Jose called and asked if he could come before the appointment and arrived within 30 minutes. The toilet fill value would not flush the toilet correctly and had also developed a leak. I had already purchased the part and had planned on putting it in myself which I have done a number of times. Jose was very professional, showing me some of his tricks on how to weight down the flapper. He was done in a short period of time. I was very satisfied with Jose's work. He asked questions on other work that I may need done in the future. I would definitely call on him to do additional plumbing needs.

Our original call was for an estimate - they were early (wow!) and were able to quote the job and then begin immediately. We are very happy with their service technician and would recommend them to others and use them again.

When I called to make an appointment, the first question I asked was if they serviced tankless water heaters. With no hesitation the man answered yes. Although the service man was punctual and nice, he didn't know how to service a tankless water heater. Flushing only the water line did nothing to solve my issue with 130 degree water instead of 120 degrees it was set for. Only after hiring another company and watching them pump water with a descaler into the tank itself, did I realize how little the repairman knew about a tankless heater. Attaching a hose to the line and draining it into the street just showed I had clean water.. He checked some electrical connections and said "tested everything and all is good". He suggested turning down the temperature setting to solve the extra hot water issue. (Which it did not). This company may be ok with other plumbing issues, but after spending $175 with no results, I won't be taking that chance in the future.

A team of two arrived to conduct a plumbing inspection of my home. I moved in less than a month ago and wanted to take care of anything that was missed during the home inspection. Jose and Luis were prompt and professional. They found one small leak in my master bath and told me that my water pressure was a bit high, but within normal range. They also repaired a leak in my garden (I knew about this leak before they arrived). They will be back to take care of the leak in my guest bathroom (fixtures are older and replacement parts weren't readily available).

My A. O. Smith water heater failed after 1.5 years.(Yes, one and a half years.) I called MC Plumbing to remove the old water heater and replace it with a new one. Jose alerted me with a phone call and arrived on time. He is a very friendly, professional and competent gentleman. He removed the old one, took it to the wholesaler, and returned with the new one. Of course the water heater itself was under warranty, but A. O. Smith would do nothing for me on the labor. Jose installed the new one quickly and thoroughly. There was an issue with the hot water recirculating pump, but Jose returned twice to get it resolved and there was no additional charge. I highly recommend MC Plumbing and Jose.

I had one of my bathroom faucets break off on a Saturday morning around 8:30am. I called MC Plumbing because they were one of the plumbers that offered 24-7 service on Angie's List. The man I talked to on the phone told me he would have someone out between noon-2pm to replace the faucet. I told him that was good since that gave me some time to purchase the faucets because I wanted to pick the ones I like. Shortly after, Jose called and told me he would be out between 2-4pm. I told him that I was not happy with the later time because I was having trouble shutting off my water (I got it to a slow run) and that I needed someone sooner. I said if he couldn't get there closer to the agreed time, I would call another plumber. He said he had another job but he would try to get there sooner. I agreed and went and bought the faucets. He got to my house around 1:30pm and proceeded to install the two faucets and new shut off valves. He did a good job and I was pleased with his work. He cleaned up and did not leave anything behind for me to pick up.

It was a Saturday, and I called a number of plumbers after our water pressure disappeared. The Water District told me I had a leak in the house, so I was very concerned. The neighbors to whom I spoke had no problems. After calling a couple of companies and getting the message, "Let me TRY to get the plumber on-call," I contacted this company. They were great! I explained the issue (no shower, etc.) and they told me that someone was in the area who could be there in about an hour. 30 MINUTES LATER, Jose arrived and immediately knew what caused the problem: our PRV valve. He happened to have one in his truck that fit my house, so he offered to fix it immediately. He was very honest about the price, and I was very grateful for that. It turns out that our house builder not only installed it upside-down, but rigged the fitting using a piece of pipe soldered to a nut! Sad, really. Anyway, Jose cut a piece of pipe, correctly added it to the existing pipe, and put in the PRV valve the way it was supposed to be fitted. Now our water pressure is better than its ever been, even since we bought the house! The entire process took less than 30 minutes on a Saturday. Highly recommend these guys to you all and I will use them again while referring them to all of my friends.

We are an out of state owner of the property and were represented on site by our tenants. MC Plumbing arrived as scheduled and contacted us via phone to discuss the problem. MC Plumbing provided a clear and concise assessment of the required repairs and options. They provided high and low cost options and we were comfortable with their proposals. We chose the low cost option since our tenant is skilled with household repairs. I feel the cost for the service call and repairs was fair and we are happy with the service.

It was OK but I thought I'd get the $49 credited towards the final bill. But the $49 was just for a service call. It does not make sense to pay on Angies. Regular price is the same without paying in advance.

The plumber arrived on time and replaced my old kitchen faucet with a new one that I had already purchased from the local hardware store, there is no warranty on the faucet since I purchased it however it is covered by the manufacturer. He did a professional job in minimal time and made sure everything worked and cleaned up after the install. If I ever needed a plumbing service done in the the future I would not hesitate to hire M.C. Plumbing again.

MC Plumbing had a full schedule but agreed to call me to set a night appointment because I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Jose after several attempts to call my cell I failed to answer. On his way home he stopped by to check if I still needed help, which I did because I did not hear the phone. Jose fixed the problem and explained options. Charged me the coupon rate from Angies book.Jose was polite and professional. I appreciated the same Day fix.

