They didn't have to correct fitting when they came so they had to leave to get the correct one.

Showed up on time, stuck to original estimate. Plumber recommended new valves and lines, but did not install without my permission. The job was professionally done, and looks great. Everything works.

Home inspection for recently purchased house recommended plumbing work needed to be done. l had a previous estimate from a plumber who wanted to schedule the work a week later. Jose from MC arrived right on time and gave me a little lower estimate after applying the 15% Angie's discount, but said he could do the work right then. He worked quickly and was very responsive to any questions I had. He returned 4 days later to install the shower handle and showerheads. I only graded a "B" for price because it seemed a lot for the amount of time the work took considering the charge was 90% for labor. While MC paid for the shower handle, I bought the new showerheads at Lowes. The best feature of this service in my opinion was that I didn't have to wait for the job to be done at a later date. Time was important because of all the many repairs the house needed before I could move in. I will definitely call MC Plumbing if I need any work in the future.

Plumber showed up on time. I showed him where the leak was on my pvc pipe. He cut and resealed out one side. He was about to wrap things up after about 10 minutes of work and I pointed out that the other side was still leaking. He thought it was residual so I wiped it clean and dry as I could so he could see the water protruding from the fitting. He agreed to repair the other side. Afterwards I pointed out that the valve assembly was corroded and still leaking but he said it was residual and that they all leak a little bit so I paid him $170 for about $5 in materials and 30 minutes of his time. The NEXT day I had a 10 foot perimeter of water protruding from around my valve. I inspected the valve and it was leaking internally from the corroded area. My guess is that once the fore an aft fittings were sealed the damaged valve could not handle the pressure and sprang a leak. I in turn went to lowes bought a valve assembly, pvc pipes and sealant and changed out the entire assembly and pipes in an hour for roughly $70 and no more leaks. Sorry to say this is just Typical for contracted home maintenance in North Las Vegas and to resolve this from happening to me AGAIN I am either fixing things myself or researching all the information I can on the internet and sitting and watching and directing the entire repair process. In summary I will never use MC plumbing nor will I recommend them to anyone. Also if anyone has ever though about using Sharps transmission in North Las Vegas I strongly recommend that you go somewhere else. Not only did they rip me off on the maintenance but they couldn't figure out how to rig my shifter, charged me extra because I had headers even though they quoted me a standard price after I told them I had headers, they incorrectly towed my vehicle and damaged my rotors and my front rim, air-wrenched my exhaust bolts and cross threaded them...AND the tranny blew out completely after I drove it off their lot, completely cracking the housing that covers the pump...all that after sitting at their shop for over a month. (Sharps) Lets see who else, Purrfect auto on Craig also ripped me off, Oh and the biggest rip off yet was COURTESY MAZDA IMPORTS near the auto valley mall...I reported them to the BBB and DMV, do Not buy a vehicle from these guys or you will get ripped off. They will comingle all the numbers and not give you an itemized breakdown and use a top line, bottom line tactic...read up on them and look at the number of BBB claims and how often they change their name. Basically, try not to make major purchases in North Las Vegas...Good Times.

Beautifully. The shower is working perfectly. We are planning to call them again to fix other plumbing issues with our home in the future.

Actual replacement went just fine. Had a recirculating pump on the old one which was also not functioning. They are quite expensive. He suggested we not get a new one as we should get hot water to all sources with-in 40 seconds. True for MOST locations. Kitchen... which to us is very important... is not one. Dishwasher is hot enough but the faucet needs a very, very long time. Have let it run a very long time but have not as yet had it run long enough to get warm; let alone hot water... Have decided to live with it rather than have the additional expense of another service call with the cutting of pipes, etc. to install this expensive item.

The provider gave us a time frame but he never showed up and he did not even had the courtesy to call and let us know that he would not come.

Our water heater was 12 years old but still working. I knew we were on borrowed time and decided to do a preemptive strike and replace it. I received an estimate on the phone, Stokes arrived on time, drained the old heater, and replaced it with the new one in about 40 minutes including the required earthquake strap. He cleaned up everything before he left and took the old heater with him for disposal.

Mr. Stokes came out the day after we called for an appointment. We had been having problems with a clogged toilet. Mr. Stokes used an auger to fix the problem. On his way out, he checked the second toilet for a dripping sound that he heard. He investigated the problem and found that a pipe was leaking by crawling under the house. Mr. Stokes came back the next day to complete the repair. He did a great job, was very professional and friendly. We are happy to have a reliable plumber to call from now on. Our experience was very positive and we highly recommend MC Plumbing. My husband has already set up another appointment for additional issues.

Nelson showed up early and ready to work. All jobs took him a couple hours and cost us half the price quoted by Yes Plumbing. Nelson did a great job and was very professional. Happy to have a reliable plumber to call from now on.

