Called office at 0700pm and told them the problem. Technician Jose called me at 715pm and arrived within an hour and had water heater changed and everything cleaned up and explained by 915pm.

It went very well. Will use again if needed.

Very well. Arrived quickly and was very professional (Jose). Also looked at a few issues I had around the house and answered questions about future work without being pushy. I appreciate that.

The serviceman was on time as told, work was done in a timely manner, very pleased concedering it was a last minute call.

Told plumber I needed faucet replaced. The handle would turn to the closed position, but water would continue to leak. He had the part oh his truck and was able to do the job professionally and within a short, reasonable time frame.

hot and cold shower knobs were replaced incorrectly, under sink water purifier didn't need to be replaced and the one that was installed makes noise.

We used a coupon from Angies list. The response was excellent and they did exactly what they agreed to. The equipment used seemed to be in need of some overhaul but we have no compaints. We also used Honest Plumbing of Henderson to install a sleeve re-connecting our line at the main connection. They were very, very good.

I was very happy with the work they did.

MC Plumbing is the best. The service was completed thoroughly, professionally and neatly. The cost of their initial service call was less than other companies I had called.. Upon completion, the technician had actually improved upon the original installation of the soft water system by using more dependable replacement hardware. The technician was prompt, courteous and personable and I felt comfortable allowing the him in my home alone. At a different location, two weeks later, I needed a plumber to chase down a "sewer" odor and MC Plumbing came to my rescue, again. For any plumbing issues in the future, I will be calling MC Plumbing.

Work was performed to our satisfaction in a very professional manner. Would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Woke up to no hot water and discovered the water heater went out at my Father's house...Called MC Plumbing and they were out to access within a couple hours...went to go get another water heater to put in and was back within an hour....Great service, polite and prompt...Office staff was very helpful with helping fill out the Southwest Gas rebate....Thank you....I also called them the next day for another job (leak)) at my house to which they came on short notice and was helpful...Very happy with the company....Will use again as needed for sure...Thanks!

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who came to my house - he called first to confirm that the time was still convenient, and he was punctual. He did an initial inspection to see what was going on, and then retrieved the needed tools from his truck. He completed all four areas within about half an hour, and I would definitely use them / him again. He didn't milk the job, just came in and did what he needed to do to get the job done and on his way, letting me get back to work.

I had considered hiring a handyman as I needed slightly more than plumbing (I had a garbage disposal leak under a sink that needs new wood now). However, two of the handyman rated highly here could not schedule a time to see me without call backs or "I'll get back to you" responses. I gave up and called MC due to their reviews on AL. When making the appointment, I explained the problem, I needed some plumbing and some carpentry, MC said they would send someone out right away to look at it. Made a date and time and they showed up within 5 minutes of the promised time! Wow. The MC plumber was honest and said, look, we cant do this wood part of the repair, you need an expert at that and that's not me. But I can put your new disposal in for $85 labor only. OK, I'll take that! MC's plumber did not have to fiddle, or take anything apart twice, or complain it didn't fit, he just installed it once, no leaks, done in 45 minutes. Gave them a credit card and all finished. PERFECT experience.

We moved in the new house and one of the things we wanted change was a sink and faucet in the kitchen. It was definitely work for professional. We paid more than 700$ for the new stuff so we wanted somebody, who can do the best job. After some research we finely decided for MC Plumbing LLC. There was lot of work (cca 5 hrs.) and they did really good job. They explained everything they will do before they started. We get also detailed estimate. Service man was very pleasant and efficient in installing new toilet that we had purchased.

The first late afternoon schedule the tech did not arrive nor call. He was apparently held up on another job, I had to call the MC office twice and they finally rescheduled. The second schedule; the tech did arrive on time, we agreed on an hourly price, he returned the next day on time. We had prepared a cleared work area, and had equipment organized for the tech to install. The tech completed the job in 2 hours having installed the kitchen sink last. We did have to make a quick trip to a local home improvement store to get the tech a part to connect the new kitchen faucet line to the old line. When he disconnected the old faucet there was water in the lines and the area under my sink was drenched. I would think a plumber would be better prepared for this and have their own bucket or more than a rag to catch water. Over the course of the day I phoned and had him return three more times because the new bath faucet joints continued to leak. He was here a total of four different times that day and worked on all three new bath faucets. At several points in the visits I told him I had found a gasket on one of the counter tops and questioned him as to whether it belonged inside the new faucet and he insisted it was from an old removed faucet. During a later visit he admitted he had not placed the gasket in the new assembly in error. He ended the last visit by telling me that if I had further leaking problems to call the office the next day. I phoned the office as soon as the left and spoke to the owner because the joints were still wet with water. I told him I would stop payment with my credit card company until my faucets were installed correctly and i offered to get a Moen representative to help them install the faucets over the phone if need be. The owner apologized and said he would not process the payment until the issue was resolved and MC Plumbing had a Moen Rep available to them but felt MC could resolve. He assured me that a different tech would come the next day. The second tech did arrive on time as promised and inspected all four faucets. The new tech was satisfied with the kitchen faucet installation and I believe one bath however worked the other bathroom faucets to resolve the leaking. I will say that all of the employees and owner were polite however they wasted nearly two days of my time. This was my second experience with Angie's List, the first one with a fencing company worked out fine but certainly not this plumbing nightmare. I have intentionally left out the names of the techs to save any further embarrassment.

Called MC Plumbing for some leaks that needed repair on a house that I had just purchased. I wanted to get everything fixed before the furniture arrived. Scott scheduled an appointment for 2 to 4 that afternoon. About noon Farrell gave me a call and said he was running ahead of schedule and could he come over then. Farrell arrived about thirty minutes later and started to work on the repairs. He didn't have some parts for the repairs out by the pool and had to go get them. When he got back, he assembled the pieces for the repair and then installed them. We turned on the water and no leaks. Farrell did an outstanding job and I believe the price was right on. I would call them again if I had any problems.

Service was satisfactory...Plumber was very knowledgable and explained everything that he did in great detail.

It went fine, I guess the high cost was due to them having to come out on a Sunday.

We had several small plumbing repairs so we contacted MC Plumbing on Friday, they said a tech would be out that afternoon. Later that day the tech called, the previous job had taken longer than expected but he was still willing to come to our house. We told him it was not an emergency and Saturday morning would be fine. At 9:00am Sat. not one but two techs showed up and immediately got to work, they very very nice and did a fantastic job. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Call was promptly answered. Representative came at the agreed upon time and did an analysis and recommened purchasing a new enery saving hot water heater. He also discussed the SWG rebate system. Purchase was made, and Fernando, the technician, installed the heater, They were professional and customer friendly. Fernando explained the new system and answered my questions; he cleaned some existing piping and left the work area clean. I applied for and received my rebate. I would use this company again and I recommend this company to others.

I received a prompt email reply and called MC. A plumber was sent same day. The plumber was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to perform all tasks. The plumber had to leave to buy parts and returned promptly to finish the job.All the work was completed, and the price was expensive, as all plumbing seems to be.I would use MC in the future.
