.They came out last spring and serviced the sewer piping. The roots of a tree crushed my sewer pipes and after that it has been working fine. The good part was it got plucked on a Sunday night so I could use my water. It took them about four hours.

He stayed until he heard the sound I had complained about, then quickly diagnosed a d solved the problem for the price quoted.

Every thing went very well until we noticed a leak. Saul came back right away and even though it probably didn't have anything to do with the rerouting they had done, he helped us solve that problem too ... at no cost. We are very happy with the service and personnel and will definitely use them again.

Plumber arrived on-time and proceeded to check what was needed to repair the leak. In a matter of 30-45 minutes the work was complete.

The day before a family vacation our kitchen sink wouldnt drain. I logged onto Angies List and saw the many great reviews on MC Plumbing. I called at 830 and they were at my door at 11 AM as promised. Fifty feet of snake and an hours time took care of the blockage. Scotty, the plumber not the owner, was very patient and quite resilient with the stubborn clog. I'm very grateful that he kept trying with the snake and not going to the more expensive jet flush option too quickly. He was personable, professional, and friendly. These guys exceeded expectations when they said theyd be at my door the same morning. Everything else was bonus. Thanks to them and Angie's List!

He was friendly and he was personable. It was quit difficult to unclog. He came back the next night. He was honest.

He started to make an estimate but got upset when I started asking questions. So he ended up leaving.

I called MC Plumbing on Tue morning with a failed hot water heater. They offered me a choice of times for that day and I chose 3pm. At 3pm Adrian showed up with the water heater on his truck. He then explained what he was going to do and proceeded to install the new heater (kind of a pain draining the old one and took about an hour). Everything went great and about 90 minutes later I had a new functioning water heater. Adrian was friendly, professional and competent. I would use this company again and would recommend them to my friends in an instant. Couldn't be more satisfied

I bought a big deal for this service, but they did not help. They basically charged me $85 to come out and look. They did come out and look. They gave me a window and came out within that time frame. Another thing was that they had told me they were going to shut the water off because it was leaking and they did not. They charged $85 and I know when I use other service people it usually is about $60 so I would say they were a little overpriced. They did not do anything but they were prompt. They came when they said they would.

Service person arrived on time. He was reluctant to install a copper main water supply line. I hired another firm that was comfortable installing copper.

I encourage you to contact MC with your plumbing needs as Scott was a great communicator and has many good reviews. Just because the job didn't get done at my home, doesn't mean you won't receive quality service.

It went well. I did not get a written estimate of how much the Pressure Valve would be, so I had to pay what he said, but that is my fault. I imagine I over paid for that though . Get a written estimate first.

These guys rock! I purchased this for a friend's house and the plumber went out of his way to make sure her plumbing problems were cleared up. He attacked the clogged areas, not only at one point, but a couple of other places to ensure the job was properly done. Ended up finding that previous remodeling of plumbing was causing the continual clogging problems. So, because they did such a great job this time, my friend wants to hire them back for preventive plumbing/piping repairs. As a retired Kitchen and Bath Designer, prompt customer service response without hassle, and doing the job right is what I look for and require. Hope these guys keep it up.

Great! Adrian was professional and courteous. Explained what the problem was so we could relay that to our HOA as the obstruction was outside of the building.

We are very satisfied with the workmanship and they spent time to clean-up everything when the job was completed.

He was really fast. Very exceptional work. It was expensive but it was worth it. UPDATE: I've since had an issue with the tub leaking into the toilet, and the sound is maddening. I called to have him come out and he said he would come Monday, but never showed up.

It went well. cost of parts for kohler toilet were quite expensive. Provider came on time and called around to find parts and then installed them. They were fast and efficient

The technician spent quite a while working to free up the tough clog. But he persisted and was able to get whatever was in the drain to free up. He was pleasant, knowledgeable. We will hire this company again

We bought the faucet at a bigbox store and purchased a $49 'big deal' to install. Saul, the technician, came as expected. However, when he went to replace the faucet, he found leaks. Our house is only 10 years old and we've had 3 other faucets replaced in the past few years with no leaking problems reported. I felt over run and wasn't able to get someone else on short notice, so I agreed to pay the extra cost to have it fixed. Saul was not neat, leaving black hand print marks all over the fixtures, floor and cabinet. In all, I paid $200 more than the 'big deal - a $40 faucet cost $350 to install. I didn't want to argue with him but held back $50.We requested a quote to fix the inside equipment on the tank of our Toto toilet; Saul called with a price that was going to be more than the original several-hundred dollar cost of that toilet. Not wanting to hold the whole company responsible for how one technician handled the situation and since everything is working fine, I put in a call to Scott, the owner. He resolved our disappointment by agreeing to not take the remaining $50 payment and to put $100 of the money alreadypaid on account for a future service.

They were very nice, courteous and honest. They didn't try to force me into spending any money I didn't have to. I ended up not working with them due to additional costs.

Couldn't have gone better Saul was on time polite and professional. Did a great job and made sure it was spotless.