They always do a good job. They are just very professional. They seem to know what they are doing. They are very friendly and nice. They get right on the job and get it done.

The plumber who came out was very nice and he came out the day after I called them (on the weekend no less). They did the job for $100.00 less than I was quoted from Lowe's contrator and did not request any fee to give me a quote (I'd wasted $35.00 to have Lowes contractor come out and give me an overinflated quote). My experience was very positive and I highly recommend MC.

I had called MC Plumbing with concern about a leak in the water line. Jose came out the same day to assess the problem and provided an estimate. Jose arrived promptly the following morning, kept me updated on the progress, and corrected the problem. Service was very professional and prompt.

It went fine. I think that they did a good job. I would use them again.

We called him and he came out within forty-five minutes. He came in and tightened up the valve for us, telling us that it wouldn’t need any more repairs than that, and he didn’t charge us a dime for it. We’re going to keep his number on file and call him anytime in the future we need help.

Our water heater sprung a leak Saturday at noon. I shut off the water and logged onto Angie's List, found MC Plumbing, and called. Two hours later (!) Saul arrived, as we were located between two jobs, and looked at our heater. It was a goner. He bypassed the heater so we could have water, hooked up our hose to begin emptying the tank, took measurements, and headed off to his next scheduled appointment after quoting us a price. If he finished his second appointment early enough, he said, he could come back and install a new heater before 6 that evening (the latest we could have him working at our place). Saul called later to let us know that the second job was a time sink, so we scheduled him for 9 the next morning. He called the next morning to say he was on his way, showed up on time, installed the heater and all necessary components, and answered every question we had about it. Nice work, timely, professional and thorough.

My husband called on Sunday and Jose was out in 25 Mins, we went and looked at the dripping, let us know the work involved and the price. He spent about 2hrs and did a Fabulous Job!! KUDOS to Jose he's awesome. This is the 2nd time we've used the company and I highly recommend their services:)

It went well. My shower was leaking. On the same day I called, the plumber came out, gave an estimate and completed the repairs. After replacing the cartridge in the shower valve, he noticed that the water pressure was horrible. He flushed the shower for free, which increased the pressure. During the same service call, I had him solve a leaky PVV valve that I had been using to level off the water in my pool. Based upon his exprience, he recommended that I replace the original valve with an on/off valve. This repair enabled me to level off my pool three times faster than before. I am very satisfied. I will use this company again in the future, and will specifically ask for Jose.

Disposal started leaking on a day I work. So with my wife at home I contacted MC Plumbing. Great that they offered a free estimate on their services. I had contacted some other plumbers who told me their hourly charges but didn't offer to come out for an estimate. The representative on the phone, female, was friendly and professional. And she scheduled the estimate appointment for me that day. Nelson came out for the estimate. My wife handled the visit, and I spoke to Nelson from the phone. Quote seemed like a standard rate at $150 to replace the disposal. Of course, I used the 15% Angie's coupon. I know that the job for a qualified plumber would be an hour tops as I had done one or two in my time. But my days are long, and we couldn't use the sink. The next day during the scheduled time Nelson returned and to my knowledge did his job well. I had purchased the disposal at Home Depot the following day though Nelson had offered to get it the day of the estimate. Anyway, he was at our home for much less than one hour. Wife thought about 35 minutes. I came home late that night and was glad that I had contacted MC Plumbing because the world was back to normal. Thank you, MC Plumbing.

Later this afternoon after work, I got home and noticed some puffy,wavy, smelly, carpet in a hallway. I shut off the water at the street. Horrified, I called MC Plumbing and Scott answered the phone. He was very nice and said a technician would be at our house shortly. Twenty minutes later a man named Stokes came by and took care of a leaky, corroded pipe underneath the house that was spraying water under the floorboards. I really appreciate how quickly and expertly the problem was handled. Mr. Stokes saved the day !!! Now we may have to deal with the insurance company to fix the floor the damage; etc.: but that's for a different reiview! Would definitely recommend MC Plumbing!

The plumber took a long time to install the shower pan. Kept receiving cell phone calls! Lost his drilling bit in the drain. Wasted time to get that back. I notice that he did not do a good job cutting the draining pipe. The pipe did not have that perfect circle. The plumbing inspector came the next day to check on the job. I asked for his opinion about that imperfection of the pipe. He said if it was his shower, the provider will have to correct that! So I called the provider company. The plumber came back and was not willing to correct the imperfection. He did not see any problem and said that for the price the company gave us, I should be happy. He finally recut the pipe and resealed it!

Have used MC before and was lucky enough to get Jose again. He was exactly on time, efficient, professional, and the work appears to be outstanding (so far/so good). He went out of his way to answer all questions. Will use MC (and Jose) again.