In all fairness I called on short notice and got same day service but the experience went downhill from there. I purchased a Big Deal for 49.00 which includes a service call plumbing inspection and credit towards any repairs. When I called, I asked if the offer could be used for the install and was told yes. I was given a time frame of between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. At 5:00 the technician called and said he was running late and would be there in 20 or 30 minutes. I was getting a new kitchen faucet installed at my rental property, very simple, cut and dry, old faucet was leaking, needed replacement. Even I know that it's a matter of turning the water valves off, disconnecting the water lines, removing the bolts and lifting the old faucet out of the sink. Not rocket science. I was actually wanting to do it myself, but was not strong enough to remove one of the bolts, or believe me, I would not have called for this appointment. The technician, who's name I don't remember, was ok, but when he started discussing price, he first said, we charge 165.00 to install these, or is it 175.00, I'll have to look it up. Right then, I felt like I was being played. Then he asked if I was renting the place out, when I said yes, he said, well, you'll make your money back with the first months rent. Oh REALLY? I guess, I was expecting to pay about 100.00 total for about 20 minutes of work. To me that's beyond reasonable. I see a lot of happy customers here giving reviews, wish I fell into that category, but can't say that I do. If you buy the Big Deal, I hope you have deep pockets, cause you'll need them.

Came Home and My 5 Yr Old GE Water Softener was overflowing. Looked and there was a crack in the top plastic valve of the softener that allowed a leak to drip into the water softener. Went to Sears to Purchase the part and Replaced it myself; however the leak continued. To make a very long story short: The Clips sold by Sears were not correct ( and they will not take returns); when replacing the Top piece where the water enters the softener ALSO replace the Back piece where the water connects to the Top Piece and to the house lines. I called on a Sunday Morning at 9:00 AM and SAUL answered - I told him it was not an emergency and did not want to pay extra and explained the problem. He said he would be out between 1PM and 2PM (Amazing I thought); well - a previous appointment cancelled and he actually came out by 11:00 AM, calling ahead to confirm I would be home. He methodically went through the different pieces and narrowed it down to the part that needed replacing. What I've been working on (Being a You Tube Fan for Repairs) took him about an Hour.

I recently purchased a house that desperately needed some updates. Although the labor and materials was costly, I can't thank Adrian with MC plumbing enough for the work he performed. On the first visit he installed a new toilet, 2 bathroom faucets, and replaced all the angle turns under the sinks. A few hours after he left, 2 of the sinks started leaking and he promptly returned to resolve the issue at no further cost. This house is 20 years old and many of the pipes were corroded due to hard water and no water softener so the leaks were partly due to that issue. After fixing those problems, I purchased a water softener and new kitchen faucet; Adrian returned a few days later to install those items. He was very good about returning my calls and coming at our scheduled times. While I hope not to have problems like this again, I would definitely call MC plumbing if more work is ever needed. I appreciate the fast response time and the work that was performed.

They came out the same day we had called and arrived within one hour. The technician was nice did a good job. They installed a new water heater for us on that same day. They recommended Emergency Restoration Experts to us for restoration services who has been unresponsive since the drying. MC Pluming did a great job with the work. However, I may not contact they again for additional work based on the experience I have had with the company they have recommended.

Everything went well. I was happy with the service.

Adrian was awesome. I got a next day appointment when I called, and he was at our door at the EXACT time he said he would be at the house...I've never seen anyone so prompt. He then proceeded to tell us pretty quickly what was wrong, and gave us a few options to work with the problem. He fixed our problem quickly and then checked other things in the house that related to the pipe under the sink, to make sure they were in working order as well so they wouldn't damage the sink pipe any further. In checking out other things, he noticed some issues with our toilets that he fixed free of charge. Very professional and efficient. He seemed very knowledgeable in his trade, and performed the work well. We had another plumbing company come out the day before who tried to sell us a new water heater, water softener, and water filtration system without even addressing what we called them to come check out!! Adrian addressed the problem quickly, did a thorough job fixing it, and helped with other things as well when he didn't have to. We will be recommending him to anyone who has plumbing issues, and will be using him again ourselves.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Had to remove one of the sinks because the granite was not cut right. No mess, everything was done very clean. There was no water coming out of one faucet and very little out of the other. Two different plumbers came to my home and they both knew the problem was the faucets. Luckily Moen sent me 2 new ones free. I also used MC Plumbing for 3 leaks under the kitchen sink in another home after 2 other handymen tried to fix it with no success. Saul at MC plumbing came in, saw the leaks, fixed the problem and it was done with no further problem. I would definitely use MC Plumbing again!

He was very professional and was able to complete the repairs in very quickly. We also discussed some items that may need servicing in the future. I was very pleased with the service.

Excellent service! I called at 7:24 a.m. and was given a two-hour window, 8-10 a.m., when the plumber would be here. Jose called at 8:42 a.m. as he was enroute and he arrived promptly. I explained what needed to be fixed. He examined the area under the sink, explained what needed to be done, and provided an estimate, confirming we could use the 15% coupon for Angies List members. He fixed everything and had me make sure things worked as I expected. Jose was very professional and pleasant. I will definitely call MC Plumbing again and request Jose.

Cleared clogged kitchen sink drain

I got estimates from 4 contractors. The last estimate I got was from MC Plumbing. They gave me a great quote and I engaged them because they were highly rated on Angie's List. The crew leader, Jose Salcedo, was outstanding. When the work was completed, he gave me a $200 discount because they were able to tunnel under the concrete walkway rathjer than having to cut it.

I mistakenly purchased this deal and do not need it.

They tried to charge me way more and I didn't like them at all. They tried to rip me off and charge me an extra $1,000 for something that I got something cheaper. They did very poor customer service. They said they had to tear down 4 walls and they wouldn't cover that. They said they would have to break the concrete and it would cost $2,500. They said the walls would be extra. Another plumber came by and only charged me $1,200 for everything. They were trying to charge me $2,000 more so I'll never do busy with them again. They were very unprofessional. They were trying to make triple. It was unnecessary to knock down 4 walls. He was Hispanic. He did a lot more talking than it was worth.
