Bought deal, left message via Angie's list with preferred times for a visit, never received email or call back.

The first impression was extraordinary. I have left messages on answering machines of several contractors advertised as 24/7. I called and the owner picked up at 11 pm on a Friday night. He had Saul over to our home the next day. Had this been an emergency, I have no doubt he would have been over immediately. Saul was very professional and personable. He went about the jobs, and left the place as clean as he found it. A+. You may note that earlier reviews mention correctly that MC is not the least expensive option. They do not charge by the hour, but offer "package prices" per type of job. Frankly, I think that probably makes it easier to know up front what the cost will be, rather than wondering if a job is being "artificially extended". Angie's List members receive a discount.

In the process of cleaning the pool and then filling the pool both hoses/facets were dripping water. I called and ask if someone could come to my home and check out the out door facets that day and Saul came in about 2 hours. He checked out the dripping and by then more water was coming from the facets because both were broken. He turned off the hoses and went to buy parts. He returned and installed new facets and turned the water on AND they worked!! -Saul was very professional and provided great customer service -This was the third time I call for help from MC Plumbing and the folks that work there are fabulous -and I will call them again Thanks Saul

After failing to get a response from the first company I chose from Angie's List, I called MC Plumbing. They were able to schedule an appointment on fairly short notice. They gave me a two hour window between 10am and 12pm. Adrian called me at 11:20 to say he'd be there in twenty minutes. He showed up promptly at 11:40, I took about 5 minutes to show him the problems, he explained the work to be done and gave me an estimate of $450. I ok'd the work because I didn't have time to call another plumber. He had to go get parts, which took about half an hour. He returned with the parts at about 12:15pm and got right to work. He finished a couple of minutes after 1pm. The workman handled himself professionally, performed the work quickly and expertly, and left the work area clean when he was finished. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work performed. The price, however, was extremely high. From the time I got the call saying he was on his way, to the time the work was finished was a total of an hour and 45 minutes. Even being most generous about calling this entire time labor, I ended up paying $450 for what amounts to $25 worth of parts and an hour and 45 minutes of "labor." If price is no object, MC Plumbing may be right for you, otherwise shop around. They are just too expensive for me to ever use them again

I have had myriad plumbers in the last forty years....but MC Plumbing is absolutely the best. I have thrown away everyone else's card.....I have found the company that I will use forever. They are responsive, professional, and friendly. Their work is top notch!

Couldn't be happier with service and price. Scott called me back right after I left message. Explained the process and cost. We set up a tentative install. When I was completely ready (cabinets and granite was installed), I called an installation appointment was set for the next day. Adrian arrived on time. Did a great job of installing all 3 faucets, made sure there were no leaks and demonstrated all the features of the faucet. He is also trying to help get the proper faucet replacement for our garden tub. Over all I highly recommend MC Plumbing and Adrian.

I gave my home address and telephone numbers when I bought the $49 "big deal" . The guy showed up at my billing address, not at my home. That was not too bad, just ineptness on their part. Then I gave the guy the filter, he took out a bucket to catch the water... replaced it and that was it. He then said that the service call was $98 and in his estimation, I needed to not only pay him an additional $49 for the call but $39 for (I guess) taking out a bucket and turning a filter. I told him that I already paid the $49 for the service call so if they had any other problems with me to give me a call. I paid the additional $39 just to get rid of him. I still can not find an honest plumber in Las Vegas. My advise with this company - if you need to use them- make sure that you really confirm what the cost of a service call is and what they will include with it.

