I called on a Sunday afternoon and spoke to Sol. He got me on the schedule for the next morning and agreed to have the tech call when he was on his way so I could put the dogs outside. The next day, within the time frame promised, Sol called to say he was on his way. He was very courteous and polite. After assessing the situation, he quoted me a price for the minimum amount of work he would do, hoping that would be sufficient to resolve the problem. When I agreed, he went to work immediately. Throughout the process, Sol explained what he was doing, which I appreciated. Sol was able to clear the clog, but had to give me some bad news at the end. He was very nice about it, and gave me some tips that might help to at least postpone the inevitable. After having some very unpleasant experiences with plumbers in this town, it was a real relief to encounter someone as apparently competent and professional as Sol, and by extension, MC Plumbing.

I had a water issue and I sent MC plumbing along with my AC contractor. It turned out to be the AC unit but MC Plumbing responded quickily on a Sunday night and worked with my AC contractor and has a potential way to reduce my risk of water issues and will be working with them to remediate in the future. They answer the phone promptly, very resonsive, and very professional.

Relied on Angie's List reviews to select this vendor. I needed my water heater replaced on a weekend. From the point of requesting help to getting hot water was about 3 hours!! The tech was very knowledgable pointing out that a part of the gas delivery system was absent and thus out of spec. I validated the requirement and the new water heater was installed within spec. This is yet another example of how Angie's List works for we consumers and gives us access to excellent business.

discovered sewer backup in tub just as getting ready to run errands on a Saturday afternoon. Looked up plumber on Angie's List and called MC Plumbing. Talked to the plumber and he said he could be here in two hours. That was perfect because I had just enough time to do my errands and get back to meet him. Didn't take him long at all to figure out the problem and fix it. Price was very reasonable.

After noticing that the water heater was leaking around 8pm, contacted MC Plumbing. A quote was provided and someone could come out that evening to replace the water heater. The plumber came when estimated and completed work quickly, removing the old water heater and installing the new one. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Albert was very professional and explained the warranty.

Hot water heater went down. Dealt with Jose via phone. He was quick to call back and very nice. Quickly scheduled an emergency appt. Unit ended up working and not needing him but he was still very nice to deal with.

They were excellent. They gave me advices on the usage of the water softener. My husband oversaw the work and he had no complaints about them.

We made an appointment over the phone for Tues 10 am - 12 noon for an estimate. We were available for those two hours and no one showed up or even called to tell us they were not coming.

Albert arrived on time, asked what needed to be done, and did the work in an expedited fashion.

The service was great. They were very timely and professional plus I got a great rate for the service!

Called MC Plumbing after trying to do the project myself--I had ended up breaking some parts instead of being able to change it out. Saul arrived within two hours of my call, which was excellent. He was very friendly and professional. He used the parts I had purchased myself and then had the parts I still needed on his vehicle, so that was very convenient. He was done quickly and did a great job!

Had a water leak in the front yard. Called him on a Saturday afternoon and they came right over. The technician was helpful, quick and fixed our issue.

We moved to Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago. Ran the dishwasher last night and woke up to standing water in the bottom of the washer. After trying to trouble shoot it w/ ideas from the internet, I called MC Plumbing. They had a technician here in less than 30 minutes. Albert was great. He was polite, personable, and professional. He evaluated the situation and advised us that it isn't a plumbing issue, but rather an appliance issue----all at NO CHARGE! This is now our plumber for any future issues.

Did a great job quickly and efficiently. No mess and completely inspected everything before leaving. Would highly recommend his work at any time.

I discovered water running into the garage at 7:30 AM and called MC Plumbing at that time, they had a technician at my home within an 1 1/2 hours. The leak was discovered in a pipe joint in the wall. The wall was removed and piping was rearranged to make it more manageable and to repair the problem. The shut off valve that was not working properly was also replaced and the technician contacted a disaster recovery team to help with the clean-up. Everything (plumbing wise) was completed in a few hours and the disaster recovery people that were recommended were here and working on resolving the water damage that was caused by the leak.

Called when I realized water heater had sprung a leak. Spoke with Scott who said someone would be out to replacement within two hours. Told me to shut off water to heater and gas. Saul arrived within the time frame and took out the old heater and replaced with a new. When the hot water was turned back on the bathroom faucet downstairs was clogged and once cleaned it developed a very slow leak so I scheduled to have it fixed the next day. Saul suggested I have LV restoration to look at the water damage since it would be covered under my homeowners. He made the call and within 10 min they called and scheduled to come out the next day. Work performed was excellent and Saul is a very personable young man. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.

