I don’t know if the plumbing repair was affective because I am waiting on my sink to be put back in by another service provider. Once the sink is in place I will be able to test the quality of the work MC Plumbing did for me.

They did a great job. They were extremely courteous, clean, and responsive. The job took a good couple of days because they had to cut holes in all the walls and change the fitting of all the piping. They cleaned up after themselves well. The cost was covered by the people who built our home.

It was great! The vast majority of the work was done one day after they started. Total completion of the job was about 2 ½ weeks.

Called the company to install a water softener and garbage disposal. MC Plumbing was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.

They are great. I worked with Damon and they did a great job. Gave me an excellent estimate, and did not try to charge me for everything. The hauled the old water heater away and cleaned up everything. They coordinated everything with me over the phone because I am in Chicago. They were really good.

We have used this company before and they are very professional and fair. We decided to be proactive and replace our water heater before it died on us. When we called we told them it was no big rush but we would like a quote when they had time-they were here in 2 hours! We weren't sure what type we really wanted so he explained all the types available and costs and gave us the pros and cons of each. After we decided which unit we wanted they were here the next morning and completed the job Couldn't ask for better service

The tech Jose did all the work requested and was very professional. He was thorough and paid attention to detail.

Excellent service, price, and professionalism! Had a leak in a pipe. It was due to a pinched gasket. MC Plumbing could have charged me for a new gasket, however the plumber said there was no need for a new gasket and fixed the gasket and checked pipe and pressure and only charged for the trip charge. Had a two hour window to come and was on time. Kudos for MC Plumbing!!

One day prior I had made arrangements for another plumber from a different company to come to my house in the morning between 10-11 and this person never came by or called to reschedule. I had called him 3 times that day to find out if he was going to come and I still never heard back from him. After spending the night reading all the reviews about many different plumbing companies, I decided to call MC Plumbing LLC earlier that day and expected to hear that they wouldn't be able to send someone out to my house until at least a couple of days. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they could be out to my house between 2 to 4 that afternoon. Yay-because I have only a week to complete my entire to do list. I had requested Jose because of all the good comments that Jose receives. Deservedly so, Jose was just as good as everyone writes. Jose arrived at my house before me and I showed him where the leak was coming from and he went up to the bathroom and came back down within 2 minutes and said that he had to go buy a part and he would be back. 15 minutes later he fixed it and filled up my tub to make sure that it worked and just like that, it was completed! I also showed Jose my shower and told him that I bought a complete Delta Shower kit to change out my Moen and Jose said that he would be happy to do it but it would be easier and less expensive if I just purchased another Moen set. That way he would not need to open my wall or my pipes. What I didn't realize is that they have different parts that are not inter-changeable. I think when it comes right down to, we all just want a trustworthy company or person to come in and do the best work possible without gouging you or trying to up sell without just cause. I would recommend MC Plumbing again without a doubt. Thank you for a job well done!

Overall I am satisfied with the work and I would use the company again. When I called them to come give the house an overall look, they arrived promptly and went through my list I had made diligently with me. The plumber who came even did a quick fix on one of sinks that wasn't working so it was at least working after he left, though he did do some additional work on it when he came back later to do the rest of the repairs. After this initial visit, however, it took over a week to get the estimate back of how much the work would cost. I had to call multiple times, and when I was finally given a number it was a verbal amount over the phone and I didn't have paperwork to confirm it. The price seemed fair and I needed to get the work done, so I went ahead with it anyways. Once again, the plumber showed up on time and got to work right away. One of the items I needed done was having the water heater raised per code. The plumber drained the water heater and once that was done called me out to look at it. He had the water heater on it's side and was showing me where there was some corrosion on the bottom. He also stood it up and shook it slightly so I could hear the sediment that had settled in it. He advised that I needed a new water heater. I don't know that much about water heaters but I'm pretty sure you aren't suppose to lay them on their sides or shake them around. He did say he could put the old back in if that's what I wanted, but I felt that it had been abused and I was better off buying the new one. I did make the purchase myself and he installed it within the original quote, but it was an extra couple hundred I wasn't planning on. Other than that, he did everything else as we had talked about and in a timely manner., within the price range I had been quoted.

He explained the possible problems, and then put the unit in and cleaned up. professionally done, and still no problems over a year later.

We called MC Plumbing after we received what seemed like an excessively high quote from another plumber. This is for a rental property, so we had to coordinate schedules/payment/quotes between three different people. MC handled that just fine. MC Plumbing came out pretty quickly and were able to clear the bathtub, find and fix the cause of a running toilet, and fixed an additional leaky faucet very quickly for about $200. Great job and quickly handled. The only complaint I have is that we never received our receipt that was supposed to be emailed or faxed to us...we made contact again for it and still never got it.

