Let me say guy that came out to help us yesterday came during the time scheduled but when asked why the pipe is leaking outside his response was due to the cold weather it has caused many plastic tops to crack and to cause the leak so he would have to travel to home depot to buy a part worth $378.He stated this has been happening all over the place but I am not sure how true this was or is .During his installation process I went out there to see how things were coming along and the guy was out in his van on the phone texting which I found very unprofessional since I had mentioned to him about the water heater running out of hot water so he could have been working on that rather than text messaging.Well when it was time to leave he was quick to come to the door with the bill but when asked about the water heater he was like oh just turn the water heater water up and that will solve the problem.We it only made the hot water when showering the next morning hotter but we are still having the same problem and he really didn't do anything to help us out with that issue.

Technician showed up on time, took time to do everything right including making sure the stairway he had to move the old water heater down and the new one back up were protected from damage. He worked quickly to get the job done and did it well. I mentioned I had a leaky faucet and he fixed that in about 10 mins and didn't even charge me for it. These guys are great and I'd definitively use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Got a quote for garbage disposal switch out and 2 Moen cartridge replacements. Work was done. Disposal install was excellent but problems with Moen cartridge replacement. Shower parts were bent out of shape and doesn't function properly. final bill was above the high end of the original estimateby about $25.

The plumber arrived as scheduled. He was professional and very helpful. He determined that the sounds I heard were not emanating from a leak in the wall but were the result of clogged drains. He cleaned the drains and as he said the sounds of dripping water disappeared.

When I noticed that a backflow valve had begun to drip, I checked Angie's list for service. After leaving voice mails with two other companies, I reached a live person at MC, who sent a terrific repairman at my earliest available time.

We were quoted $100 to have the new faucet installed. When Jose arrived he said, since it was a touch faucet, it would be $165 to install it. I wasn't happy about the increase but really needed a faucet so told him to go ahead. A few days later, we discovered water under the sink again. I called Scott, the owner, and he sent Jose back out. I was not home so my mother dealt with him when he came. He told her he could not find a leak. A few days later, it was wet under the sink again. I called again and the same thing happened, Jose came out and said he could not find a leak. I called again and asked that Scott send someone other then Jose. The new plumber came while I was home and together, we easily spotted a leak. If we sprayed water at the faucet, water would literally run down the wall under the cabinet. How Jose could not see this I do not know! Anyway, without even looking under the sink the new plumber declared the leak was from the seam where the countertop meet the backsplash. He said I needed to have it recaulked and then he left. I paid someone to recaulk my countertops. Guess what, a few days later, we discovered water under the sink again. I called Scott back for the 5th time. He said he would not have anyone come back and and that he would give me a refund. I did not get a refund for weeks. (First, I was told he was short on cash because of the holidays. Then, he said it mailed it but it must have been lost in the mail so he would have to cut me another check.) When I did finally get a check, it was only for $100. When I called Scott and told him I paid $165, he said he charges $100 for a faucet replacement and that is what he would refund to me. He didn't care that his employee charged me $165. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I say do not let them anywhere near your plumbing. FYI-I had another plumber come out to fix the faucet. I don't understanding plumbing but he said something about Jose not installing a gasket, therefore, water that was splashed around the faucet would run right down the wall and into the cabinet under the sink. It sounds to me like an obvious error that should have been caught. Also, the other plumber also only charged me $85.

Jose came to my home to inspect my Vanguard Mana Blok system. I am a new home owner and new to Las Vegas, coming from Ohio. I had no idea how to deal with the Mana Blok system. I had a small leak and called to have someone come check it out. Jose showed up in the two hour window as promised. He quickly found the problem and took his precious time to explain it all to me. It turned out to be nothing more than turning a valve off. He then explained how to maintain the system to prevent further issues. As Jose went to leave I asked him how much I owed him for his precious time and he replied "nothing, I did no work so you owe me nothing". The truth is he did a ton of work for me. He educated me and did not take advantage of me. That is worth it's weight in gold. Well done Jose! THANK YOU!!!!

The plumber was back at my home earlier the next morning. He located the problem and worked for quite a while clearing things up. The plumber was very professional and informed me as he went along. He did a great job and I would have them back again without question. I was surprised at the cost but I'm sure they are competitive with the industry.

I called them at around 7:15 am. They told me someone would be out between 8-10 am. Plumber arrived at 8:20. I had a valve to the irrigation system and a valve to the pool fill that needed to be replaced, both were dripping. He left briefly to check on parts and prices, called me back within 15 minutes with a free estimate. I agreed to the estimate and he had everything fixed by 10 am.

Arived on time ,did exactly what they said he would do and left area cleaner than he found it.

I called before 8a.m. and the phone was answered promptly by Scott who was very friendly and congenial when I explained my issue. He was upfront with the cost and stated that his worker would be at my residence after 10a.m. I asked his advice on how to assist in stopping the flow of water and he was very kind and patient to explain how to shut off the water to my water heater. Scott also referred my call to a restoration place to assist me with drywall. I did not end up using the company he referred but this extra step was very much appreciated. His worker (Stokes) called when he was on his way and promptly arrived around the time that Scott had originally said. He was friendly and aside from having to leave to retrieve an extra part that he didn't anticipate, he worked the entire time he was here. He allowed me to stand in his work space and watch him work without making me feel like I was intruding and carried on a friendly conversation the entire time. From initial phone call to the time he left was approximately 5 hours (perhaps a little more) but overall I feel it was time well spent and I would refer this company to others.

