work. He cleaned up after himself, was friendly, and performed quality work. Bravo, MC, for making the begrudging task of calling a plumber something positive. Much appreciated!

I called for service and was told that I would receive a call back. An hour later I had not received a call so I called back and told the person who answered the phone that I had not heard from anyone. I received an immediate call back and was notified that the plumber would arrive within the hour and indeed the plumber arrived within the time frame. I was charged $95 for two valve changes. The plumber changed the valves within a matter of minutes. The plumber who arrived at my home was courteous and even took off his shoes when walking on my carpet. He explained to me what he was doing and took the time to answer all my questions.

I made an appointment with them on Friday and they said that they would be there Monday. I called them to see where they were, I spoke with someone and they said that we were not on the list. He immediately called his tech, who was near by. He was at my house within a half hour. He put in a new faucet and it turned out great.

I called MC Pumbing on July 18, 2012, regarding a leaking water heater. Scott gave me an estimate. Wayne came over the next day and told me I needed a new water heater. He actually had one in the truck because they suspected my old heater (which I had mentioned to Scott was 15 years old) needed to be replaced. Wayne removed the old water heater and got everything up to code. I could not have been happier with the service. They exceeded my expectations. This is the first plumbing company I ever used where I feel as though I got a fair deal. Very nice, friendly and professional people. Would definitely use this company again and, of course, I highly recommend them.