His name is jose. He was polite and honest. He came to give me an estimate. He had his MC truck and his uniform on. He came in on time and introduced his name. I told him that I probably had hot water line leaking under the concrete and needed to reroute the line. He observed and agreed to my find out and gave me an estimate with the discount from Angie's list. His price is fair and seems like a guy I can trust. So, after couple days I used him. First his manager was hesitating to work with my home insurance. But I guess he didn't want to lose the business, so he agreed that insurance will send him a check within 2-3 days after the work is done. So, he came in on time and he and his other guy started working on the house. Made few holes on the laundry room walls and kitchen walls. He did made a little diagnostic though. He should have use his leak detection first before making couple holes in my laundry room. Turn out that the leak was not in that room, but outside of it. But it is all good. My insurance paid for the renovation. It took him about 2 hours to do the job. The other thing though, the pipe on the last bathroom got clogged few days after he performed the job. I ended up fixing it myself and needed to destroyed the sink cabinet and got a new one. Costed me a new sink cabinet and new valves.

We had hired this company before to fix a leak in our bathtub faucet. They did such a good job we didn't hesitate to call them when our kitchen sink clogged up. Jose came out within an hour of the same day. He looked at the problem and gave us the estimate, which was reasonable. He fixed the clog right away. He also found a leak in one of the pipes that he fixed with a new seal. Thank goodness it hadn't done any damage up in the walls! Jose does excellent work in a timely manner and he is also very professional and friendly. We'll use this company in the future for all of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

The service turned out fine. I had a clogged drain and I felt like the technician took forever to repair it. He kept scaring me by saying he may not be able to get the shower drain unclogged. He left about 2-3 times. I believe I still have a credit with the company. Scheduling was not an issue and they showed up as scheduled.

After unhooking the water hoses to my washing machine in preparing for delivery of a new machine, the cold water valve and pipe twisted to a 90 degree angle, ;The valve also dripped despite turning it off. Called MC Plumbing at 8pm, was given an appt for the next day between 8am and 10am. Saul showed up right on time, around 8:30am, and after looking at the situation, recommended a permanent fix instead of just doing a temp job which most likely wouldn't last. Only problem was that he would have to cut into the drywall to do the job. Since my home is 18 years old, I said let's do it, might as well get brand new fixtures. I watched as Saul cut into the drywall, cutting a piece about 3 by 3 feet. He was very careful and had laid down plastic over my new washing machine and dryer and the floor, no worries. He did what appeared to be a very thorough and clean job, replaced the valves with brand new quarter turn ones, and loaded a new box for the valves, rinse hose, and soft water pipe to sit in. Saul said he would have a guy come over in the evening to repair the drywall, and he did. The guy came over around 8pm and did a great job, after he was done, you could not even tell the wall had been cut. The next morning I painted the wall in about 20 minutes and it looks great. The plumbing job was $675 after the Angie's 15% discount and the drywall $120; yep, expensive but as long as it was done right, I am happy,

Our tenant called because the garage had flooded; the water heater had gone out. I searched Angie's list and MC Plumbing popped up as the #1. It was a Saturday and I was anticipating it to be difficult to get a hold of someone. Someone answered and he was very nice and professional (I don't remember his name). He said he could have one of his employees out to the house within 30 minutes; he lives a few blocks away from the rental unit. I wasn't sure of the size of the tank and he assured me that he has two sizes that they carry in their van so it should be no problem. He will be able to uninstall the old one and dispose of it and install the new one. AWESOME. The technician called 10 minutes later confirming that he would be there shortly. He was professional, clean, and proficient. Everything done as promised. He referred us to a restoration company to take care of the water damage to the drywall. We called them and they showed up the next day to cut out the wet areas and installed fans to dry out the interior. It was a very pleasant experience working with MC plumbing and the restoration company. It was nice to see two companies work hand in hand with both a very professional and consistent in level of service. I would highly recommend MC plumbing and will definitely keep their number in our arsenal of 5 star contractors!!

I had an older toilet and to replace what was need was going to be to much so I purchased a new toilet. The service was great and he was very nice.

Great, as usual - Sol, the plumber, does great work and is punctual, professional and pleasant. We've already been repeat customers 4 times in just a couple of weeks (due to new home purchase), and couldn't be happier. Sol came out, took a look at the issue, let us know what it would take to fix it (including two different options), and went right to work. He even gave me some advice for taking care of my sprinkling system through the winter. The price was great, the service was great, and we know MC Plumbing will be our first call for any issues in the future.
