Called and got a same day appointment to look at water heater. Was quoted a price and told they could do the repair the next morning. Scheduled a 9am appointment and was complete by 10:15am. Adrian the repairman provided excellent service and fast installation of parts.

On New Year's Eve day, I expected I might have troubling finding a quality plumber to diagnose a continual running water sound we were hearing in the wall in our laundry room, but MC Plumbing scheduled Jose immediately and he arrived in less than 2 hours. He immediately knew that the problem was with our water softener seals having failed. He turned off the water to and from the softener and the running water sound stopped. We are now using "street water" but the leak has stopped. He told us the likely cause of the failure and then discussed what we could to overcome it, which will probably be to replace the unit after we try refilling the salt and seeing if the leak has stopped. He also answered questions I had about the reverse osmosis unit in the kitchen. He gave us a brochure about the units they use as replacements so we can research if we want to use that model, and left with a handshake and no charge. We would absolutely use this firm again for our plumbing needs (and will likely call them to replace the softener if it continues to fail after recharging). What a pleasant surprise!

I purchased the toilet and he installed it, but when I bought the toilet at Lowes and they said they could install it for $99.

I have had many terrible experiences with plumbing people in the past. Half of the companies from the home warranty people are bad. Fortunately, I had the complete opposite experience this time. Dan came out from MC Plumbing and flushed the water heater. I bought the coupon here on Angie's List. Also, he did an inspection of the plumbing and gave me some advice that would help with my water pressures. He showed me how to fix my pipes for me. Dan was extremely nice and professional. It is very refreshening to have someone come in and actually want to help, instead of trying to find ways to take your money. I highly recommend these people, and if you can make a request, ask for Dan.

I was having a new bathroom vanity installed when we discovered the piping had to be relocated. I found MC Plumbing on Angie's List and gave them a call. I explained the problem the cabinet installers had found and that I needed help as soon as possible. Jose Salcedo arrived at my home in less than an hour and relocated all the pipes in just over an hour. The cabinet installers even commented on how quickly he completed the work and what a great job he did. I will definitely be using MC Plumbing in the future and am so grateful they were able to resolve my (and the cabinet installers) problem so quickly.

MC Plumbing, care od DAN, come on time and was able to assess the issues promptly while taking ample time to investigate. Dan not only called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way but upon entering my hope, he greeted me professionally and immediately put on his booties to make sure he showed respect for my home - and I am all about that! This gentleman also greeted my kids and wished them holiday greetings. HAPPY HOLIDAYS DAN!

Replaced our water heater the next day. Great service and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. Explained everything so we understood completely and the price quoted was the price charged. Did not try to upsell us anything. We needed a couple of adjustments done and they came over the same day and took care of it. Will absolute!y use again.

Jose was the plummber that came out and provided me the quote for a leaky faucet repair in the a laundy room as well as a misaligned toilet in the bathroom. He was very helpful and polite and not pushy, which is extremely important. On his first visit he provided me a quote of his services and advise on what I should do. After being disenchated with another plumber I chose Jose to complete the job. He was on time and very thorugh with the work. His work was pristine and craftful. Im happy with my decsion. The job is also guaranteed for a year, which is a plus.

For having everything he needed to complete the job except for the spot welder and glue, I paid too much for the labor. It was nice that he could do it right away, but, again, the labor was high. I purchased all that was needed for both jobs before he arrived. I should have shopped around for better labor pricing. If my confidence was greater and I had a spot welder and the right glue, then I could have done it all myself. The work that he did has held up and we have not had any problems since. It is just my opinion the the price was high.

Our outdoor water bib was leaking so I called MC Plumbing to come and fix it. They responded quickly, arranging an appointment and came promptly the next morning to repair it. Happy with the service and would use them again.

MC Plumbing was very responsive when I contacted them about installing a new water heater. Dan, from MC, promptly removed my old water heater and installed a new one. Dan was very professional and courteous as he explained the work he needed to do. I could tell Dan was experienced because he worked very efficiently and completed the installation in a timely manner. I am very pleased with Dan's work and highly recommend this company for anyone who needs to replace a water heater.

It was expensive but it was weekend so it could have been more. I have little boys and I had them watch and learn some lessons.

