Had an emergency 5/14/13. Called Mcplumbing LLC and told Scot what was going on. Within a couple minutes of getting off the phone, Nelson called and said he was on his way. Phew! We were so happy help was on our way...:) Nelson was great! He checked out our problem, explained to us what cause it, fixed it. The price was very very reasonable.w will definately use Mcplumbing LLC for all our future plumbing needs..:)

Jose was great. Professional and friendly. Finished in less than an hour. Helpful with questions I pose.

He was running late with another job, but he called to let us know. Satisfied with job. We would recommend him.

The tech arrived on time, and proceeded to replace the valve. Upon completion, I paid him, and he left. I then went inside to test the pressure, and instead of the insane high pressure I had prior to the repair, i had just a trickle of water from the faucets and VERY slow toilets.I called the tech back, and he returned to check it out. He realized he'd installed the valve in reverse. So he removed it and put it in properly. I'm happy with the end result, but question why it was installed wrong initially.. Also, this is the second bit of work I have used this company for. The first time went great, and was priced very reasonable. This time, the price seemed WAY out of line. I had him quote a new sprinkler valve while he was here and he said $365. My gardener just quoted the same job at $180. I think that particular tech was gouging me to be honest.I don''t recall his name because what he told me was not a real name but a nick name... he looked like a biker kind of guy... He seemed in a hurry and when i called him back he answered the phone thinking it was one of his friends calling.. he answered the phone saying "I'm on my way" or something... I met and really liked the owner of MC plumbing, which is why I called them for the repair. maybe it was just this particular tech, but this experience makes me question whether I'd call them again.

We had a leak under the sink which appeared to be coming from the Reverse Osmosis line. As usual, Culligan could not come and fix it and said it was a clogged pipe and I needed a plumber. Nelson from MC plumbing came over within about two hours and took care of the problem. He then told me to call Culligan as their equipment was faulty. They came over, and as usual, screwed up. There was another leak, and Nelson came over within a couple of hours and tightened the leaking pipe. This company is awesome, and their plumber really knows his job. Will absolutely definitely use them in the future and refer them to my friends.

Prior to this experience I have always had a good experience with Angie's List companies. I was having problem with a knocking noise coming from the pipes above my water heater. I saw how highly this Company was rated on Angies List, so I called MC Plumbing. The MC Plumbing plumber came out, listened to my comments about the noise, and said he thought it was a faulty water pressure regulator value, and recommended replacement. I asked him if it would fix the knocking problem, and he said he was sure the knocking would stop with a new valve. He replaced the value and also fixed a shower that needed a new cartridge. The next morning the knocking problem started again even with the new value being installed. I called back MC Plumbing, and they said they thought it sounded like a problem with the water heater pressure relief valve and could send someone out to completely check out the water heater. After already being out of pocket for the regulator valve, I decided to get a second opinion from a 2nd plumbing company. The second plumbing company listened to my comments, and did a comprehensive check of all of my houses plumbing fixtures with red dye to see if there were any leaks, and also checked the water pressure going to house, and the operation of the water heater. And the second plumber found the source of the knocking problem. No more knock. All for a $75 service call. The 2nd plumber also told me I probably paid to replace a water pressure regulator valve that didn't need replacing. Based on all the positive reviews on Angies list I appear to be an isolated case with the Company, but thought it was worth passing on my experience.

He probably would have done more but I don't have anymore for him to do. He was pleasant and he did what he said he was going to do.

Purchased a new home with some plumbing repairs required. Called MC Plumbing to schedule an appointment. The plumber was punctual and was able to make all repairs in about 2 hours. Anti-siphon valve was leaking quite a bit; he was able to repair as well as bring the hot water heater into compliance.

MC Plumbing did an excellent job. I had the plumber tap into the fire place gas line. The plumber ran a 7 foot new line to the back patio for a BBQ hookup. They did the gas plumbing and I did the drywall repair and stucco. I am very happy with the results!!

The service man was quick to respond to my emergency phone call and a new R/O was installed within a few hours. This company is responsible and I have confidence in them to do good work at a fair price.

The technician was courteous and professional. His attitude was friendly, helpful and positive. He did little "extras" that had nothing to do with the call. For example, he added a bit of caulking around my sink where it appeared to have spaces. He left the area perfectly clean, which has not always been my experience with other companies. The use of the snake required additional charges above the Angie's List special I had purchased. This seemed a bit strange, but the charge was not outrageous.

Called at 7:30 am and job completed by 10:30 am the same day

Scott had sent Jose the day we asked for a bid. They were prompt and called back with an estimate once they knew the price for the Manibloc which had to be custom made.Jose arrived on time and completed all of the work in one day. The work was neat and clean and and for a fair price. I would recommend MC Plumbing to anyone and I was impressed with Jose and his quality of work.

OK, but more expensive due to bringing things up to code.

He was very personable and very good. We never had a problem with him and he's there when we needed him. He also put in some extra effort on his service.

They came out on a Sunday night and were very friendly. They did a good job.

Called company on a Monday morning around 8:00 am and was quoted a price to replace the gas water heater. Hired company during that call and he had the water heater replaced by around 10:00 am.

A pipe had burst in my front yard and the service was simply outstanding. At no other time in my life had I had such a positive experience with a plumbing company. The pipe was replaced and fixed, the worker showed up at the time specified, the price was reasonable, and the service was friendly from the phone call to the end. Highly recommended! This is now my go-to plumber.

I will definitely recommend them to my friends in Henderson.

We just moved into a house and wanted to change the toilet. My husband has done this many times before, however this time there was a metal band he could not get off in order to hook the new toilet to the water line. We called MC Plumbing, they would have come out that night but instead we had them come the next morning. They were very prompt and professional. We would definately use them again.

It seemed to work well. They were polite, professional and on time.