Based on positive reviews, I purchased the Big Deal for two hours of plumbing service for $99. Because the water would run after every flush, I needed to have the internal parts of the master bath toilet replaced. I had purchased those parts. I also needed to have the light in my jacuzzi replaced and wanted to have the sink faucets replaced in my master bath. I called and made an appointment. I believe the plumber who came out was named Fernando. I explained what it was that I wanted to have done. The first thing he did was check out the jacuzzi tub and announce that he didn't think he knew how to replace the light. I said that was fine, but could he please take care of the other jobs. He then took almost 4 hours to install the parts in the toilet and the two sink faucets. The entire time he worked he complained about everything. He told me that my cabinets were small and made it difficult for him to do the job. My cabinets were the standard builder oak cabinets that you can find in about 1/3 of the homes on the northwest side of Vegas! He said that the faucets he removed were very unusual and asked if he could have them to "practice" on, which I agreed to since I had no need for them. Then, after he finally installed ordinary brushed nickel faucets that I purchased at Home Depot and was about to leave, I realized that the lift bar and sink stopper mechanisms weren't even working. When I brought this to his attention, he informed me that the parts didn't fit right! I insisted that before he leave that he MAKE them fit right, since they were commonplace faucets that I could have installed! He made it so they lowered (they didn't really stop the water from going down the drain) and then charged me additional monies since it had taken him so long! The worst part is that not one part of any of these jobs was done right and when I sold my house 6 months later, I had to pay another plumber to correctly do the job! He didn't in no time flat and stated that it appeared that an amateur had done the installs! Now, I have seen many positive reviews, so I have to assume that McPlumbing has some competent plumbers. And I should have notified the business of Fernando's failure but was so made I didn't, so I don't really know if they would have resolved it or not. But if you should schedule an appointment, ask who will be sent out. If it is Fernando...cancel.

Not honest fair quote

The plumber was very professional. He arrived just when he said he would. It wasn't an easy install, because the old faucet was so corroded. It took a while to remove them. As soon as he had the old one out, he made it look like a snap to install the new faucet. He asked how I wanted it positioned. I thought that was very nice of him. When everything was installed, he did a demonstration of how everything worked. Great experience!! Good Job!!

Never gave me a receipt. Called them and they said they would mail it but never did. After the placement of water heater I talked to 2 plumbers who both said I was overcharged.

We called MC Plumbing to ask for a quote and they were able to send someone out the next day. Jose came out to give us a quote and would have been able to fix the leak, however, he needed a part and told us he had to come back later that day or the following day. We didn't hear back from him that day, but we called Scott at the office the next morning and Jose was out to the house by 10:00 a.m. or so - having to call is the reason we ranked Punctuality a "Good" vs. "Excellent". Jose found and fixed the leak(s) and then the sinks backed up when he was testing the lines. The sinks had backed up the night before, so he was able to snake the line from the outside access and we haven't had problem since (almost a week later). The total cost was $342 after the 15% Angie's List discount. Jose originally told us the cost of repairing the leaks wouldn't exceed $250 and with the discount, that part of the repair was $205. We thought the price of the work was reasonable and Jose was very professional and pleasant to work with.

When I called MC plumbing they returned my call in less than 15 minutes. we scheduled a time and they should up on time. Wow! What service! Everything went smooth and quickly. He came in and completed the necessary job. He was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend MC plumbing! Thank you!

simple and sweet, when i called, the boss took my information, and informed me that the technician would call me back. within fifteen minutes, jose called me back and let me know an approximate time he would be at my house. jose then called again to inform me he was on his way. jose's information on time was completely accurate. when jose arrived, he diagnosed the problem, and went to work. within half an hour my problem was 100% fixed, and my stress levels came back down to normal :) i would not hesitate, in the future, to use this company again. thank you

I really appreciated them being able to come early since our water had to be shut off until the pipe was repaired. Our plumber Jose, was very professional and resolved my issue quickly at a reasonable cost.

I liked that they came fairly quickly especially on Sunday. The initial guy who took the phone call was really nice and they fixed it. They were great.

Contractor had to locate an odd size valve (1 1/4 "). Part replace in a timely but the cost was extremely high. I estimate that the part cost +/- $100.00 with an excessively high service fee of $325.00. Note: The price of the part was left off the invoice. (red flag)

I would definately recommend this provider. He was on time, fixed all of the problems (or gave the correct guidance) on the first try ... at a reasonable price.

Plumber arrived within 2 hour appointment window. Professionally attired (polo with logo of MC Plumbing). Quickly evaluated our most prominent problem with leaking pressure reducing valve. He didn't have a new PRV with him, but was able to acquire and install one in about an hour. Answered our questions about other plumbing issues in the house. In the following days we notices that water pressure was little lower that what we used to, so same plumber was able to stop on his way to an appointment and do a complimentary adjustment.

They did a good job, and were pretty quick about everything. They were timely and got back to us quick and it was done fast.