At 6:15 pm I noticed water on the garage floor and checked the hot water heater to find a slow leak that had probably been going on all day (at least). I turned off the water and went to find a plumber to call. I found MC Plumbing's number based on their reviews and 24 hr service. After talking with Scott on the phone, he said he could have someone to the house in 1.5 hours, but would call me back once the technician was headed to our house. After hooking up a hose to drain the hot water heater, I decided to call Scott back to make sure I did it correctly. Scott gave me simple instructions to make sure I drained the water heater to prevent further water damage to the walls/supporting frame for the water heater and then told me the tech would be at our house in about 20 min. Total time from my 1st phone call to the tech at our house was probably 30 min (awesome response - Thanks Scott and Dee). I was still draining the water heater tank when Dee showed up and got to work. He made sure the tank was draining ok, made an evaluation of what he'd need to remove/replace the water heater and went to go pick up the new water heater (letting me know when he'd be back). Once he returned, he made quick work of getting the broken water heater out, the area cleaned up and the new water heater installed. From my first call to having the new water heater installed was less than 5 hours. That's way faster than I expected. Dee and the team at MC Plumbing also made sure we paid a fair price and gave me the warranty info (for their work and the new water heater) before leaving around 11 pm. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a quicker, more professional job than MC Plumbing did to get our broken water heater removed and the new one up and running.

Did a decent job, figured out that the water heater was under warranty, and took care of it and saved about $400 for me

The repair was performed punctually, and earlier than expected (when I expected a call-back). I was pleased with the service. Tolerant of my dogs. Very professional. Had to get parts and rang to get back into the house. Also, the bathroom was clean when the service was complete. I was pleased with the price, pleased with the workman, pleased generally.

ADRIAN ARRIVED ON TIME, AND GREETED ME WITH "HOW CAN I HELP YOU TODAY". I SHOWED HIM THE ISSUE. I HAD ACTUALLY PURCHASED THE PARTS MYSELF AND WAS GOING TO INSTALL THEM MYSELF BUT DUE TO KNEE PAIN I COULDN'T GET UNDER THE VANITY. HE HAD NO PROBLEM USING MY PARTS, AND DID NOT TRY UP-SELL ME HIS SERVICES. HE CHARGED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS QUOTED. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE MC PLUMBING AGAIN, THEY ARE REPLACING MY PREVIOUS PLUMBING COMPANY.

It went excellent. They explained everything and kept the area very tidy.

They weren't able to honor the coupon because it is the weekend, but as it was an emergency they are on their way out to fix my issue.

Prompt arrival plumber technician Dan Riley - $49.00 turned into $269.00 including the cost of the $49.00 deal. To replace a faucet they charge $475.00 -plus the repair and if I buy the part ( Lowes- $155.00) it was $175.00 install. I purchased the faucet and he replaced. The plumber was unprofessional and got upset with the project itself. Faucet works and looks great. The toilet he replaced the seal for $45.00 and then next day it was doing the same thing. I called the owner who had the plumber call me back- very prompt. This new toilet repair would run another $150.00 to $275.00 with no guarantee. He also accused me of doing something to his repair that broke it again. I asked for my $45.00 repair money for the toilet back and he said call the owner. I spoke to Tim the owner who heard my story and abruptly said "I'm not in the office today I'll have my bookeeper call you tomorrow". Never an apology from the owner. I was disappointed in this lack of courtesy.

Jose & Victor were great!! The were prompt, neat and very professional and got the job done in short order. Since my husband has a bad back and can't do the little plumbing jobs around the house this company has been great to deal with over the years

Professional, friendly knowledgeable worker.

Everything was fine except for the price. Juan was a gentleman. He knew what he was doing. Company charges by the job, not the hour. Took Juan one hour to solder leaking pipe and replace a hot and cold water heater supply line. Cost of ticket included two 18" supply lines (about $25 including tax). That's $275 for one hour of labor! I'm definitely in the wrong business.

edited my original revue,because He did really nice work. And did the work promptly.They were late for the appt,and didn't communicate well. but the work was done nicely, and in good time.

I posted yesterday my bad experience with MC Plumbing. Well, Scott called me today. He refunded the money. The conversation may not have been the most professional, but I respect that he called. Ive dealt with many bad companies, but at least, the manager did what he did to make things right. I respect quality work, not overpriced work. I am willing to pay the money if it's worth it. They ended up being good people after all.

Good contact by provider, but the service was not required in the end.

The plumber Jose was great and very professional. His work ethics was excellent. Yes, I highly recommend MC Plumbing and Jose our family plumber. One more thing, they should carry their own house booty. :-)
