Jose arrived on time. He estimated two hours for the replumb. He changed out the plumbing, checked for leaks, and set the RO system back into the cupboard. He completely cleaned the area. He finished in one hour and the charge was $25 under estimate. This is the third time I have hired MC Plumbing. I consider them "my" plumber now.

Angie's list provided MC Plumbing as one of the best plumbing service's in town. They were the first number I dialed and I immediately received an answer. I was quoted $125 over the phone and was told a technician would arrive between 2-4. Not too long after 2, Saul arrived. I knew the problem I was dealing with - however, I was having a difficult time removing the valve from the wall not knowing it took a little more muscle than what I was putting into it. Saul quickly replaced the valve and my toilet was back in working order. Saul did an excellent job and was very professional and courteous by letting me lean over his shoulder the entire time. I marked the price as a 'B' because I was quoted $125 over the phone then I printed out the 15% off coupon and was told I received the Angie's List discount over the phone. Usually, I do not let those situations go that easily but I was in a good mood and Saul was friendly. I would not hesitate using MC Plumbing in the future - although, I would make sure the coupon was valid before the service.

Used them on previous occasions as well. Very personable, professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely used them again.

The handle installed by Jose was exactly what we wanted, it matched the original perfectly. He was knowledgeable about the products and when I asked him for other replacements he said he would get them for me. The handle does not leak, hot and cold water comes out evenly and it was a perfect job.

Purchased a house where the plumbing had to be entirely replaced. Based on the recommendations in Angie's List, we contacted MC Plumbing. Since we were in the middle of remodeling and repairing the house, we had to work with several contractors to complete the entire job. MC Plumbing was fantastic. They worked with us to ensure that their work was coordinated with the other contractors to help minimize delays and costs. They came on time, did a great job and passed the inspection without any problems. We can recommend MD Plumbing without any reservations.

Saul had previously replaced my water heater (11/05/13), and recommended a restoration company to come in and repair the water damage. The Emergency Restoration company came in and removed the damaged wallboard, dried the whole area, and came back and replaced all the damaged areas. Both companies did an excellent job.

Fast and efficient. My only regret is that since I'm new to Angie's list I forgot to give them the coupon-but that is MY problem, not theirs.

It was good. They paid attention to all the details and the quality of the work was good. They got the job done in about 1 day. The cleanup was fine and they had to do some digging in my yard and they put everything back in place. The crew was very good and they would answer all my questions and explain what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. They were on time and job performance was as stated. Also the price was as stated, and in comparison to others they had a better price. They got the job done in about 5 hours. They cleaned up everything after they were done.

With company coming tomorrow, our puppy chewed through the hose connecting the water supply to the toilet in our guest bathroom. We rushed to Lowe's to buy a new connector and found we could not get the old connector to unscrew. So next option, duct tape! Not a success! I jumped on Angie's list and found MC Plumbing. I called and explained the problem. The gentleman said someone would give me a call to coordinate soon. Jose called in less than an hour and said he could be at my house in 15 minutes. Jose was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I learned the valve and hose we had installed were a one piece design. Jose got right to work and replaced the entire valve and tubing assembly in less than 30 minutes. We might have been able to find someone to do the job cheaper but the quick response and job well done were well worth it to me.

Service rep arrived on time. I selected new system. Rep returned and installed. Cleaned the work area. He was very knowledgeable. My only disappointment was that I did have a tight schedule and needed to finish by 1 pm. He said he would do so. He did not meet my need because he stopped at another call on his way to pick up the new unit. If I had known he would not meet my time constraints I would have scheduled the service for another day. In addition he had a defective valve and had to redo. I left at 230. He was still cleaning up outside. He was able to save some of the water salt from the old softener . I appreciated that he did that since we had just filled the unit with 3 bags of potassium at $20.00 per bag. If you wonder how I knew he stopped elsewhere it was because I saw him come out of another gated community while I went to buy new salt for the new unit. This was during the period when he going to pick up the new unit for my house. Later, he voluntarily told me he had stopped at another call. In this case I missed an appointment and was half hour late picking student up from school. Lesson, allow full day for service.

The worked turned out great. They were very responsive and came by my house quick. Their pricing was reasonable for the job and also timeframe. The technician had the needed equipment on hand to fix the problem. I really appreciate that he came out on Christmas Eve. I just really liked the technician; he did a great job.

They came out right away and were able to fix all the leaks we had. Everything worked out well. Their pricing was comparable to other plumbers, but still expensive. The technician had everything he needed on hand to fix the problems. Overall, the job was done well and on time.