I made the mistake of hiring a handyman (brother in law of a friend) to replace my kitchen faucet; garbage disposal, and bathroom sink. The first thing I noticed after he left that Friday afternoon was that the kitchen sink hot and cold water lines were reversed. I figured I could live with that, but then disaster struck that evening when I turned on the dishwasher and large leaks sprang both above and below the sink. I left a panicked message with the handyman, who didn't even return my call until the next AFTERNOON, hours AFTER MC Plumbing had already fixed my problem. I called MC first thing Saturday morning; a tech (Jose) showed up within an hour and a half; he fixed the problem, which was a routine error - the handyman forgot to remove a small cap from the disposal before installing it. He also fixed the hot and cold lines issue; flushed out the dishwasher and got it working correctly. He cleaned up the leaks and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. Jose was courteous and professional. The handyman might have been cheap, but if I had hired MC Plumbing to do the job right, it wouldn't have cost me any more than the combined fees of the handyman and the repair work, and it would have saved me a lot of angst.

I thought we had a leak in the house because we had a reoccuring mesquito problem. The plumber crawled under the house, around the house, everywhere. I was told it would be $65 to crawl under the house, and after finding nothing, that's all I was charged, yet the plumber stayed around and gave me some advice about other plumbing concerns at no cost.

We discovered water pouring out of the ground by the side of the house and called MC Plumbing (after turning off the water at the street). Told that someone would be out later in the evening, we were pleasantly surprised when Jose showed up just an hour later and went to work. He found the problem pipe was about a foot under ground. He replaced the broken pipe, but found he was short of PVC pipe and couldn't complete the job that day. He capped off the water to the outside, turned the inside water back on, and promised to return the next day to finish. Jose called the next day and said he would be at the house between 2 and 4pm. He called again at 3 and said he was 20 minutes away. He returned, completed the job, cleaned up thoroughly. Jose was very professional and pleasant to work with. This is the second time we have used MC Plumbing and have been very satisfied both times.

It ended up being a little more than I expected but it turned out fine.

Tech arrived on time and was prompt, thorough and new exactly was he was doing. Extremely helpful, polite and honest. So refreshing to see an honest service tech who did the job right and didn't try to upsell or convince us other work was necessary. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

The repairman even humored our curious 5-yr-old by making him a "batman mask" from a piece of the water heater box!

Called about when I expected, then came by when he said he would. I took him through and showed him what needed to be done. He went back out to his truck, which had no logo on it and frankly looked a little beat up, and took what I thought was a little to long to make up an estimate for the work. That's when I decided "Frank" was rather inexperienced but everyone has to start sometime and I had not called MC complaining of complex problems. When Frank told me the price, $430, I blanched a little and he quickly said he could give the jobs to me for $400 and no fuel charge. What do I know about plumbing prices near Las Vegas? Where I came from (an exurb of Toledo, Ohio) I could have gotten my local handyman to do the work for $200 and the local plumber would've charged no more than $300. So I let him do the work. He proceeded with the bathroom snaking, toilet minor rebuild and kitchen sink re-pipe. He then got his tools together and was set to have me sign a form approving all the work when my wife ask if he had done the shower yet. He hadn't. He'd forgotten. So he got his tools back into the house, shut off our water and proceeded to tear into the shower water control. After a time he said he was going to have to get a part and pick up a water heater for another job and in the meantime he would return and restore the water service. I said sure, though I was starting to get concerned that he was taking so long. He returned fairly quickly and started to get into the job again after once again shutting off the water. The next thing I knew it was after 3:00 PM and he was not in the house. i figured he had gone back to his parts warehouse to get another part, but I needed to take a shower shortly after 3:30 for an event later in the day and I had no water service in the house. So shortly after 3:30 PM I rushed down to my local YMCA where I have a membership and took a shower. I was back in 35 minutes and he was finished and gone. He apologized profusely to my wife, said his boss gave him the wrong part, left a tool and forgot to put the lid on the water to the house control by the curb. The work's done and looks like its done well. However, it took too long with too much confusion and leaving the water supply door off where anyone could have stepped in the hole on ground level and suffered injury is a no-no. Can't give them an A and a B may be generous.

They were prompt, professional, and did the work quickly and cleanly.

They came out twice. The first time the tech couldn't find what he was looking for. You could tell he was new at this, but he was really nice. We purchased the Groupon Sewer Rodding/camera inspection. The first tech was nice, but inexperienced. The owner Scott immediately told me to call when it was a good time for us so he could send another tech. This next tech was great. Found what was needed immediately and did the job. All was well so no major service was needed. But we had a problem with our Kinetico unit that exploded in all our piping and MC Plumbing was ready to help if needed. Would recommend them again. They all make you feel like your job is the most important. Thank you!

I found the company on Angie's list. I called and spoke to Scott who indicated someone would be dispatched to repair my problem, and that individual would call me. In approximately 10 min. Eric called and gave me his ETA. Eric arrived in a timely manner, and completed the repair in less than 1 hour. Eric was polite, thorough, and cleaned the bathroom after completing the job. This repair was done after 8pm, so they responded to an urgent problem.

Due to Farrell's professionalism and knowledge and easily understood instructions, I will be calling again to continue with my other plumbing needs in the very near future.

Mr. Thompson, the plumber who came, was very friendly and professional. He did all work asked for in an efficient manner.

Things went well. Slight confusion on charges but owner was very accommodating and understanding.