Because of their A reviews from Angie List I called and spoke with the owner. I wanted to buy a higher grade of toilet and have a company install. Owner said Ok and ordered a new toilet from Home Depot online. When it arrived I made am apt. Adrian arrived on time and very professional. He check the packing and opened the boxes and discover that the base was broken. I was very upset that he had driven to my home and ready to install but base was broken and I had not checked more closely. Adrian said "no problem" call me when the new base arrives. To make a long story I had to go through the process of returning the item and buy another but was refunded for the broken. The good news is that Adrian is a great installer!! -arrived on time -very professional -did a great job -cleaned up the area -caulk around the base -carried the old toilet to his truck -I signed the invoice I have had ADRIAN return and replace a second toilet If I need to call a plumber I will call MC Plumbing LLC

The job and process went well. I bought a coupon for service on Angies List and filled out an online form in the morning. That afternoon MC Plumbing responded by email and offered an appointment for the next day in the morning which I accepted and confirmed by email. I was given a two hour window. The plumber called 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within the promised time window. The plumber was very friendly and did the work cleanly and efficiently. Everything was handled nicely and I was pleased with the entire transaction. I have no idea what the going prices are for what I had done should be, but it seemed reasonable and all the parts were included.

Plumber arrived within the given time period. Figured out what was leaking really fast and fixed it on the spot. After he explained what he did and let us check. Very content about the service, will definitely use them in the future.

I had purchased a big deal for $99 for $200 of service, and they took care of the issue. The interaction with them was fine, they came, they did the work, and they left.

Recommended buy new faucet instead of fix.

It was a very pleasant experience. The valve had been replaced three years ago and always leaked. I've had two different individuals previously try to stop the leak but they were unable to find the problem and fix it. MC came out, found the problem, explained everything to me, and very quickly had the damaged valve replaced, the new one wrapped and protected, and were on their way. I found MC people to be polite, professional, quick to respond, and prepared. I also appreciated the fact the gentlemen didn't talk down to me, but spoke to me like an adult with a brain. Very refreshing.

Our water heater is about 8 years old and last flushed about 2 years ago by another plumbing business. The plastic spigot was leaking. Jose replaced the spigot with a new brass spigot. He also drained and flushed the water heater. He recommended flushing it at least every 6 months and showed me how. Jose would have come earlier than our appointment, if I had been around to get his first call. He arrived right on time , once I called him back. He replaced the spigot free of charge with the heater flush and spent quite a bit of time making sure that all of the crud in the water heater had been eliminated. Jose, also provided an estimate of work that I will need done in the kitchen in the future. I will use MC Plumbing again. Jose didn't try to sell me anything, which I really appreciate. My previous plumber was always trying to sale me an extra service.

Saul was the tech who provided the initial estimate and did perform the hydro jetting of our drain pipes. He was professional and very knowledge on what needed to be done and how to do the best job possible. The only issue was the lack of adequate manpower to complete the job quickly. He could have used another tech to help him. But Saul did a great job and used the camera constantly to ensure he was cleaning the pipes of all the debris and any obstructions. He showed us the pipe interior on numerous occasions to make sure we were happy with the hydro jetting. We will definitely use MC Plumbing on any future plumbing issues we may have.

Found MC Plumbing online and they had decent reviews. Contacted them the morning of 10/21 after coming home on the evening of 10/20 to find a large water spot on my ceiling. Within an hour I had a call back from MC Plumbing sending someone right over. He cut an opening in the ceiling to find black mold and also found it was the bad wax ring on the guest bathroom upstairs. He replaced the wax ring and recommended another company to perform the remediation/mitigation for this mold. I just bought this house 3 1/2 months ago and could not believe it. The plumber also had told me not to contact my insurance company until I spoke with ERX and they could help me pay very little. Well, that certainly was not the case. A recommendation is one thing, false information is another; hence the D rating for professionalism.

This is the second time we have used this company. The first time I thought the price was high, but we needed our work done quickly and they were able to do that. The second time we called them we needed to repair a sensor faucet in a public restroom and another leaky faucet in another room. The leaky faucet was repaired by replacing a cartridge ($185). The estimate we received for the sensor faucet was between $575.00 and $825.00. For $575 they told us they might be able to replace just the solenoid. For $825 they could replace the entire sensor faucet, including new solenoid. For $625 they could replace the faucet with a traditional faucet without a sensor. Thinking that sounded a bit on the high side, we did some checking. After calling the faucet manufacturer, we found the solenoid for $84.39 (not including tax). It took our employee five minutes to install. You decide for yourself.

Experience low water pressure and needed system evaluation. Saul was the technician and was thorough and explained the process as we checked the system. Although there is still a pressure problem it is due to the Las Vegas Water supply. There were low pressure reading on both neighbors systems as well. Some of the problems were also related to calcium buildup in the system. Overall a good experience. Was not pressured into buying any unneeded items but did get answers to options that I considered do deal with possible future problems. I was pleased with the experience and would definitely call them again if I had any other plumbing problems.

Adrian arrived promptly on the date we agreed for the estimate and on the date to do the repairs. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I've had no issues with either item since the work was complete. I'd definitely hire MC Plumbing again in the future.