They did a wonderful job. He came out and installed a new part inside of the faucet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also came in a very timely manner and showed up on time. I liked that he already had the part available to install that day. Clean up afterwards was very good as well. I would highly recommend their services.

Checked sinks fixed minor problem and advised on another that I will fix when I can afford to.

I had this company come out because my sink was leaking. They sent out a "plumber" who assessed the problem, said he could fix it, and gave me an estimate. The cost wasn't too bad, so I asked about getting a whole new sink only because I wanted something different. He said "no problem". He "fixed" it and did the install on the new sink; however the sink was leaking again the next day. My husband called the guy and he came out. He said something only needed to be tightened. I was skeptical. After he did his tightening, the sink started leaking again! Water was all over my kitchen floor. I eventually called Butter Plumbing, who I've used before and although expensive they've always done good work. Needless to say, Butter Plumbing said the sink hadn't been installed properly. I'm writing this review from my phone so forgive me if I've made too many grammatical errors.

Called in Sept for a quote when they found out I was surprising my wife with the sink installation they extended the quote to be good for 90 days instead of 30. The day of the installation they were on time explained what they were doing as the work was being done. the job was finished in the time quoted and everything was cleaned to be as it was before the work was done. While they were at my home I asked if they had the time to look at the hot water valve in the guest bathroom they did and repaired the valve while they were here. I have already recommended them to a co woorker who was having plumbing issues.

They were unable to use the sewer camera as I have an older home, so I was unhappy about that. However, they did unclog the drain.

I have used MC Plumbing on several repair jobs from faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, etc. They have always been on time and have quoted a fair price. Plumbers have always been very professional. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. I have sent several referrals to them also and have gotten nothing but great feed back.

I called many places to get prices and installation schedules and found MC Plumbing, LLC as the company to employ. I read many of the 254 reviews and found them to be the company many of the people were satisfied with Quality, Punctuality, Professionalism and getting their monies worth. The installer arrived well within the time promised. He was very knowledgeable and got right to work and got it done quickly. Total price was the same as quoted on the phone. I had bought all the needed parts but one of the items had the wrong connector so the tech sold me the correct part for almost the same price as Home Depot and completed the job. Very satisfied with the entire service and will definitely used them again and recommend them anytime to anybody, especially if someone have very little knowledge about Plumbing.

Called him Sunday morning and they were able to make it two hours later. Very punctual, arrived right in the window they said they would. Quickly diagnosed the issues I was having and repaired both toilets within an hour. One toilet needed a gasket and a few nuts replaced in the bowl (had the toilet removed recently to do some flooring work and when the flooring guys put it back together the old gasket didn't re-seat and the nuts were rusting out). The top floor's exterior valve was worn out and started leaking so that was replaced along with the hose. Very knowledgable on local water issues and even provided some literature on a filter that could extend the life of my plumbing.

Marcus came out for the estimate, he was right on time and explained a couple of options for me. I called him back to accept his offer the next day. We made an appointment for the following morning at 9. I waited until 9:45 am and called him. He told me he had a problem at the warehouse with supplies but would be there in 10 minutes. I called him again at 10:30. He said his GPS had led him to a similarly named street on the other side of town. That kind of upset me because he had been at my home less than 48 hours prior for the estimate. In any case, he did call me at 11:30, letting me know he was going to leave to return the cement cutter, but he would be back in an hour. I returned to my home at @1:30 and a worker was there alone. He told me he was a laborer. Marcus hadn't come back from returning the saw, but, should be back shortly. I waited until 3 and called him. He told me when he went to return the machine, he was sent out on another call to repair a leaking sink. He returned around 4 and began laying the water line. I had another appointment and had to leave, he asked me to please turn on the porch light. I did not want them doing anything in the dark. I asked them to come back in the morning and finish the job. Most of the problems I had with the job could easily have been eliminated with a simple phone call or two or three. He should not have been sent out on another call during my service. I also do not think a laborer should have been left at my home for over 4 hours. Ultimately, the project was completed the next morning. I might use this contractor again, with the stipulations that if it looked like he was going to be more than 15 minutes late, I expected a phone call. I would also want written assurance that my project would be a priority and not interrupted by equipment return or any other call out of the job.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. There was nothing outstanding, the work that they did was quite satisfactory. They came when they said they would.

It turned out fine. I felt the quality was pretty good. They finished the job in about 1-2 hours.
